Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of foot health preservation, in particular to a sheep leather shoe pad and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
As is known, beriberi is an infectious skin disease caused by fungal infection, and phenomena of erosion, liquid seepage, bacterial infection, pustule and the like can occur due to disease development or scratching, so that the beriberi is a foot disease which is easy to infect in the current society, no matter young people or old people, no matter men and women are easy to be troubled by the beriberi due to bad habits in life or the condition that shoes are shared by other people, and the conventional method for treating the beriberi comprises internal medicine treatment and external medicine treatment, but the internal medicine treatment has slow effect, the external medicine cannot be smeared when people wear the shoes, and the shoes must be worn by people every day, so that the beriberi of a patient is treated by an insole which is in contact with the feet of the patient every day and is padded in the shoes.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the sheep leather shoe pad which can be directly contacted with the foot of a patient and treat beriberi through the diffusion effect of the medicine, thereby relieving the trouble of beriberi and having the health care effect and the manufacturing method thereof.
The invention relates to a sheep leather shoe pad, which is formed by sewing bottom leather of a vegetable tanning pad, centrifugal cloth, a traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet, a magnet block and surface leather of the vegetable tanning pad, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet is prepared by foaming a component A, a component B, a component C and sponge;
the component A comprises 3-5 parts of cocklebur fruit, 3-5 parts of broom cypress fruit, 3-5 parts of common cnidium fruit, 2-4 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 2-4 parts of sessile stemona root, 2-4 parts of urotropine, 2-4 parts of borneol and 1-3 parts of clove;
the component B comprises 2-4 parts of astragalus, 2-4 parts of radix bupleuri, 2-4 parts of angelica, 2-4 parts of fructus aurantii, 2-4 parts of cassia bark core, 1-3 parts of pinellia ternate, 1-3 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza and 1-3 parts of safflower;
the component C comprises 2-4 parts of selfheal, 2-4 parts of cassia seed, 2-4 parts of fleece-flower root, 2-4 parts of alisma orientale, 1-3 parts of radix codonopsis, 1-3 parts of radix ophiopogonis and 1-3 parts of uncaria.
The weight of the sheep leather shoe pad is 135g per pair, wherein the weight of each traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet is 30 g.
According to the sheep leather shoe pad, the bottom layer leather of the vegetable tanning pad and the surface layer leather of the vegetable tanning pad both take sheep fur as a raw material.
The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a sheep leather shoe pad, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a bottom layer leather and a surface layer leather: preparing a vegetable tanning pad bottom layer leather and a vegetable tanning pad surface layer leather by using sheep fur, and cutting the vegetable tanning pad bottom layer leather and the vegetable tanning pad surface layer leather into the shape of an insole;
(2) crushing the Chinese herbal medicines: pulverizing each Chinese herbal medicine of the component A, the component B and the component C to obtain Chinese herbal medicine powder;
(3) preparing a traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet: foaming the Chinese herbal medicine powder mixed sponge obtained in the step (2) into Chinese herbal medicine sponge, and cutting into Chinese herbal medicine sponge pieces in the shape of insoles, wherein each Chinese herbal medicine sponge piece is 30g, and the Chinese herbal medicine sponge pieces are slightly smaller than bottom skins of the vegetable tanning pads and surface skins of the vegetable tanning pads;
(4) punching treatment: punching holes on the Chinese medicinal sponge sheet cut into the shape of the insole and the skin of the surface layer of the vegetable tanning pad according to the comparison of sole acupuncture points of a human body;
(5) cutting centrifugal cloth: cutting the centrifugal cloth into the shape of the insole, wherein the size of the cut centrifugal cloth is the same as that of the traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet;
(6) and (3) sticking a magnet block: sticking magnet blocks on the surface of the centrifugal cloth according to the comparison of sole acupuncture points of a human body, sticking the traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet on the surface of the centrifugal cloth, and respectively penetrating the magnet blocks through holes on the traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet;
(7) insole sewing: placing the bottom skin and the surface skin of the vegetable tanning pad on the bottom of the centrifugal cloth and the top of the Chinese medicinal sponge sheet respectively, and sewing the bottom skin and the surface skin together to expose the magnet blocks from the holes of the surface skin of the vegetable tanning pad;
(8) and (3) inspecting and packaging: inspecting whether insole sewing is qualified or not, and bagging and boxing the insole which is inspected to be qualified and then warehousing for storage.
