The pointer 8 comprises an integrally formed mounting ring 81, a needle rod 82, a reinforcing rod 83 and a needle tip 84 which are sequentially connected, the mounting ring 81 is fixed on the lengthened nut 2 on the left side or the right side of the rotary ring 1 through a second auxiliary bolt, the outer diameter of the reinforcing rod 83 is larger than that of the needle rod 82, and the outer diameter of the needle tip 84 is smaller than that of the needle rod 82.
The pointer 8 is arranged on the extension nut 2 at one side close to the scale of the graduated scale 6.
When the rotary ring 1 is used, the rotary ring 1 is sleeved outside the pipe fitting 5 to be processed, the upper fastening bolt 3 and the lower fastening bolt 3 are propped against the pipe fitting 5 to be processed, the rotary ring 1 horizontally rotates by taking the upper fastening bolt 3 and the lower fastening bolt 3 as fulcrums, and when the rotary ring rotates to a set angle, the left fastening bolt 3 and the right fastening bolt 3 are propped against each other.
