本发明公开了一种乙醇汽油,由下述体积份的原料组成:汽油40‑50份、工业酒精15‑25份、甲苯15‑20份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3‑5份、异辛醇3‑5份、叔丁醇5‑8份以及甲基叔丁基醚1‑3份。本发明还提供了一种制备上述乙醇汽油的制备方法。本发明具有如下有益效果:成本低,尾气排放无烟无气味;本发明制备的乙醇汽油燃烧充分,更省油;本发明制备的乙醇汽油清洁环保,减少汽车尾气对环境的污染,有害物排放减少7成以上;本发明制备的乙醇汽油加入了抗爆剂甲基叔丁基醚,对汽车发动机损耗小,提高发动机使用寿命。

Description

一种乙醇汽油及其制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及汽油加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种乙醇汽油及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
随着石油资源越来越贫乏,并且常受政治不稳定因素的影响,石油价格也日趋升高。乙醇作为一种可再生的生物质能应用到车用燃料方面,主要与汽油混合为车用乙醇汽油。乙醇汽油相对于汽油在排放性能上更有优势。乙醇具有与甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)类似的高辛烷值、辛烷值调合效应以及高含氧量等特性,相对MTBE则更为环保,因此在技术和经济上都全部或部分替代MTBE。目前近20个国家在推广乙醇汽油,我国目前有10个省市作为E10车用乙醇汽油的试点在推广使用乙醇汽。
但是,当前也有许多新汽油及汽车燃料的出现,但有的成本偏高,有的对汽车使用带来负面效果,尾气排放污染不利等。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种乙醇汽油及其制备方法,其可以提供一种成本低、工艺简单、清洁环保的乙醇汽油。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种乙醇汽油,由下述体积份的原料组成:汽油40-50份、工业酒精15-25份、甲苯15-20 份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、异辛醇3-5份、叔丁醇5-8份以及甲基叔丁基醚1-3份。
本发明还提供了一种制备所述的乙醇汽油的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:量取一定量的汽油、工业酒精以及叔丁醇混合均匀,得到第一混合油;再量取甲苯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚以及异辛醇混合均匀,得到第二混合油;将第一混合油、第二混合油以及甲基叔丁基醚加入原料混合罐内,在常温70-90个大气压下搅拌20-30分钟,静置1-2天,得到乙醇汽油。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、在汽油中加入了工业酒精,降低生产成本,尾气排放无烟无气味;
2、本发明制备的乙醇汽油燃烧充分,更省油;
3、本发明制备的乙醇汽油清洁环保,减少汽车尾气对环境的污染,有害物排放减少7成以上;
4、本发明制备的乙醇汽油加入了抗爆剂甲基叔丁基醚,对汽车发动机损耗小,提高发动机使用寿命。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种乙醇汽油,由下述体积份的原料组成:汽油40份、工业酒精25份、甲苯20份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份、异辛醇5份、叔丁醇5份以及甲基叔丁基醚1份。
本发明还提供了一种制备所述的乙醇汽油的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:量取汽油40份、工业酒精25份以及叔丁醇5份混合均匀,得到第一混合油;再量取甲苯20份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份以及异辛醇5份混合均匀,得到第二混合油;将第一混合油、第二混合油以及甲基叔丁基醚1份加入原料混合罐内,在常温70个大气压下搅拌30分钟,静置1天,得到乙醇汽油。
实施例2
本发明提供了一种乙醇汽油,由下述体积份的原料组成:汽油50份、工业酒精15份、甲苯20份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份、异辛醇5份、叔丁醇5份以及甲基叔丁基醚2份。
本发明还提供了一种制备所述的乙醇汽油的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:量取汽油50份、工业酒精15份以及叔丁醇5份混合均匀,得到第一混合油;再量取甲苯20份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份以及异辛醇5份混合均匀,得到第二混合油;将第一混合油、第二混合油以及甲基叔丁基醚1份加入原料混合罐内,在常温80个大气压下搅拌25分钟,静置1.5 天,得到乙醇汽油。
实施例3
本发明提供了一种乙醇汽油,由下述体积份的原料组成:汽油45份、工业酒精20份、甲苯15份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、异辛醇4份、叔丁醇8份以及甲基叔丁基醚3份。
本发明还提供了一种制备所述的乙醇汽油的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:量取汽油45份、工业酒精15份以及叔丁醇8份混合均匀,得到第一混合油;再量取甲苯15份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份以及异辛醇4份混合均匀,得到第二混合油;将第一混合油、第二混合油以及甲基叔丁基醚3份加入原料混合罐内,在常温90个大气压下搅拌20分钟,静置2天,得到乙醇汽油。
通过实验检测,发现本发明制备的乙醇汽油燃烧充分,产生的震爆少,对发动机损耗小,且燃烧后产生的有害气体非常少,无烟无气味,完全可以符合国标6的要求。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、在汽油中加入了工业酒精,降低生产成本,尾气排放无烟无气味;
2、本发明制备的乙醇汽油燃烧充分,更省油;
3、本发明制备的乙醇汽油清洁环保,减少汽车尾气对环境的污染,有害物排放减少7成以上;
4、本发明制备的乙醇汽油加入了抗爆剂甲基叔丁基醚,对汽车发动机损耗小,提高发动机使用寿命。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方案中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种乙醇汽油,其特征在于,由下述体积份的原料组成:汽油40-50份、工业酒精15-25份、甲苯15-20份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、异辛醇3-5份、叔丁醇5-8份以及甲基叔丁基醚1-3份。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的乙醇汽油的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括如下步骤:量取一定量的汽油、工业酒精以及叔丁醇混合均匀,得到第一混合油;再量取甲苯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚以及异辛醇混合均匀,得到第二混合油;将第一混合油、第二混合油以及甲基叔丁基醚加入原料混合罐内,在常温70-90个大气压下搅拌20-30分钟,静置1-2天,得到乙醇汽油。
