Abstract

本发明是多功能墙装插座网关。包括面板(1)、灯板(2)、支架(3)、隐藏式人体检测传感器(4)、保护机构(5)、固定弹簧(6)、插座金属片(7)、金属片固定座(8)、PCB板(9)和底壳(10)。面板(1)厚度较小,突出墙面距离较小,美观。通过将灯板(2)和隐藏式人体检测传感器(4)替换为网口加PCB板,实现网口加插座形式,所述多功能墙装插座网关内采用电力线通信,无需增加强电布线。采用隐藏式人体检测,对外观和视觉无影响,本发明插座体积小,功能性强,适用于现代装修风格。

技术领域
本发明涉及多功能插座技术领域,是一种多功能墙装插座网关。
背景技术
现有插座无法在小空间实现地脚灯+电力通信或网络+电力通信,并且,现有的智能插座体积过大,于对房屋整体装修存在美观影响,并且现有插座突出墙面较大,市面上的地脚灯都采用热释电人体检测,需要面板开口,并且受温度变化及风的影响。
发明内容
本发明针对现有问题,提供了一种多功能墙装插座网关,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种多功能墙装插座网关,包括面板1、灯板2、支架3、隐藏式人体检测传感器4、保护机构5、固定弹簧6、插座金属片7、金属片固定座8、PCB板9和底壳10;
面板1上设有三口插座和地脚灯或者网口,三口插座位于面板1下半部,地脚灯或者网口位于面板1上部,面板1通过卡扣方式固定于支架3上,所述支架2四个边角处设有螺孔,隐藏式人体检测传感器4固定于支架3上,保护机构5两侧圆柱形凸起处设有固定弹簧6,固定弹簧6将保护机构5固定在插座金属片7上,插座金属片7安装于金属片固定在金属片固定座8内部,于PCB板9内置于底壳10内,金属片固定座8内置于底壳10内,底壳10内置于墙体内,采用螺丝透过支架3四个边角处螺孔将底壳10固定于墙体内。
优选地,所述地脚灯内部呈圆弧形,灯板2照射顶部反射板射出光源。
优选地,所述多功能墙装插座网关内采用电力线通信。
优选地,当需要面板1处设有插座和地脚灯时,灯板2置于面板1地脚灯内部;当需要面板1处设有插座和网口时,将灯板2和隐藏式人体检测传感器4替换为网口加PCB板。
优选地,所述底壳10长65mm,框45mm,高33.6mm。
优选地,所述面板7厚度小于8mm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明采用隐藏式人体检测,不影响外观结构及视觉,保护机构5起到安全保护作用,放置意外触电,插座内部采用电力线通信,无需改变原有强电布线,同时可以连接外网。本发明体积小,可以不更换现有的插座,更加方便。面板1厚度较小,突出墙面小,不会影响房屋整体装修风格。

以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行了详细说明。
具体实施例一:
根据图1所示,本发明提供一种多功能墙装插座网关,包括面板1、灯板2、支架3、隐藏式人体检测传感器4、保护机构5、固定弹簧6、插座金属片7、金属片固定座8、PCB板9和底壳10;
面板1上设有三口插座和地脚灯或者网口,三口插座位于面板1下半部,地脚灯或者网口位于面板1上部,面板1通过卡扣方式固定于支架3上,所述支架2四个边角处设有螺孔,隐藏式人体检测传感器4固定于支架3上,保护机构5两侧圆柱形凸起处设有固定弹簧6,固定弹簧6将保护机构5固定在插座金属片7上,插座金属片7安装于金属片固定在金属片固定座8内部,于PCB板9内置于底壳10内,金属片固定座8内置于底壳10内,底壳10内置于墙体内,采用螺丝透过支架3四个边角处螺孔将底壳10固定于墙体内。地脚灯内部呈圆弧形,灯板2照射顶部反射板射出光源,所述底壳10长65mm,宽45mm,高33.6mm。所述面板7厚度小于8mm。
当需要面板1处设有插座和网口时,将灯板2和隐藏式人体检测传感器4替换为网口加PCB板。为实现电力传输加网络通信,所述多功能墙装插座网关内采用电力线通信。
具体实施例二:
根据图2所示,本发明可更改为插座加网口形式的多功能墙装插座网关,当需要面板1处设有插座和地脚灯时,灯板2置于面板1地脚灯内部;当需要面板1处设有插座和网口时,将灯板2和隐藏式人体检测传感器4替换为网口加PCB板。插座内部采用电力线通信,本设备作为整宅管理器使用,可将远程数据通过路由器转换成电力载波信号控制相应房间的电气设备,反之,可将各个房间的控制信号或回馈信号转换成网络信号,通过路由器传到云端或通过wifi传至室内手机上显示设备的状态。
以上所述仅是多功能墙装插座网关的优选实施方式,多功能墙装插座网关的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于思路下的此技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和变化,这些改进和变化也应视为本发明的保护范围。

面板(1)上设有三口插座和地脚灯或者网口,三口插座位于面板(1)下半部,地脚灯或者网口位于面板(1)上部,面板(1)通过卡扣方式固定于支架(3)上,所述支架(2)四个边角处设有螺孔,隐藏式人体检测传感器(4)固定于支架(3)上,保护机构(5)两侧圆柱形凸起处设有固定弹簧(6),固定弹簧(6)将保护机构(5)固定在插座金属片(7)上,插座金属片(7)安装于金属片固定在金属片固定座(8)内部,于PCB板(9)内置于底壳(10)内,金属片固定座(8)内置于底壳(10)内,底壳(10)内置于墙体内,采用螺丝透过支架(3)四个边角处螺孔将底壳(10)固定于墙体内。
