By arranging at least one vent hole 212 on the floating cover 204 and arranging the vent hole 212 corresponding to the vent hole 142, the existing vent hole 142 and the floating cover 204 can be utilized to provide a passage for discharging cold steam, so that the discharging speed of the cold steam is improved, and the cooking quality of food in the pot body is prevented from being influenced by the cold steam; when the steam pressure in the pot body is lower than the preset value, the floating cover 204 is kept in the original state to achieve the purpose of pressure maintaining, and because the exhaust area of all the exhaust holes 142 is smaller than the inlet area of the air inlet 122, the leakage amount of steam from the floating cover 204 is small, and the pressure maintaining effect is not influenced.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, in one embodiment provided by the present application, preferably, the floating assembly 20 further includes: a floating seat 206, the floating seat 206 being disposed at an end of the guide post 202 that protrudes into the valve body 10.
In this embodiment, the floating assembly 20 further includes a floating seat 206, the floating seat 206 is disposed at an end of the guide post 202 extending into the valve body 10, the steam entering the cavity from the air inlet 122 acts on the whole floating seat 206, the stress area of the floating seat 206 is large, when the steam pressure is constant, the acting area of the steam is increased, the acting force of the steam can be increased, so that the floating assembly 20 is easy to be pushed, the exhaust is more timely, and the user can know the boiling condition and the pressure condition in the pot body in time. Alternatively, the floating mount 206 may be oriented toward the air inlet 122 such that steam directly acts on the floating mount 206 upon entering the cavity.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, in one embodiment provided by the present application, preferably, the valve cover 14 is provided with a sinking groove 144, the sinking groove 144 extends toward the inside of the valve body 10, and the guide hole 146 is provided on the bottom wall of the sinking groove 144; the float assembly 20 further includes: the external member 208, external member 208 form both ends open-ended column cavity, and external member 208 is elastic material spare or elastic structure spare, and guide post 202 part sets up in external member 208, and the one end of external member 208 links to each other with the lateral wall of floating seat 206, and the other end of external member 208 links to each other with the lateral wall of heavy groove 144.
In this embodiment, the valve cover 14 is provided with the sinking groove 144, the sinking groove 144 extends towards the interior of the valve body 10, the sleeve 208 is a cylindrical cavity with two open ends, and has a certain elastic deformation capability due to materials or structures, one end of the sleeve 208 is connected with the outer side wall of the sinking groove 144 and then connected with the valve cover 14, the setting of the sinking groove 144 provides a mounting position for the sleeve 208, the other end of the sleeve 208 is connected with the side wall of the floating seat 206, and the guide post 202 is partially arranged in the sleeve 208, when the floating seat 206 is pushed by steam, the sleeve 208 is compressed in the axial direction; when the pressure of the steam in the boiler body is lower than the preset value, the floating assembly 20 needs to be restored, the floating assembly 20 is quickly restored under the action of the elastic restoring force of the sleeve 208, the restoring time of the floating assembly 20 is shortened, and the boiler body can be timely kept in a heat-preserving and pressure-maintaining state. In addition, the two ends of the sleeve 208 are respectively connected with the outer wall of the sinking groove 144 and the floating seat 206 on the valve cover 14, and the two parts play a role in sealing, so that steam is prevented from leaking to the outside from the two parts. Optionally, the sleeve 208 is a silicone sleeve. Alternatively, the floating seat 206 and the guide post 202 may be connected or not, and when the two are connected, the floating seat 206 may be sleeved on the outer side wall of the guide post 202 as shown in fig. 3, or the floating seat 206 and the guide post 202 may be fastened by a screw as shown in fig. 4 and 5; when the floating seat 206 and the guide post 202 are not connected, a space can be provided between them, and they can be contacted with each other, and they can also be in contact with each other, for the first case, the floating seat 206 will move toward the guide post 202 under the pushing of steam, and reach the state of the second case, and as the steam pressure increases, the floating seat 206 continues to move and collide with the guide post 202, and reach the state of the third case, if the steam pressure continues to increase, the floating seat 206 pushes the guide post 202 to move, so as to realize the movement of the floating assembly 20.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment provided by the present application, the sleeve 208 is preferably of unitary construction with the floating mount 206.
In this embodiment, the sleeve 208 and the floating seat 206 are provided as an integral structure, and can be integrally installed and removed, so that the assembly efficiency is improved; frequent disassembly between the sleeve 208 and the floating seat 206 is avoided, so that frequent damage to the sleeve 208 is avoided, and the service lives of the sleeve 208 and the steam valve assembly 1 are further prolonged.
In one embodiment provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 5, preferably, the floating assembly 20 further comprises: the elastic member 210, the elastic member 210 is compressively disposed between the bottom wall of the sink 144 and the floating seat 206.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 210 is disposed between the bottom wall of the sinking groove 144 and the floating seat 206 in a compressed manner, when the floating assembly 20 needs to be restored, the elastic member 210 can provide an additional elastic restoring force, so that the floating assembly 20 can be restored more quickly, the time for restoring the floating assembly 20 is further shortened, and the pot body can be brought into a heat-preserving and pressure-maintaining state in time; in addition, when the sleeve 208 fails, the elastic member 210 can still ensure that the floating assembly 20 is quickly restored, thereby improving the reliability of the working performance of the steam valve assembly 1. Alternatively, the elastic member 210 is a coil spring.
