When the kiln door 30 is jammed, the supporting member 122 moves downward to disengage from the door opening member 50, and at this time, the pressure of the pressure sensor 24 becomes smaller, and because the distance between the door closing member 40 and the door opening member 50 is smaller than the travel distance of the supporting member 122, the supporting member 122 abuts against the door closing member 40 before the supporting member 122 retracts, so that the pressure given by the door closing member 40 is received, and the pressure of the pressure sensor 24 suddenly increases or even exceeds the set pressure value, that is, when the pressure value of the pressure sensor 24 suddenly decreases and then suddenly increases during the door closing process, the jam of the kiln door 30 is indicated.
Therefore, the pressure change condition of the pressure sensor 24 can be used for detecting whether the kiln door 30 is unhooked or jammed, so that the problem can be found in time, and the use is convenient.
Moreover, the pressure sensor 24 is combined with the full door opening position detecting element 21, so that misjudgment of the full door opening position detecting element 21, for example, in the door opening process, the supporting member is unhooked from the door opening member 50, and the supporting member normally reaches the full door opening position and gives a signal, so that misjudgment of the kiln door 30 opening is performed. If the output signal of the pressure sensor 24 changes and the signal of the fully opened door position detecting element 21 changes, the unhooking phenomenon is avoided in the door opening process, and the kiln door 30 is opened in place.
The status of kiln door 30 during the door opening process is detected as follows:
(1) Kiln door 30 is normally opened: the full door opening position detecting element 21 has a signal, while the pressure sensor 24 has an output.
(2) Unhooking: the output of the pressure sensor 24 becomes drastically smaller.
(3) Kiln gate 30 is severely stuck: the pressure sensor 24 is greater than the set point.
If the kiln door 30 is normally opened, the next action can be executed; if the alarm is abnormal, the machine is stopped and the alarm is given.
The pressure sensor 24, the door closing detecting element 23 and the unhooking position detecting element 22 in combination detect the state of the kiln door 30 during the door closing as follows:
(1) Kiln door 30 is normally closed: the door closing detecting element 23 has a signal and the unhooking position detecting element 22 has a signal.
(2) Kiln gate 30 is severely stuck: the unhooking position detecting element 22 has no signal, and the output of the pressure sensor 24 is suddenly reduced and then suddenly increased.
If the kiln door 30 is normally closed, the next action can be executed; if the alarm is abnormal, the machine is stopped and the alarm is given.
Another example is: as shown in fig. 7, the kiln door state detecting assembly includes a connecting rod 25, a reset member 27, a stopper 26, and a connecting rod position detecting member 28; one end of the connecting rod 25 is connected to the sprocket shaft 128 through the top plate of the frame, the stopper 26 is fixed to a portion of the connecting rod 25 located outside the frame, the return member 27 is connected between the stopper 26 and the frame, and the connecting rod position detecting member 28 is fixed to the top plate of the frame to detect an upper limit position of the connecting rod 25.
In this embodiment, when the sprocket shaft 128 receives pressure or the pressure becomes larger, the link shaft 25 is driven to move downward, and when the pressure received by the sprocket shaft 128 is removed or the original pressure is recovered, the reset member 27 can push the link shaft 25 to reset, so as to push the sprocket shaft 128 to reset, and the link position detecting element 28 detects the upper limit position of the link shaft 25, that is, when the link shaft 25 moves downward and resets again, the signal of the link position detecting element 28 changes, which indicates that the link shaft 25 reaches the upper limit position.
Specifically, the connecting rod 25 is a screw, one end of the screw passes through the sprocket shaft 128, and nuts are sleeved on the upper side and the lower side of the sprocket shaft 128 to fix the screw; the limiting piece 26 is a sleeve, an opening of the sleeve faces the top plate of the frame 121, a gap is formed between the lower end of the sleeve and the top plate of the frame 121, and when the lower end of the sleeve is abutted to the top plate of the frame, the chain wheel shaft 128 does not descend any more; the return member 27 is a spring.
