本发明公开了一种利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,包括亚克力材料的选取、电子束辐照、导电体击打亚克力材料表面等步骤,并具体限定了亚克力材料体的形状尺寸、电子束辐照的相关参数、导电体击打的相关参数,优化形成Lichtenberg图形的流程,简化工艺,提高效率,同时提升安全性,快捷有效地在亚克力材料中形成Lichtenberg图形。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子束辐照技术领域,更准确的说涉及一种利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法。
背景技术
Lichtenberg图形以发现这一现象的德国科学家Georg Christoph Lichtenberg的名字命名,其形状特征有助于揭示电流的性质。Lichtenberg图形能够形成于固体、液体或气体中。闪电是一种自然形成的三维Lichtenberg图形,闪电电击还可能会在树木、草坪、甚至人体皮肤上形成Lichtenberg图形。Lichtenberg图形具有科学研究价值及其工艺品价值,工程技术方面还可以通过研究材料的Lichtenberg图形来判定其可靠性。人工制造Lichtenberg图形通常采用电子加速器辐照处理的方式。Lichtenberg图形可以在固体绝缘材料中创建,通过电子加速器辐照处理,绝缘材料内部可以暂时捕获电子,形成负电荷平面。一旦电子过多,超过材料的介电强度,击穿材料。通过用尖锐的导电物体击打材料手动触发,从而产生过大的电压应力点,在放电过程中,在其内部形成Lichtenberg图形。如何调整固体绝缘材料的各项参数,以及调整电子加速器的工作参数,以制造所需要的Lichtenberg图形,是该技术的主要问题。亚克力又叫PMMA或有机玻璃,源自英文acrylic(丙烯酸塑料),化学名称为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,亚克力是一种具有可塑性高分子材料,其具有较好的透明性、化学稳定性和耐候性、易染色、易加工、外观优美,在工业生产及工艺品领域应用广泛,亚克力材料的透光率在92%以上,光线柔和、视觉清晰,用染料着色的亚克力又有很好的展色效果。透明亚克力板材具有可与玻璃比拟的透光率,且其密度只有玻璃的一半,此外,亚克力板不像玻璃那么易碎,即使破坏。亚克力板的耐磨性与铝材接近,稳定性好,耐多种化学品腐蚀。综上,亚克力材料能够作为Lichtenberg图形的优良受体。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,包括亚克力材料的选取、电子束辐照、导电体击打亚克力材料表面等步骤,并具体限定了亚克力材料体的形状尺寸、电子束辐照的相关参数、导电体击打的相关参数,优化形成Lichtenberg图形的流程。
根据本发明的目的提出一种利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,包括步骤:
(A)设计选取特定形态的亚克力材料体;
(B)将亚克力材料体置于绝缘材料上;
(C)采用电子加速器对亚克力材料体进行电子束辐照;
(D)使用尖锐导电物体破坏亚克力材料体表面,以破坏位置为起点在亚克力材料体内部形成Lichtenberg图形。
优选地,所述步骤(A)中的亚克力材料体选取立方体、长方体、圆柱体中的一种。
优选地,其特征在于,亚克力材料体受辐照方向的厚度小于电子束辐照处理最佳厚度的4倍。
优选地,所述步骤(C)中电子加速器电子束的电子束能量值范围为2~10MeV。
优选地,所述步骤(C)中电子加速器电子束的电离辐射能量吸收剂量值范围为1~40kGy。
优选地,所述步骤(D)中使用尖锐导电物体破坏亚克力材料表面的操作在所述步骤(C)中电子束辐照完成后一小时内进行。
优选地,所述步骤(D)中的尖锐导电物体接地。
优选地,所述步骤(A)中选取圆柱体亚克力材料体。
优选地,所述步骤(A)中选取立方体亚克力材料体。
优选地,所述步骤(D)中使用电钻在亚克力材料体底部进行打孔,优选孔深为3mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明公开的一种利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法的优点在于:工艺简单快捷,提高图形生成效率;图形生成的可控性好,能够生成符合需求的Lichtenberg图形;安全性高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本申请一种利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,包括步骤:
(A)设计选取特定形态的亚克力材料体;
(B)将亚克力材料体置于绝缘材料上;
(C)采用电子加速器对亚克力材料体进行电子束辐照;
(D)使用尖锐导电物体破坏亚克力材料体表面,以破坏位置为起点在亚克力材料体内部形成Lichtenberg图形。
具体的,所述步骤(A)中的亚克力材料体可以设计选取多种形状尺寸,具体根据使用者需要,可以选取立方体、长方体、圆柱体等。使用者在设计选取亚克力材料体的形态时,需要考虑Lichtenberg图形在亚克力材料体内部的形状尺寸,还需要考虑亚克力材料体是否能够受到有效的电子束辐射。
所述步骤(A)中的亚克力材料体受辐照方向的厚度小于电子束辐照处理最佳厚度的4倍。
