本发明是一种新能源设备的抗紫外线涂料的配方,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%水性环氧树脂,10~35%丙烯酸乳液,1~10%消泡剂,0~3%着色颜料,0~2.5%分散剂,5~20%苯并三唑,10~20%苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,30~60%环保促进剂,通过本方法制备的产品,在拥有较好的除紫外线能力的同时,避免可能对环境造成的负荷。

本发明公开了一种新能源设备的抗紫外线涂料的配方。
背景技术
环保材料是指低毒、低排放型,经过加工、合成等技术手段来控制有毒、有害物质的积聚和缓慢释放、因其毒性轻微、对人类健康不构成危险的装饰材料,目前市场存在的抗紫外线涂料中,存在一定程度的污染环境物质。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种新能源设备的抗紫外线涂料的配方,在拥有较好的除紫外线能力的同时,避免可能对环境造成的负荷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种新能源设备的抗紫外线涂料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%水性环氧树脂,10~35%丙烯酸乳液,1~10%消泡剂, 0~3%着色颜料,0~2.5%分散剂,5~20%苯并三唑,10~20%苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,30~60%环保促进剂。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,在拥有较好的除紫外线能力的同时,避免可能对环境造成的负荷。

实施例1
一种新能源设备的抗紫外线涂料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%水性环氧树脂,10%丙烯酸乳液,1%消泡剂,1%着色颜料,1%分散剂,5%苯并三唑,10%苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,30%环保促进剂,此时抗紫外线能力不足。
实施例2
一种新能源设备的抗紫外线涂料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%水性环氧树脂,35%丙烯酸乳液,10%消泡剂,3%着色颜料,2.5%分散剂,20%苯并三唑,20%苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,60%环保促进剂,此时会对环境造成一定程度的污染。
实施例3
一种新能源设备的抗紫外线涂料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%水性环氧树脂,23%丙烯酸乳液,5%消泡剂, 1.5%着色颜料,1.25%分散剂,13%苯并三唑,15%苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,45%环保促进剂,此时在拥有较好的除紫外线能力的同时,避免可能对环境造成的负荷。

1.一种新能源设备的抗紫外线涂料的配方,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%水性环氧树脂,10~35%丙烯酸乳液,1~10%消泡剂,0~3%着色颜料,0~2.5%分散剂,5~20%苯并三唑,10~20%苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,30~60%环保促进剂。