Embodiments of the second aspect of the present application provide a cooking appliance having the steam valve assembly 1 provided by any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, and thus the cooking appliance provided by any one of the embodiments of the present application has all the advantages of the steam valve assembly 1 provided by any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, which are not listed herein.
In one embodiment provided by the application, the steam valve assembly 1 is preferably positioned at the top of the pot; or the steam valve component 1 is positioned on the side wall of the pot body, and the air inlet 122 is communicated with the pot body through a steam passage.
In this embodiment, on the one hand, when the pressure in the pot body is lower than the preset value, the floating component 20 pushed by the steam to be raised above the valve body 10 needs to be restored, the steam valve component 1 is arranged at the top of the pot body, and the gravity of the floating component 20 can effectively reduce the restoration time of the floating component 20; and the steam valve assembly 1 is arranged at the top of the pot body, so that the state of the floating assembly 20 is most obvious and visual for a user, and the advantages of the steam valve assembly 1 in the visualization of boiling and pressure are fully utilized. On the other hand, the steam valve component 1 is arranged on the side wall of the pot body and is communicated with the pot body by utilizing the steam passage, so that the arrangement positions of the steam valve component 1 can be enriched to adapt to different space environments, such as the environment with compact longitudinal space, and the application range of products is enlarged.
In summary, the steam valve assembly 1 provided by the application comprises the valve body 10, the floating assembly 20 and the reflux valve 30, the area of the exhaust hole 142 is smaller than that of the related art, so that pressure is easy to generate when the pot body is boiled, the heating power is adjusted through a program to control the pressure, so that the continuous rising of the floating cover 204 is controlled, when the preset pressure value is reached, the elastic force of the sleeve 208, the gravity of the floating cover 204 and the gravity of the floating part sleeve 208 can be overcome, and thus the opening of the exhaust hole 142 of the cooking appliance and the visualization of the pressure state and the boiling state in the pot body are realized, namely, when the pressure in the pot body reaches the preset pressure value or above, the floating cover 204 protrudes out of a part (0.3-10 mm) of the valve cover 14, so that a user knows that the pot body of the cooking appliance is boiled and generates pressure, and meanwhile, the pressure in the pot body can promote the cooking quality of food; when the pressure in the pot body is smaller than the preset pressure value in the stewing stage, the elastic force of the sleeve 208 and the gravity of the floating cover 204 can enable the floating cover 204 to restore to the original state, stewing in the heat preservation stage is realized, and fragrance is prevented from overflowing. In addition, the micro-pressure can improve the flatness, uniformity and fragrance of the rice, so that the food is more delicious; and when the floating cover 204 covers the exhaust hole 142, the foreign matters such as bacteria and dust in the outside air can be prevented from entering the pot body, the stewing effect is improved, and people are not easy to scald.

Claims (8)

1. A steam valve assembly for a cooking appliance, the cooking appliance comprising a pot, comprising:
the cooker comprises a cooker body, a guide hole, a return hole, a guide hole and at least one exhaust hole, wherein one end of the valve body is provided with the air inlet and the return hole which are communicated with the cooker body, and the guide hole and the at least one exhaust hole are arranged at the other end of the valve body;
a floating assembly covering the guide hole, the floating assembly moving along a center line direction of the guide hole under the pushing of the steam;
the reflux valve is inserted into the reflux hole, and condensed water generated in the valve body is refluxed into the pot body from the opened reflux valve;
the floating assembly includes:
the guide post is inserted into the guide hole and moves back and forth along the guide hole;
the floating cover is arranged at one end of the guide column, which extends out of the valve body, and covers the exhaust hole;
the floating cover is provided with at least one vent hole, the vent holes are arranged corresponding to the vent holes, the exhaust area of all the vent holes is smaller than the air inlet area of the air inlet, and the vent holes can provide a passage for the discharge of cold steam.
2. The steam valve assembly of claim 1, wherein the valve body comprises:
the air inlet and the backflow hole are arranged on the valve seat;
the valve cover covers the valve seat, the valve seat and the valve cover enclose a cavity, and the guide hole and the exhaust hole are arranged on the valve cover; and
The sealing ring is clamped between the valve seat and the valve cover.
3. The steam valve assembly of claim 1, wherein the float assembly further comprises: the floating seat is arranged at one end of the guide post extending into the valve body.
4. The steam valve assembly of claim 3, wherein the steam valve assembly,
the valve cover is provided with a sinking groove which extends towards the inside of the valve body, and the guide hole is arranged on the bottom wall of the sinking groove;
the floating assembly further comprises: the external member, the external member forms both ends open-ended column cavity, the external member is elasticity material spare or elastic structure spare, guide post part sets up in the external member, the one end of external member with the lateral wall of floating seat links to each other, the other end of external member with the lateral wall of sinking groove links to each other.
5. The steam valve assembly of claim 4, wherein the steam valve assembly,
the sleeve member and the floating seat are of an integrated structure.
6. The steam valve assembly of claim 4, wherein the float assembly further comprises: the elastic piece is arranged between the bottom wall of the sinking groove and the floating seat in a compression mode.
7. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body in which a cooking cavity is formed; and
The steam valve assembly of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein an air inlet of the steam valve assembly is in communication with the boiler body.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a handle,
the steam valve component is positioned at the top of the pot body; or (b)
The steam valve component is positioned on the side wall of the pot body, and the air inlet is communicated with the pot body through the steam passage.
