placing a supporting and transporting device on one side of equipment through a forklift, stretching a telescopic base 1 and a transporting seat 8 to enable the width of a lifting plate 7 to exceed the width of the equipment, extending a sliding seat 5 out of one side of a sliding groove seat 4, installing a ratchet tightener 6 hook at an equipment fixing point, or hanging the ratchet tightener 6 hook at the lifting plate 7, placing the lifting plate 7 at the bottom edge of the equipment, adding a lengthening rod outside the ratchet tightener 6, manually contracting the ratchet tightener 6, lifting the equipment, enabling the sliding seat 5 to enter the supporting and transporting device, putting down the equipment through the ratchet tightener 6, placing the equipment on the top of the transporting seat 8, and placing and fixing the equipment through a rope arranged outside a bearing plate 9 hook; if equipment has the shell, installing support fixed block 10 and tensile piece 11 in the middle of fixed telescopic link 3, binding the rope with equipment both sides shell and twine in line wheel 1103, rotate handle pivot 1102 and smash the equipment shell.