The connecting rod position detecting element 28 in combination with the fully open door position sensor detects the state of the kiln door 30 during the door opening process as follows:
(1) Kiln door 30 is normally opened: the pressure sensor 24 has a signal and the full door opening position detecting element 21 has no signal.
(2) Unhooking: the pressure sensor 24 has no signal and the full door opening position detecting element 21 has a signal.
If the kiln door 30 is normally opened, the next action can be executed; if the alarm is abnormal, the machine is stopped and the alarm is given.
The connection rod position detecting element 28, the door closing detecting element and the unhooking position detecting element 22 in combination detect the state of the kiln door 30 during the door closing process as follows:
(1) Kiln door 30 is normally closed: the door closing detecting element has a signal and the unhooking position detecting element 22 has a signal.
If the kiln door 30 is normally closed, the next action can be executed; if the alarm is abnormal, the machine is stopped and the alarm is given.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, based on the above embodiment, the number of the driving assemblies 12 is two, and the two driving assemblies 12 are oppositely spaced along the sliding direction of the vertical support 122; the bracket mechanism comprises a transverse rod 13, one end of the transverse rod 13 is connected with the upper end of one frame, the other end of the transverse rod 13 is connected with the upper end of the other frame, and the kiln door state detection assembly further comprises a complete door opening detection element 29 arranged on the transverse rod 13.
In this embodiment, the transverse rod 13 is disposed at the top end of the frame 121, and when the kiln door 30 is completely opened, the complete door opening detecting element 29 will send a signal or change the output signal, so that the kiln door 30 can be detected to be completely opened, and the structure is simple and the detection is simple.
The full door opening detection element 29 may be a distance sensor, a displacement sensor, a photoelectric switch, a travel switch, a proximity switch, or the like.
The full door opening detection element 29 may be provided at both sides of the lateral lever 13.
Preferably, the full door opening detection element 29 is provided at the center position of the lateral lever 13. In this embodiment, the situation of misjudgment of the fully opened door detecting element 29, for example, that one side of the kiln door 30 is normally opened, but the other side is blocked, the kiln door 30 is inclined, one side is fully opened, the other side is failed to be opened, and if the fully opened door detecting element 29 is arranged on the fully opened side, the whole kiln door 30 is misjudged to be fully opened. Thereby further improving reliability.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, based on the above embodiment, the number of the driving assemblies 12 is two, and the two driving assemblies 12 are oppositely spaced along the sliding direction of the vertical support 122; the bracket mechanism also includes a support rod 14, the support rod 14 being connected between two supports 122.
In this embodiment, the supporting rod 14 is disposed between the two supporting members 122, which is convenient for the arrangement of the door opening member 50 and the door closing member 40, and the door opening member 50 and the door closing member 40 do not need to be arranged according to the positions of the supporting members 122, and do not need to be correspondingly arranged with the supporting members 122; on the other hand, unhooking of one support 122 can be avoided, and the other support 122 moves normally, thereby further ensuring normal opening and closing of the kiln door 30.
When there are two driving assemblies 12, the number of driving sprockets 123 may be two, and the driving motors 15 may be two to drive the two driving sprockets 123 respectively; alternatively, the driving motor 15 is one, the power output shaft of the driving motor 15 is connected with the transmission shaft 16, and two ends of the transmission shaft 16 are respectively connected with the two driving sprockets 123, so that the synchronism of the two driving sprockets 123 can be ensured.
The invention provides a concrete curing system, comprising: stacker, curing kiln and kiln door opening and closing device that the invention provides; the kiln door opening and closing device is partially fixed on the stacker, and the curing kiln comprises a kiln body arranged at an opening and a kiln door 30 slidably arranged at the opening of the kiln body, and the kiln door opening and closing device is connected with the kiln door 30 to drive the kiln door 30 to slide.
In this embodiment, the kiln door opening and closing device is partially sent to the front of the corresponding kiln door 30 through the stacker, and then the kiln door opening and closing device is connected with the kiln door 30 so as to open or close the kiln door 30, and a kiln door state detection component in the kiln door opening and closing device can detect the state of the kiln door 30, so that the kiln door opening and closing device can be timely found when abnormality occurs, and the safety and reliability are high.