为了保证电子束辐照的有效性,受辐照的亚克力材料体需要满足一定的尺寸要求,尤其是沿电子束辐照方向的尺寸,通过设定亚克力材料体受辐照方向的厚度小于电子束辐照处理最佳厚度的4倍,能够确保亚克力材料体受到充分辐照,能够得到完整的Lichtenberg图形。
所述步骤(B)中的绝缘材料可以选用多种板材,如泡沫垫板等。
所述步骤(C)中电子加速器电子束的特征具体为:电子束能量值范围为2~10MeV,电离辐射能量吸收剂量值范围为1~40kGy。
通过调节电子束能量和电离辐射能量吸收剂量可以调节亚克力材料体捕获电子的量,从而影响放电过程中,亚克力材料内部形成Lichtenberg图形的形状及尺寸。使用者可以通过调节电子束能量和电离辐射能量吸收剂量来控制所获得Lichtenberg图形的形态。
所述步骤(D)中使用尖锐导电物体破坏亚克力材料表面需要在所述步骤(C)电子束辐照完成后一小时内进行。
由于亚克力材料体仅能暂时捕获电子,为了能够形成完整的Lichtenberg图形,优选在电子束辐照完成后一小时内使用尖锐导电物体破坏亚克力材料表面。
为了防止触电危险,所述步骤(D)中的导电物体接地。
所述步骤(D)中的尖锐导电物体可以选取多种形式,如采用电钻钻孔或采用锤子敲击等方式。
以下通过两个具体实施例来具体说明本方法。
实施例1
一种利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,包括步骤:
(A)选取圆柱体亚克力材料体,其柱面直径为5cm,圆柱体高度为5cm;
(B)将亚克力材料体沿圆柱体轴线垂直于水平面的方向放置在泡沫垫板上;
(C)采用电子加速器沿圆柱体轴线方向对亚克力材料体进行电子束辐照,电子束能量值为10MeV,电离辐射能量吸收剂量为10kGy;
(D)取出亚克力材料体,使用电钻在圆柱体底部进行打孔,优选孔深为3mm,以孔处为起点在亚克力材料体内部形成Lichtenberg图形。
具体的,述步骤(D)中使用电钻在圆柱体底部进行打孔在所述步骤(C)电子束辐照完成后一小时内进行。
所述步骤(D)中的电钻接地。
所述步骤(D)中采用电钻进行打孔能够提高Lichtenberg图形生成的可控性,精确地定位图形在亚克力材料体中形成的位置,便于形成符合需求的Lichtenberg图形。
实施例2
一种利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,包括步骤:
(A)选取立方体亚克力材料体,其边长为5cm;
(B)将亚克力材料体放置在泡沫垫板上;
(C)采用电子加速器垂直于水平面方向对亚克力材料体进行电子束辐照,电子束能量值为10MeV,电离辐射能量吸收剂量为10kGy;
(D)取出亚克力材料体,使用电钻在亚克力材料体底部进行打孔,优选孔深为3mm,以孔处为起点在亚克力材料体内部形成Lichtenberg图形。
具体的,述步骤(D)中使用电钻在亚克力材料体底部进行打孔在所述步骤(C)电子束辐照完成后一小时内进行。
所述步骤(D)中的电钻接地。
所述步骤(D)中采用电钻进行打孔能够提高Lichtenberg图形生成的可控性,精确地定位图形在亚克力材料体中形成的位置,便于形成符合需求的Lichtenberg图形。

1.一种利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(A)设计选取特定形态的亚克力材料体;
(B)将亚克力材料体置于绝缘材料上;
(C)采用电子加速器对亚克力材料体进行电子束辐照;
(D)使用尖锐导电物体破坏亚克力材料体表面,以破坏位置为起点在亚克力材料体内部形成Lichtenberg图形。
2.如权利要求1所述的利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(A)中的亚克力材料体选取立方体、长方体、圆柱体中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,其特征在于,亚克力材料体受辐照方向的厚度小于电子束辐照处理最佳厚度的4倍。
4.如权利要求1所述的利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(C)中电子加速器电子束的电子束能量值范围为2~10MeV。
5.如权利要求1所述的利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(C)中电子加速器电子束的电离辐射能量吸收剂量值范围为1~40kGy。
6.如权利要求1所述的利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(D)中使用尖锐导电物体破坏亚克力材料表面的操作在所述步骤(C)中电子束辐照完成后一小时内进行。
7.如权利要求1所述的利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(D)中的尖锐导电物体接地。
8.如权利要求1所述的利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(A)中选取圆柱体亚克力材料体。
9.如权利要求1所述的利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(A)中选取立方体亚克力材料体。
10.如权利要求1所述的利用电子束辐照得到Lichtenberg图形的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(D)中使用电钻在亚克力材料体底部进行打孔,优选孔深为3mm。
