本发明属于农药技术领域,具体的说是含有mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
mefentrifluconazole为巴斯夫开发的三唑类杀菌剂,化学名称为:(2RS)-2-[4-(4-氯苯氧基)-α,α,α-三氟-邻甲苯基]-1-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)丙-2-醇,CAS登录号为:[1417782-03-6],商品名Revysol,其广谱、高效、内吸,具有铲除和保护作用,表现出优异的生物性能,Revysol对许多较难防治的真菌病害具有杰出的生物活性,适用于世界范围内许多大田作物和特种作物,如玉米、谷物、大豆等大田作物,以及青椒、葡萄等经济作物,并将应用于草坪和种子处理等。据悉,相对于其他唑类杀菌剂,Revysol不仅活性更高,而且拥有较好的环境特性,甚至比丙硫菌唑和氟环唑防效更好。结构式如下:
吡唑醚菌酯(pyraclostrobin)是一种新型甲氧基丙烯酸酯类广谱性杀菌剂,是在醚菌酯基础上改进后的高效线粒体呼吸抑制剂,它活性更高,是目前同类杀菌剂的3倍,能控制子囊菌纲、担子菌纲、半知菌纲、卵菌纲等大多数病害。吡唑醚菌酯对孢子萌发及叶内菌丝体的生长有很强的抑制作用,具有保护和治疗活性。因该药具有渗透性及局部内吸活性、持效期长、耐雨水冲刷的特点,被广泛用于防治小麦、水稻、花生、葡萄、蔬菜、马铃薯、香蕉、柠檬、咖啡、果树、核桃、茶树、烟草和观赏植物、草坪及其他大田作物上的病害。然而,吡唑醚菌酯固有的抗性风险很高,如果长期单一使用,不可避免会产生抗性,且该药成本高,在农业生产各领域普及和推广比较困难。
黄瓜白粉病是保护地黄瓜的重要病害之一。各地均有分布,通常在黄瓜生长中、后期发病严重,造成黄瓜的产量损失。一直以来,黄瓜主地区由于防治白粉病的药剂大量重复使用,提高了病害抗性,导致白粉病连年严重发生。
由于各地滥用农药导致抗性越来越大,农药的用量持续的提高。然而更大剂量的滥用农药,导致对环境的大肆破坏,也没有很好的起到应有的效果。通过我们的试验研究表明,将mefentrifluconazole与吡唑醚菌酯复配,在一定范围内具有明显的增效作用,能够很好的克服现有产品的不足,提高药效,降低使用量,提高经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有增效作用且安全环保的杀菌组合物,与现有防治药剂相比,实现提高药效、持效期长、对环境友好等目的,具体的涉及mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯的杀菌组合物。
利用上述杀菌组合物,配以本领域内技术人员公知的助剂,以本领域内技术人员公知的方法制成本发明所述的悬浮剂、水乳剂、悬乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、悬浮种衣剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
上述杀菌组合物中,mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯的重量比为1:30~30:1,优选重量比为1:20~20:1,更优选重量比为1:10~10:1。
上述杀菌组合物具有以下特点:①杀菌作用强,杀菌作用强,两种杀菌剂作用方式具有互补性;②两种成分无明显的交互抗性,有效成分新颖,作用方式独特;③制剂的使用方式多样化,能够很好的发挥药效;④两种成分复配,具有很好的增效作用。
具体实施方式
为验证mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯两种有效成分复配的增效作用,申请人首先使用这两种成分进行了室内生测试验。
首先分析了两种有效成分的作用特点后,我们将生测的对象定为黄瓜白粉病病菌。
室内生测的试验方法:采用平皿叶片法测定药剂对黄瓜白粉病病菌的生物活性。选用黄瓜感病品种盆栽,自上向下4叶位~6叶位,剪取相同部位、长势一致、带有1cm~2cm叶柄的叶片,用湿棉球包裹叶柄放置在培养皿中,保湿备用。选择发病叶片,用4℃蒸馏水洗下叶片背面白粉孢子,配成悬浮液,4℃下存放备用。将95%mefentrifluconazole原药和96%吡唑醚菌酯原药以甲醇溶解,用0.05%的吐温80水溶液稀释。根据药剂活性,设置5~7个系列质量浓度,有机溶剂最终含量不超过1%。然后将药液均匀喷施于叶片背面,待药液自然风干后,每处理3盆,4次重复,并设只含溶剂和表面活性剂而不含有效成分的处理做空白对照。用准备好的新鲜孢子悬浮液喷雾接种,在药剂处理后24h接种,接种后盖上皿盖,置于人工气候箱中,接种后的试材自然风干,然后移至恒温室,在温度为20℃~24℃的条件下培养7d~10d。待空白对照病叶率达到80%以上时,分级调查各处理发病情况,每处理至少调查30片叶,根据调查数据,计算病情指数和防治效果。根据各药剂浓度对数值及对应的防效机率值作回归分析计算各药剂的EC50。
混配制剂的联合毒力采用孙云沛的共毒系数方法表示:
混配制剂的理论毒力指数TTI=∑(某药的毒力指数ATI×在混剂中该药有效成分的百分率)。
共毒系数CTC大于120时为增效作用,小于80时为拮抗作用,介于80-120之间时为加和作用。室内生测试验数据见下表:

分析上述数据,可以明显看出当mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯以不同比例复配时,配方的共毒系数(CTC)均大于120,对黄瓜白粉病的防治能力都有不同比例的增效作用。
通过室内生测试验,验证mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯两种有效成分复配能够有很好的增效作用,以下通过具体实例用以进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明绝非仅仅限于以下这些实施例。配方中百分比均为重量百分比。

选择以上实例进行防治黄瓜白粉病的田间试验,确定配方防治黄瓜白粉病的效果;同时通过与mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯单剂的效果对比,验证本发明实施例的防治效果。试验每个处理四个重复,小区处理随机区组排列,每个小区面积为30m2,第一次施药在病害初期发生时立即施药,调查方法为:每小区随机取四点,每点调查2株的全部叶片,每片叶按病斑占叶面积的百分率分级记录。

从上述数据中可以看出,mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂在药后7天对黄瓜白粉病的防效均超过80%,在药后14天对黄瓜白粉病的防效均超过85%,相比mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯两种单剂,复配制剂防效差异极显著,可见两种有效成分复配有很好的增效作用,延长了持效期,对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果更持久。
综上所述,mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯的复配制剂,可以很好的提高产品的增效作用,延缓了抗药性,可以应用在农作物中防治病害,提高药效,延长持效期,减轻农民的劳动量,有很高的实用性。本发明在可实施且不明显违背本发明的前提下,不同技术方案所描述的技术特征间可以进行任意形式组合而形成其他技术方案。以上具体实施方式和实施例是对本发明进行了详细的说明,但并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不超出权利要求的原则内进行修改和替换,均应属于本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种复配杀菌剂,其特征在于:活性成分由mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯组成,所述mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯的重量比为1:30~30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述mefentrifluconazole和吡唑醚菌酯的优选重量比为1:20~20:1。
