本发明公开了一种留置室的软包墙壁,包括有混泥土层、防火EVA层、耐磨皮革层,所述防火EVA层通过胶水粘接在混泥土层的表面,耐磨皮革层通过热压粘合的方式粘合在防火EVA层的表面。本发明的留置室的软包墙壁,通过设计防火EVA层,使得墙壁变软,嫌疑人撞墙自残时产生缓冲作用,从而避免自残自杀的情况出现,同时具有防火耐磨功能,放置嫌疑人破坏墙壁,提高留置室的安全性,提高了留置室的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于留置室技术领域,具体涉及一种留置室的软包墙壁。
背景技术
留置室是看管涉嫌违法犯罪嫌疑人员的场所之一,在派出所、纪监委等特殊领域有设置,可以将违法嫌疑人留置较长时间。被留置人在此期间丧失人身自由,只能够在留置室限定的范围内活动。身处留置室中的嫌疑人通常会有较大的心理压力,经常会有犯罪嫌疑人畏罪自杀、自残、暴力抗拒等极端现象出现。现有留置室的墙壁都为硬质墙壁,嫌疑人在留置室中存在撞墙自残的可能。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种留置室的软包墙壁,包括有混泥土层、防火EVA层、耐磨皮革层,所述防火EVA层通过胶水粘接在混泥土层的表面,耐磨皮革层通过热压粘合的方式粘合在防火EVA层的表面。
防火EVA层和耐磨皮革层形成若干覆盖在混泥土层表面的单元块,相邻单元块之间通过连接线连接,连接线由防火橡胶制成,连接线与单元块之间通过胶水粘合,连接线与混泥土层之间通过胶水粘合。
混泥土层的表面为磨砂面。
防火EVA层和耐磨皮革层之间设有防割布层,防割布层由凯芙拉纤维制成的网格布构成。
防火EVA层的厚度为2-5厘米。
连接线的两个侧面分别具有供防火EVA层边沿卡入的凹槽。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的留置室的软包墙壁,通过设计防火EVA层,使得墙壁变软,嫌疑人撞墙自残时产生缓冲作用,从而避免自残自杀的情况出现,同时具有防火耐磨功能,放置嫌疑人破坏墙壁,提高留置室的安全性,提高了留置室的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种留置室的软包墙壁,包括有混泥土层1、防火EVA层2、耐磨皮革层3,所述防火EVA层2通过胶水粘接在混泥土层1的表面,耐磨皮革层3通过热压粘合的方式粘合在防火EVA层2的表面。
防火EVA层2和耐磨皮革层3形成若干覆盖在混泥土层表面的单元块,相邻单元块之间通过连接线4连接,连接线4由防火橡胶制成,连接线4与单元块之间通过胶水粘合,连接线4与混泥土层1之间通过胶水粘合。将防火EVA层2和耐磨皮革层3切割后热压粘合,预先生产单元块,施工时再将单元块在混泥土层1上粘合,相邻单元块之间通过连接线4连接,这样即提高了施工效率,又能提高墙壁的美观度。
混泥土层1的表面为磨砂面,磨砂面能够增强防火EVA层2和混泥土层1的粘合强度,从而增加软包墙壁的使用寿命。
防火EVA层2和耐磨皮革层3之间设有防割布层,防割布层由凯芙拉纤维制成的网格布构成。防割布层使得墙壁具备一定的防割功能,墙壁不易被损坏,提高墙壁强度。
防火EVA层2的厚度为2-5厘米。
如图2所示,连接线4的两个侧面分别具有供防火EVA层4边沿卡入的凹槽5。

1.一种留置室的软包墙壁,其特征在于,包括有混泥土层、防火EVA层、耐磨皮革层,所述防火EVA层通过胶水粘接在混泥土层的表面,耐磨皮革层通过热压粘合的方式粘合在防火EVA层的表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的留置室的软包墙壁,其特征在于,所述防火EVA层和耐磨皮革层形成若干覆盖在混泥土层表面的单元块,相邻单元块之间通过连接线连接,连接线由防火橡胶制成,连接线与单元块之间通过胶水粘合,连接线与混泥土层之间通过胶水粘合。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的留置室的软包墙壁,其特征在于,所述混泥土层的表面为磨砂面。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的留置室的软包墙壁,其特征在于,所述防火EVA层和耐磨皮革层之间设有防割布层,防割布层由凯芙拉纤维制成的网格布构成。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的留置室的软包墙壁,其特征在于,所述防火EVA层的厚度为2-5厘米。
6.如权利要求2所述的留置室的软包墙壁,其特征在于,所述连接线的两个侧面分别具有供防火EVA层边沿卡入的凹槽。
