It should be noted that, in the technical solution of the present invention, the manner in which the driving control mechanism 4 drives the movable smoke guide 2 to perform folding and extending operations should not be limited to the given embodiment. For example, in a modification of the present embodiment, the same object can be achieved by: when receiving a smoking instruction, the driving control mechanism 4 drives the free end of the plate body 21 to move upwards in the sliding rail 11 along the first direction X, and as the plate body 21 is rotatably connected with the plate body 20, the plate body 21 can drive the plate body 20 to rotate while moving, so as to fold the movable smoke guide plate 2; when receiving a smoking stopping instruction, the driving control mechanism 4 drives the free end of the plate body 21 to move downwards in the sliding rail 11 along the first direction X, and the plate body 21 can drive the plate body 20 to rotate while moving, so as to realize the extension of the movable smoke guide plate 2. In other words, in the modified example of the present embodiment, the plate body 21 is a driving plate, the plate body 20 is a driven plate, and the plate body 21 drives the plate body 20 to move so as to fold and extend the movable smoke guide plate 2.
In this embodiment, the side-suction type range hood further includes a control switch 5, and when the control switch 5 is triggered, the driving control mechanism 4 sends the smoke evacuation command or the smoke stop command. Thus, when the user wants to cook or stop cooking, the operation of the movable smoke guide 2 can be controlled by manually activating the control switch 5.
In a variation of this embodiment, the side-suction type range hood further includes a smoke sensor 6, and the smoke sensor 6 is configured to: sending the smoke exhausting instruction to the driving control mechanism 4 when the oil smoke is detected; and when the lampblack is not detected, the command for stopping the smoke exhaust is sent to the driving control mechanism 4. Thus, when a user wants to cook or stop cooking, the action control of the movable smoke guide plate 2 can be realized in an intelligent oil smoke detection mode.
In this embodiment, the driving control mechanism 4 includes a motor and a push rod, an output end of the motor is connected to one end of the push rod, and the other end of the push rod is fixedly connected to the plate body 20. When the motor rotates, the push rod is driven to rotate, and the push rod drives the plate body 20 to rotate. It should be noted that the configuration of the drive control mechanism 4 should not be limited to the given embodiment.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the smoke collecting hood 1 includes a hood body 12 located rearward of the movable smoke guide 2 and fixed panels 13, 14 fixed forward of the hood body 12. One end of the plate body 20 is rotatably connected to the fixing panel 13, and the other end is rotatably connected to the plate body 21.
When the movable smoke guide plate 2 is in the closed state, the fixed panels 13 and 14 are located on two sides of the movable smoke guide plate 2 along the first direction X, the outer surfaces of the plate bodies 20 and 21 and the outer surfaces of the fixed panels 13 and 14 are located on the same plane, and the outer surfaces of the front panels (namely the movable smoke guide plate 2 and the fixed panels 13 and 14) of the side-suction type range hood are flat surfaces, so that the shape is very simple and tidy, and the range hood is easy to clean. The fixed panels 13 and 14 may be provided with a control unit and a display screen of the side-suction type range hood, and a user may control the side-suction type range hood accordingly through the control unit.
In a modification of the present embodiment, the fixing panel 14 may not be provided.
Second embodiment
The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that: in the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the movable smoke guide 2 further includes a plate 22, and when the movable smoke guide 2 is in the closed state, the plate 22 is located between the plates 20 and 21 along the first direction X and is rotatably connected to both the plates 20 and 21.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the movable smoke guide 2 is in the open state, the folding is performed with the rotation center lines O of the plate bodies 20 and 22 as folding lines (i.e., the movable smoke guide 2 is folded with two rotation center lines O as folding lines), so that the plate bodies 20, 21 and 22 are stacked in parallel.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in the modified example of the present embodiment, when the movable smoke guide 2 is in the opened state, it is folded only with the rotation center line O of the panel 22 as a folding line, and the outer surfaces of the panels 20 and 21 are still on the same plane.
It should be noted that, in the technical solution of the present invention, the number of the plate bodies in the movable smoke guide plate should not be limited to the given embodiment. No matter how many the plate bodies are, as long as the movable smoke guide plate is in the opening state, the movable smoke guide plate is folded by taking at least one of the rotation center lines as a folding line, and the extending length of the movable smoke guide plate can be reduced. According to the change of the number of the plate bodies in the movable smoke guide plate, the structure of the driving control mechanism can be correspondingly adjusted on the basis of the embodiment, so that the folding and extending control of the movable smoke guide plate is realized.
Third embodiment
The difference between the third embodiment and the first embodiment is that: in the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, the side draft range hood further includes a moving panel 7 located in front of the smoke collecting hood 1, the moving panel 7 is movable along the slide rail 11 in the first direction X relative to the smoke collecting hood 1, and the plate body 20 of the movable smoke guide plate 2 is rotatably connected to the moving panel 7. When the movable panel 7 moves, the movable smoke guide plate 2 is driven to move so as to expose or shield the oil inlet 10.
