Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of foot health preservation, in particular to a pair of sheep leather shoe pads and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the sheep leather shoe pads can be directly contacted with the feet of patients, and treat dermatophytosis through the diffusion effect of medicaments, so that the trouble of dermatophytosis can be relieved, the sheep leather shoe pads have a health-care effect and are formed by sewing bottom skins of vegetable tanning pads, centrifugal cloth, traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheets, magnet blocks and surface skins of the vegetable tanning pads, and the traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheets are prepared by foaming a component A, a component B, a component C and sponges; the component A comprises fructus Xanthii, Kochiae fructus, fructus Cnidii, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, radix Stemonae, methenamine, Borneolum Syntheticum and flos Caryophylli; the component B comprises radix astragali, bupleuri radix, radix Angelicae sinensis, fructus Aurantii, cortex Cinnamomi, rhizoma Pinelliae, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix and Carthami flos; the component C comprises Prunellae Spica, semen Cassiae, Polygoni Multiflori radix, Alismatis rhizoma, radix Codonopsis, radix Ophiopogonis and ramulus Uncariae cum uncis; the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a bottom layer leather and a surface layer leather; pulverizing Chinese medicinal materials; preparing a traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet; punching; cutting centrifugal cloth; sticking a magnet block; sewing the insole; and (6) inspecting and packaging.

Description

Sheep leather shoe pad and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of foot health preservation, in particular to a sheep leather shoe pad and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
As is known, beriberi is an infectious skin disease caused by fungal infection, and phenomena of erosion, liquid seepage, bacterial infection, pustule and the like can occur due to disease development or scratching, so that the beriberi is a foot disease which is easy to infect in the current society, no matter young people or old people, no matter men and women are easy to be troubled by the beriberi due to bad habits in life or the condition that shoes are shared by other people, and the conventional method for treating the beriberi comprises internal medicine treatment and external medicine treatment, but the internal medicine treatment has slow effect, the external medicine cannot be smeared when people wear the shoes, and the shoes must be worn by people every day, so that the beriberi of a patient is treated by an insole which is in contact with the feet of the patient every day and is padded in the shoes.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the sheep leather shoe pad which can be directly contacted with the foot of a patient and treat beriberi through the diffusion effect of the medicine, thereby relieving the trouble of beriberi and having the health care effect and the manufacturing method thereof.
The invention relates to a sheep leather shoe pad, which is formed by sewing bottom leather of a vegetable tanning pad, centrifugal cloth, a traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet, a magnet block and surface leather of the vegetable tanning pad, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet is prepared by foaming a component A, a component B, a component C and sponge;
the component A comprises 3-5 parts of cocklebur fruit, 3-5 parts of broom cypress fruit, 3-5 parts of common cnidium fruit, 2-4 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 2-4 parts of sessile stemona root, 2-4 parts of urotropine, 2-4 parts of borneol and 1-3 parts of clove;
the component B comprises 2-4 parts of astragalus, 2-4 parts of radix bupleuri, 2-4 parts of angelica, 2-4 parts of fructus aurantii, 2-4 parts of cassia bark core, 1-3 parts of pinellia ternate, 1-3 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza and 1-3 parts of safflower;
the component C comprises 2-4 parts of selfheal, 2-4 parts of cassia seed, 2-4 parts of fleece-flower root, 2-4 parts of alisma orientale, 1-3 parts of radix codonopsis, 1-3 parts of radix ophiopogonis and 1-3 parts of uncaria.