In the step (4), the diameter of the holes in the traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet is the same as that of the magnet blocks, and the diameter of the holes in the skin on the surface layer of the vegetable tanning pad is smaller than that of the magnet blocks.

the component B comprises 2-4 parts of astragalus, 2-4 parts of radix bupleuri, 2-4 parts of angelica, 2-4 parts of fructus aurantii, 2-4 parts of cassia bark core, 1-3 parts of pinellia ternate, 1-3 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza and 1-3 parts of safflower;
the component C comprises 2-4 parts of selfheal, 2-4 parts of cassia seed, 2-4 parts of tuber fleeceflower root, 2-4 parts of oriental waterplantain rhizome, 1-3 parts of pilose asiabell root, 1-3 parts of dwarf lilyturf tuber and 1-3 parts of uncaria;
the manufacturing method of the insole comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a bottom layer leather and a surface layer leather: preparing a vegetable tanning pad bottom layer leather and a vegetable tanning pad surface layer leather by using sheep fur, and cutting the vegetable tanning pad bottom layer leather and the vegetable tanning pad surface layer leather into the shape of an insole;
(2) crushing the Chinese herbal medicines: pulverizing each Chinese herbal medicine of the component A, the component B and the component C to obtain Chinese herbal medicine powder;
(3) preparing a traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet: foaming the Chinese herbal medicine powder mixed sponge obtained in the step (2) into Chinese herbal medicine sponge, and cutting into Chinese herbal medicine sponge pieces in the shape of insoles, wherein each Chinese herbal medicine sponge piece is 30g, and the Chinese herbal medicine sponge pieces are smaller than bottom skins of the vegetable tanning pads and surface skins of the vegetable tanning pads;
(4) punching treatment: punching holes on the Chinese medicinal sponge sheet cut into the shape of the insole and the skin of the surface layer of the vegetable tanning pad according to the comparison of sole acupuncture points of a human body;
(5) cutting centrifugal cloth: cutting the centrifugal cloth into the shape of the insole, wherein the size of the cut centrifugal cloth is the same as that of the traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet;
(6) and (3) sticking a magnet block: sticking magnet blocks on the surface of the centrifugal cloth according to the comparison of sole acupuncture points of a human body, sticking the traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet on the surface of the centrifugal cloth, and respectively penetrating the magnet blocks through holes on the traditional Chinese medicine sponge sheet;
(7) insole sewing: placing the bottom skin and the surface skin of the vegetable tanning pad on the bottom of the centrifugal cloth and the top of the Chinese medicinal sponge sheet respectively, and sewing the bottom skin and the surface skin together to expose the magnet blocks from the holes of the surface skin of the vegetable tanning pad;
(8) and (3) inspecting and packaging: inspecting whether insole sewing is qualified or not, and bagging and boxing the insole which is inspected to be qualified and then warehousing for storage.
2. The mat of claim 1, wherein the weight of the mat is 135g per pair, and the weight of the sponge sheet is 30g per pair.
3. The mat of claim 1, wherein the vegetable-tanned mat bottom layer leather and the vegetable-tanned mat top layer leather are made of sheep fur.
4. The mat of claim 1, wherein in step (4), the diameter of the holes in the sponge sheet of traditional Chinese medicine is the same as the diameter of the magnet blocks, and the diameter of the holes in the surface skin of the vegetable tanning mat is smaller than the diameter of the magnet blocks.