The folding and the extension of the movable smoke guide plate 2 can be realized by the following two ways:
after the movable panel 7 is moved to the proper position, the plate bodies 20, 21 are rotated by the driving control mechanism 4 to fold or unfold the movable smoke guide 2.
The plate bodies 20, 21 are rotated by the drive control mechanism 4 while the moving panel 7 is moved, to fold or unfold the movable smoke guide 2.
In the present embodiment, the end of the plate body 21 away from the plate body 20 in the first direction X is not disposed in the slide rail 11, and when the movable smoke guide plate 2 is folded and extended, the end of the plate body 21 away from the plate body 20 in the first direction X is separated from the slide rail 11, and the movement thereof is not restricted by the slide rail 11.
In the present invention, each embodiment is written in a progressive manner, and the differences from the previous embodiments are emphasized, and the same parts in each embodiment can be referred to the previous embodiments.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A side-draft range hood comprises a smoke collecting hood (1) and a movable smoke guide plate (2), wherein the smoke collecting hood (1) is provided with a smoke inlet (10), the movable smoke guide plate (2) is set to be capable of being switched between an open state and a closed state, when the movable smoke guide plate (2) is in the open state, an extended eaves part is formed to guide oil smoke to enter the smoke inlet (10), and when the movable smoke guide plate (2) is in the closed state, the oil smoke is blocked from entering the smoke inlet (10);
the cigarette guiding device is characterized in that the movable cigarette guiding plate (2) comprises a plurality of plate bodies (20, 21 and 22), when the movable cigarette guiding plate (2) is in the closed state, all the plate bodies (20, 21 and 22) are sequentially arranged along a first direction (X), two adjacent plate bodies (20, 21 and 22) in the first direction (X) are rotatably connected, the rotating central line (O) of each plate body (20, 21 and 22) is parallel to a second direction (Y), and the second direction (Y) is perpendicular to the first direction (X);
the plate body (20) of the closed movable smoke guide plate (2) at the upper end along the first direction (X) can be turned upwards relative to the smoke collecting hood (1) so that the movable smoke guide plate (2) is switched from the closed state to the open state;
when the movable smoke guide plate (2) is in the opening state, the movable smoke guide plate is folded by taking at least one of the rotation center lines (O) as a folding line.
2. The side draft range hood according to claim 1, wherein the outer surfaces of all the plate bodies (20, 21, 22) are located on the same plane when the movable smoke guide plate (2) is in the closed state; or,
the outer surfaces of all the plate bodies (20, 21, 22) are curved surfaces, and when the movable smoke guide plate (2) is in the closed state, the outer surfaces of all the plate bodies (20, 21, 22) are smoothly connected along the first direction (X).
3. The side draft range hood according to claim 1, wherein when the movable smoke guide panel (2) is in the open state, all the panel bodies (20, 21, 22) are stacked in parallel; or,
when the movable smoke guide plate (2) is in the open state, at least two adjacent plate bodies (20, 21, 22) in the first direction (X) are arranged in an intersecting manner.
4. Side draft range hood according to claim 1, wherein the number of plate bodies (20, 21, 22) is two.
5. The side draft range hood according to claim 1, wherein the plate body (20) of the closed movable smoke guide plate (2) at the upper end in the first direction (X) is rotatably connected to the smoke collecting hood (1).
6. The side draft range hood according to claim 5, wherein the hood (1) comprises a hood body (12) located behind the movable smoke guide (2) and a fixed panel (13) fixed in front of the hood body (12);
one end of the plate body (20) positioned at the upper end part is rotatably connected with the fixed panel (13), and the other end of the plate body is rotatably connected with the other adjacent plate body (21, 22);
when the movable smoke guide plate (2) is in the closed state, the outer surfaces of all the plate bodies (20, 21, 22) and the outer surface of the fixed panel (13) are positioned on the same plane.
7. A side draft exhaust hood according to claim 5, wherein the hood (1) is provided with a sliding rail (11) extending in the first direction (X);
the closed movable smoke guide plate (2) is located at the lower end part of the first direction (X), one end of the plate body (21) is rotatably connected with the adjacent other plate body (20, 22), the other end of the movable smoke guide plate is a free end, and the free end can slide along the sliding rail (11).
8. The side draft range hood according to claim 7, wherein the number of the plate bodies (20, 21, 22) is two, the side draft range hood further comprising: a drive control mechanism (4), the drive control mechanism (4) being configured to: when a smoking instruction is received, the plate body (20) positioned at the upper end is driven to rotate so that the movable smoke guide plate (2) is in the open state, and when a smoking stopping instruction is received, the plate body (20) positioned at the upper end is driven to rotate in the opposite direction so that the movable smoke guide plate (2) is in the closed state.
9. The side draft range hood of claim 8, further comprising: and the control switch (5) sends the smoking instruction or the smoking stopping instruction to the driving control mechanism (4) when the control switch (5) is triggered.
10. The side draft range hood of claim 8, further comprising: a smoke sensor (6), the smoke sensor (6) being for: sending the smoke exhausting instruction to the driving control mechanism (4) when the oil smoke is detected; and sending the smoke stopping instruction to the driving control mechanism (4) when the oil smoke is not detected.
