Abstract

The invention provides a novel range hood, which is shown in figures 1 to 4, and comprises a fume collecting hood 1 with a fume collecting cavity arranged inside, and also comprises a telescopic suction assembly 2 embedded in an air inlet end of the fume collecting hood 1, wherein the telescopic suction assembly 2 is provided with a suction air port 21 communicated with the fume collecting cavity, the telescopic suction assembly 2 can move in a telescopic way between an extending position extending out of the fume collecting hood 1 and a retracting position retracted into the fume collecting hood 1, the suction air port 21 is open outwards in the extending position (see figures 2 and 4), and the suction air port 21 is hidden in the fume collecting hood 1 in the retracting position (see figures 1 and 3).
It can be seen that the range hood according to the present invention can realize the suction port 21 of the range hood which is selectively opened or hidden by providing the telescopic suction assembly 2. In the normal open state of the range hood, at least the suction port 21 can be opened by the telescopic movement of the telescopic suction assembly 2, so as to achieve the effect of sucking the oil smoke. In addition, in the closed state of the range hood, the suction air opening 21 can be hidden through the telescopic movement of the telescopic suction assembly 2, so that the overall effect of the range hood is more attractive and elegant. Therefore, the range hood provided by the invention brings better operation experience to users, and the technological sense of the product is stronger.
In the range hood, the telescopic suction assembly 2 is preferably a drawer type assembly, so that the range hood is simple in structure and more convenient to produce and process. In addition, the telescopic suction module 2 may be in other structures, such as a form of a squeeze telescopic module, and the telescopic movement of the telescopic suction module 2 is realized by elastic telescopic action of squeezing or pulling up the telescopic suction module 2 itself.
In particular, the telescopic suction module 2 may preferably be mounted on the front end wall close to the user side. Of course, the telescopic suction module 2 is not limited to the front end wall installed at the air inlet end of the fume collecting hood 1, and the telescopic suction module 2 may be installed on the left side wall or the right side wall of the air inlet end of the fume collecting hood 1, or the left side wall and the right side wall of the air inlet end of the fume collecting hood 1 are both provided with the telescopic suction module 2. Correspondingly, the suction assembly embedding opening 11 is correspondingly arranged on the left side wall or the right side wall of the air inlet end of the fume collecting hood 1.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the telescopic suction module 2 is mainly described herein by taking a front wall of the hood 1 mounted at an air inlet end as an example. Also, in a side-suction type range hood shown in fig. 1 to 4, the suction port 21 may be used as a top port on the side-suction type range hood, and when the range hood is closed, the suction port 21 is retracted and hidden.
In the range hood of the invention, the air inlet end of the fume collecting hood 1 can be provided with an air inlet end bottom cover plate 12, the suction air port 21 is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the telescopic suction assembly 2, and in the retracted position, the air inlet end bottom cover plate 12 covers the suction air port 21. That is, when the telescopic suction assembly 2 is retracted (see the retracted position of fig. 1 and 3), the suction tuyere 21 can be retracted behind the air inlet end bottom cover plate 12.
When the air inlet end cover plate 12 only plays a role of shielding the suction air port 21, the air inlet end cover plate 12 can be preferably a fixed mounting plate, so that the overall structure of the range hood is simpler and the manufacturing cost is lower.
In particular, in the range hood of the present invention, it is also preferable to provide the rear intake port 13 on the basis of having the suction port 21, for example, in the side-suction range hood of fig. 2 and 4, that is, on the basis of having the suction port 21 as the top port, the additionally provided rear intake port 13 may serve as the side port closer to the burner, and thus, since the range hood of the present invention is provided with the smoke suction ports provided at least at two places of the smoke collecting hood 1, the suction force of the range hood is greater and the effect of removing smoke is more remarkable.
Wherein, a fixed back smoke inlet 13 is preferably arranged between the back edge of the air inlet end bottom cover plate 12 and the back wall of the air inlet end. In the case of a preferably fixed mounting plate for the air inlet end bottom cover plate 12, i.e. the rear inlet 13 is also a fixed, normally open rear inlet, the structure is simple and the processing cost is lower.
In the range hood of the present invention, the air inlet end bottom cover plate 12 may be a movable cover plate capable of moving back and forth, and an adjustable rear air inlet 13 with an adjustable opening width is formed between the rear edge of the air inlet end bottom cover plate 12 and the rear wall of the air inlet end. For the fixed back tobacco inlet 13, the adjustable back tobacco inlet 13 of this scheme is relatively more nimble, and the user can adjust back tobacco inlet 13's opening size and width according to actual culinary art condition like this to can close this back tobacco inlet 13 after the culinary art is accomplished. In addition, in the closed state of the range hood, the suction air inlet 21 and the rear air inlet 13 can be recovered and hidden to the rear side of the air inlet end bottom cover plate 12 serving as an outer cover shell, so that the appearance of the range hood is more attractive and elegant.
Alternatively, in the retracted position of the telescopic suction assembly 2, the rear end of the telescopic suction assembly 2 may preferably abut the rear wall of the air inlet end to shield the rear smoke inlet 13. Thus, when the telescopic suction assembly 2 is retracted, the telescopic suction assembly 2 can gradually shield the rear smoke inlet 13 from the rear of the rear smoke inlet 13, so as to play a role of closing the rear smoke inlet 13.
When the telescopic suction assembly 2 is preferably in a drawer type structure, correspondingly, in the range hood of the present invention, guide sliding rails (not shown) are formed between the telescopic suction assembly 2 and the air inlet end bottom cover plate 12 and the left and right side walls of the air inlet end respectively, so that the telescopic suction assembly 2 can smoothly move on the guide sliding rails (not shown), and the structure is more stable and reliable.
At the same time, the rear end of the telescopic suction module 2 is provided with a telescopic stopper (not shown) which can limit the maximum forward extension stroke of the telescopic suction module 2, and at the same time prevent the telescopic suction module 2 from being pulled forward and out of the fume collecting hood 1. Of course, the structural form of limiting the excessive telescoping of the telescopic suction assembly 2 can also take a variety of forms. For example, the telescopic suction module 2 may be designed in a form of 'front small and rear large', so that when the telescopic suction module 2 is extended forwards, the rear end of the telescopic suction module 2 is prevented from being separated from the fume collecting hood 1 due to the fact that the width of the rear end of the telescopic suction module 2 is slightly larger than the width of the suction module embedding opening 11, and the telescopic suction module 2 is prevented from being pulled forwards.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the conventional side-suction type range hood, the air inlet end bottom cover plate 12 is preferably a circular arc plate with a high front and a low rear. Alternatively, the intake end bottom cover 12 may be a horizontal bottom plate of a range hood of the T-type.
In the range hood of the present invention, in order to improve the integrity and aesthetic appearance of the overall appearance of the range hood, in the retracted position, the front end wall 22 of the telescopic suction assembly 2 covers the suction assembly fitting opening 11 and forms a smooth transition with the side wall of the air inlet end, as shown in fig. 1 and 3.
Still further, the front end wall 22 of the telescopic suction module 2 may be further provided with a light emitting band (not shown), which can better display the telescopic movement of the telescopic suction module 2, and can play a role in reminding the user, so that the user experience is better.
