a third light-emitting component (34) is arranged in the seat shell, a transparent circular ring (38) is arranged on the seat shell, the circular ring (38) faces the lamp cap (10), and the third light-emitting component (34) is arranged opposite to the circular ring (38); the third light-emitting component (34) is electrically connected with the control board (33);
The ratio of the area of the light emitting part of the circular ring (38) to the area of the circular ring (38) is a light emitting proportion, and the light emitting proportion is proportional to the brightness of the first light emitting component (13).
2. The desk lamp (100) as recited in claim 1, wherein the first light guide element (14) is a light guide plate, and transparent diffusing particles are distributed in the light guide plate.
3. The desk lamp (100) as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the second light guiding element (23) is a light guiding plate, in which transparent diffusing particles are distributed.
4. The desk lamp (100) as recited in claim 1, wherein the number of the second light emitting assemblies (22) is two, and the two second light emitting assemblies (22) are respectively disposed opposite to both ends of the second light guiding element (23).
5. The desk lamp (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein an opening (211) is provided on a surface of the arm casing (21) opposite to the outgoing light of the first light outgoing surface (141), and the third light outgoing surface (231) faces the opening (211).

The desk lamp (100) as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the first light emitting component (13) comprises a ring body (132) and a first light source (131), the first light source (131) is disposed on an inner wall of the ring body (132), and the first light emitting component (13) is disposed on a side wall of the first light guiding element (14) in a surrounding manner.
7. The desk lamp (100) as recited in claim 6, characterized in that a heat sink (15) is provided in the head housing, the heat sink (15) being annularly provided on an outer wall of the first light emitting assembly (13).
8. The desk lamp (100) as recited in claim 1, wherein the touch key is made of a copper foil of a circuit board or a transparent conductive film.
9. The desk lamp (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein a mounting hole is provided in the base shell, the display body (37) and the ring (38) are both mounted in the mounting hole, and the ring (38) is annularly provided on the display body (37).
10. The desk lamp (100) as recited in claim 1, further comprising a reflector (35) disposed within the housing, wherein light from the third light emitting assembly (34) is directed toward the annular ring (38) via the reflector (35).
11. A desk lamp (100) as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, 4-5, 7 and 9, characterized in that the lamp base (10) is pivotally connected to the pivot of the lamp arm (20).
12. The desk lamp (100) as recited in any one of claims 1-2, 4-5, 7 and 9, wherein the lamp base (30) is pivotally connected to the pivot of the lamp arm (20).
13. A desk lamp (100) as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, 4-5, 7 and 9, characterized in that the lamp base (10) is connected to the lamp arm (20) via a swivel mount (24) and/or the lamp base (30) is connected to the lamp arm (20) via a swivel mount (24); a guide space (223) is formed in the second light-emitting component (22), and a guide column (241) is arranged at one end, facing the second light-emitting component (22), of the rotating shaft seat (24); the guide post (241) is in guide fit with the guide space (223).
14. The desk lamp (100) as recited in any one of claims 1-2, 4-5, 7 and 9, wherein the head cover comprises an upper cover (11) and a lower cover (12), the upper cover (11) and the lower cover (12) being snap-connected.
