Abstract
The invention relates to a tire changer driving device for repairing vehicle tires. The hydraulic motor comprises a radial plunger hydraulic motor, wherein the radial plunger hydraulic motor comprises a stator, a rear cover and a rotor; the front end of the stator is connected with the front cover, and the front end of the rotor drives the cylinder body to rotate through an output shaft extending into the front cover; the outer wall of the cylinder body and the inner wall of the front cover are dynamically sealed by a pair of sealing rings arranged front and back; the piston in the cylinder body divides the inner cavity into a front cavity and a rear cavity, and the front end of the piston is provided with a piston rod for driving the clamping mechanism; a front oil port and a rear oil port are formed in the outer wall of the cylinder body between the two sealing rings, and the front oil port and the rear oil port are respectively communicated with the front cavity and the rear cavity through oil channels on the cylinder body; the inner wall of the front cover is provided with an annular front oil groove and an annular rear oil groove which correspond to the positions of the front oil port and the rear oil port, and the front oil groove and the rear oil groove are connected with an external hydraulic oil supply and return system through an oil way in the front cover base body. The invention has simple structure, small volume, reliable action and convenient installation and maintenance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a device component for repairing vehicle tires, in particular to a driving device of a tire changer.
Background
The tyre remover is used for separating a rim from a tyre body in tyre maintenance, a driving part of the existing tyre remover is usually driven by a motor to drive a belt and a worm gear speed reducing mechanism to drive the tyre to rotate, clamping and fixing of the tyre are completed through stretching and retracting of an oil cylinder, clamping and rotating actions of the tyre remover are completed through the separated equipment, and sheet metal parts such as a worm gear speed reducing box body, a speed reducing belt pulley protective cover and the like are arranged for ensuring the installation of all parts.

Further, the front section and the rear section of the cylinder body of the oil cylinder are respectively connected with the front cover through bearings; the bearing is preferably a tapered roller bearing.
Further, spline transmission is adopted between the rear end of the cylinder body and the output shaft.
Further, a hydraulic lock is arranged on an oil duct which is communicated with the rear oil groove in the front cover base body.
Further, a middle sealing ring positioned between the front oil port and the rear oil port is further arranged between the outer wall of the cylinder body and the inner wall of the front cover.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the full hydraulic driving is adopted, a motor is omitted, the low-rotation-speed motion is stable and reliable, and the application field of the hydraulic tire removing machine is expanded.
2. The radial plunger hydraulic motor is used for replacing the traditional transmission mode of driving a belt pulley worm and a worm by a motor, the equipment structure is simple and compact, and the production efficiency is improved;
3. The hydraulic lock is arranged on the front cover, so that an oil guide body in the traditional structure is omitted, and the whole machine is more compact and attractive;
4. The bearing of the cylinder body of the oil cylinder is used as a rotary support, so that the bearing capacity is improved and the service life is prolonged.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the tire changer driving device comprises a radial plunger hydraulic motor 1, wherein the radial plunger hydraulic motor comprises a stator 2, a rear cover 3 connected to the rear end of the stator, and a rotor 4 coaxially arranged in the stator 2 and the rear cover 3; the front end of the stator is connected with a front cover 5 with an inner cavity, and the front end of the rotor is coaxially connected with a cylinder body 7 of an oil cylinder through an output shaft 6 extending into the front cover and can drive the cylinder body to rotate; the outer wall of the cylinder body 7 and the inner wall of the front cover are dynamically sealed by a pair of sealing rings 8 arranged front and back; the piston 9 in the cylinder body divides the inner cavity into a front cavity 11 and a rear cavity 12, and the front end of the piston is provided with a piston rod 13 for driving the clamping mechanism; a front oil port 14 and a rear oil port 15 are formed in the outer wall of the cylinder body between the two sealing rings 8, and the front oil port and the rear oil port are respectively communicated with the front cavity 11 and the rear cavity 12 through oil channels on the cylinder body; the inner wall of the front cover 5 is provided with a front oil groove 16 and a rear oil groove 17 which are annular and correspond to the positions of the front oil port and the rear oil port, and the front oil groove and the rear oil groove are connected with a hydraulic oil supply and return system outside the front cover through independent oil passages in a base body of the front cover. The front section and the rear section of the cylinder body 7 of the oil cylinder are respectively connected with a front cover through bearings 18; the bearing 18 is a tapered roller bearing. The rear end of the cylinder body 7 is in spline transmission with the output shaft 6. As shown in fig. 2, a hydraulic lock 19 is installed on an oil passage communicating with the rear oil groove 17 in the base body of the front cover 5. An intermediate sealing ring 20 positioned between the front oil port and the rear oil port is also arranged between the outer wall of the cylinder body 7 and the inner wall of the front cover 5.
In the working process of the invention, high-pressure oil is injected into the rear cavity 12 of the oil cylinder, the piston is driven to extend out of the rear cavity 13, the tire clamping is completed, and the hydraulic lock enables the oil cylinder to maintain clamping pressure; then, the radial plunger hydraulic motor is started to drive the cylinder body and the tire to rotate, and the tire removing operation is completed.
Claims (2)

A driving device of a tire removing machine is characterized in that: the hydraulic motor comprises a radial plunger hydraulic motor (1), wherein the radial plunger hydraulic motor comprises a stator (2), a rear cover (3) connected to the rear end of the stator, and a rotor (4) coaxially arranged in the stator (2) and the rear cover (3); the front end of the stator is connected with a front cover (5) with an inner cavity, and the front end of the rotor is coaxially connected with a cylinder body (7) of the oil cylinder and drives the cylinder body to rotate; the outer wall of the cylinder body (7) and the inner wall of the front cover are dynamically sealed by a pair of sealing rings (8) arranged front and back; the inner cavity of the piston (9) in the cylinder body is divided into a front cavity (11) and a rear cavity (12), and a piston rod (13) for driving the clamping mechanism is arranged at the front end of the piston; a front oil port (14) and a rear oil port (15) are formed in the outer wall of the cylinder body between the two sealing rings (8), and the front oil port and the rear oil port are respectively communicated with the front cavity (11) and the rear cavity (12) through oil channels on the cylinder body; an annular front oil groove (16) and a rear oil groove (17) which correspond to the positions of the front oil port and the rear oil port are formed in the inner wall of the front cover (5), and the front oil groove and the rear oil groove are connected with a hydraulic oil supply and return system outside the front cover through independent oil passages in a base body of the front cover;
the front section and the rear section of a cylinder body (7) of the oil cylinder are respectively connected with the front cover through bearings (18); the bearing (18) is a tapered roller bearing; the rotor (4) is connected with the rear end of the cylinder body (7) through an output shaft (6) extending into the front cover; the rear end of the cylinder body (7) is in spline transmission with the output shaft (6); a hydraulic lock (19) is arranged on an oil duct which is communicated with the rear oil groove (17) in the base body of the front cover (5).
2. The tire changer drive of claim 1, wherein: an intermediate sealing ring (20) positioned between the front oil port and the rear oil port is also arranged between the outer wall of the cylinder body (7) and the inner wall of the front cover (5).
