Background
Injection molding is the most common method for producing plastic and silica gel products, and has the advantages of high production speed, high efficiency, capability of forming products with complex shapes and the like. In the prior art, the injection molding method is usually adopted to produce a product with a tubular structure, and after the tubular product is subjected to injection molding, the core is usually extracted from the tail end of the pipe body. However, for products with smaller size at the tail end of the pipe body than the middle section and difficult deformation at the tail end of the pipe body, the die and the method for pulling the core from the tail end are not suitable.

The forming die provided by the invention is simple in structure and easy to operate, a plurality of core-pulling mechanisms are not required to be arranged, the core can be taken out from the side opening after the injection molding is finished, and the forming die is suitable for injection molding products with the core difficult to pull out from the two ends of the tube body.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
The first embodiment of the present invention provides a silicone tube molding die having a side opening for manufacturing a silicone tube 1 having a side opening 11 as shown in fig. 1. It should be noted that the forming die of the invention is particularly suitable for manufacturing flexible tubular structure products which are not suitable for extracting cores from two ends, such as products with small openings at two ends; the pipeline of the silicone tube can be a straight pipe or an irregular bent pipe; the side opening may be an opening in the side wall of the duct or another branch duct communicating with the duct from the side wall.
As shown in fig. 2, the molding die includes a core 2, the core 2 includes a first core 21 and a second core 22 that can be butted against each other, the first core 21 includes a first core 211 and a first side core 212 protruding from a side wall of the first core 211, and the second core 22 includes a second core 221 and a second side core 222 protruding from a side wall of the second core 221; after the first core body 21 and the second core body 22 are butted, as shown in fig. 3, the first core body 211 and the second core body 221 are joined to form a core body for constructing the internal structure of the silicone tube 1, and the first side core 212 and the second side core 222 are joined to form a side core body for constructing the silicone tube side opening 11.
The inner diameter of the openings at the two ends of the silicone tube 1 in fig. 1 is smaller than the inner diameter of the interior of the silicone tube, so that after the injection molding is completed, the mold cores are not suitable to be drawn out from the two ends of the silicone tube 1. After the silicone tube is manufactured by using the molding die of the embodiment, the first core body 21 and the second core body 22 can be taken out from the side opening 11 in sequence, so that the silicone tube injection molding product is obtained.
Further, when the silicone tube 1 is formed on the core, the end of the side core is higher than the end of the side opening 11. It should be noted that the term "high" refers to the length from the connection of the side core and the die body. The mold core can be conveniently drawn out from the side opening; in addition, a fixed position may be provided for the core.
Further, a first groove 213 is disposed on the first side core 212, and a second groove 223 is disposed on the second side core 222. Compared with the solution without grooves, the first groove 213 and the second groove 223 can be used as the fixing positions of the core, thereby making it more convenient to fix the core using the jig.
Further, the position of the first groove 213 on the first side core 212 is located on the opposite side of the butt surface of the first side core 212 and the second side core 222; the position of the second groove 223 on the second side core 222 is located on the opposite side of the abutting surface of the second side core 222 and the first side core 212. The core of this scheme is at fixed in-process, the fixed position symmetry of first core and second core to make the atress even, the core is difficult for shifting.

The fixing device 5 can be moved in the movement path 33 in the direction of approaching the receiving groove 32 or moving away from the receiving groove 32, so that the core 2 is fixed or released.
Further, the fixing device 5 comprises a clamp 51, the clamp 51 comprises a first clamping arm 511 and a second clamping arm 512 with adjustable intervals, and the first clamping arm 511 and the second clamping arm 512 are respectively matched with the first groove 213 and the second groove 223. The first clamping arm 511 and the second clamping arm 512 of the clamp can be respectively inserted into the first groove 213 and the second groove 223, so that the core can be effectively prevented from falling off, and the core can be more firmly fixed.
Further, the fixing device 5 further includes a slider 52, and the clamp 51 is fixed to the slider 52 through the opposite ends of the clamping ends. The steps of manufacturing the silicone tube with the side opening by using the forming die of the embodiment are as follows: the first core body 21 and the second core body 22 of the core are butted and then placed into the first cavity 31 of the fixed die, the side core body of the core is inserted into the containing groove 32, and the core is fixed through the side core body; closing the movable mold 4 and the fixed mold 3, injecting a liquid silica gel raw material into an external cavity formed after the mold closing, and cooling and solidifying; loosening the mold core 2, opening the mold and taking out the silicone tube 1 formed on the mold core 2; the first core body 21 and the second core body 22 were taken out from the side openings of the silicone tube 1, respectively, to obtain the silicone tube 1 having the side openings.
Wherein the step of fixing the core is as follows: the slider 52 is pushed by the cylinder 53, the clamp 51 is inserted into the receiving slot 32, the first clamping arm 511 and the second clamping arm 512 are respectively clamped in the first groove and the second groove of the side core, and the distance between the first clamping arm 511 and the second clamping arm 512 is adjusted to clamp the side core.
The step of releasing the core is as follows: the distance between the first and second clamp arms 511 and 512 is adjusted to release the clamp 51 from the core 2, and the slider is pulled by the air cylinder 53 to move the clamp 51 out of the receiving slot 32.
