The rotary motor is connected to the movable smoke guide plate 3, and when the rotary motor operates, it drives the movable smoke guide plate 3 to rotate to switch between the extended state and the retracted state.
In the modified example of the embodiment, the driving device 6 is not arranged in the side-suction type range hood, in this case, the front panel 2 and the movable smoke guide plate 3 can be controlled to move manually.
In the modified example of the embodiment, the movable smoke guide plate 3 is movably mounted on other components such as the smoke collecting hood 1 to realize non-linkage between the movable smoke guide plate 3 and the front panel 2, that is, when the front panel 2 moves, the movable smoke guide plate 3 does not move along with the front panel 2.
When the movable smoke guide plate 3 is not linked with the front panel 2, other changes can be made on the switching implementation mode of the movable smoke guide plate 3 between the extending state and the retracting state. For example, in a modified example, the movable smoke guide 3 is moved in a linear manner in the front-rear direction Y, so that the driving control of the movable smoke guide 3 is simple. A side-draft range hood comprises a smoke collecting hood (1) and a front panel (2) movably installed in front of the smoke collecting hood (1), wherein the smoke collecting hood (1) is provided with a smoke inlet (10), the front panel (2) can move relative to the smoke collecting hood (1) to switch between an open state and a closed state, the front panel (2) supplies oil smoke into the smoke inlet (10) in the open state, and the front panel (2) blocks the oil smoke from entering the smoke inlet (10) in the closed state;
it is characterized in that the side-draft range hood further comprises: the movable smoke guide plate (3) can move to an extending state relative to the front panel (2);
in the extending state, the front panel (2) is in the opening state, and at least one part of the movable smoke guide plate (3) forms an eaves part at the upper end of the front panel (2) to guide the oil smoke to enter the smoke inlet (10);
the movable smoke guide plate (3) is rotatably connected with the front panel (2), the movable smoke guide plate (3) moves to the extending state in a rotating mode, and the rotation takes a straight line (L) parallel to the length direction (X) of the side-suction type range hood as a rotating central shaft;
the motion mode of the front panel (2) is linear movement, the direction of the linear movement is a direction from one end of the front panel (2) to the other end, and the one end and the other end are two ends of the front panel (2) in the height direction (Z) of the side-suction type range hood;
when the front panel (2) is switched from the closed state to the open state, the front panel (2) moves linearly upward.
