(1) placing the rubber framework unit 3 in an environment with the temperature of 87 ℃, spraying polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion liquid on the surface of the rubber framework unit, and then placing the rubber framework unit 3 in a drying device with the temperature of 70 ℃ for 10min to obtain the rubber framework unit 3 coated with the polytetrafluoroethylene layer 5; wherein, in the polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion liquid, the percentage content of polytetrafluoroethylene is 45%;
(2) the second plate 302 of the rubber framework unit 3 coated with the polytetrafluoroethylene layer 5 obtained in the step (1) is bonded with the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer 2, the fourth plate is bonded with the lining layer 4, and the space surrounded by the first plate 301, the second plate 302, the third plate 303 and the lining layer 4 is filled with hollow cotton 7; and then bonding the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer 2 with the surface layer 1, and blowing for 13min at the temperature of 83 ℃ to obtain the quick-drying fabric of the outdoor sports apparel.
Example 3: the production process of the quick-drying fabric for the outdoor sports apparel of embodiment 1 comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the rubber framework unit 3 in an environment with the temperature of 85 ℃, spraying polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion liquid on the surface of the rubber framework unit, and then placing the rubber framework unit 3 in a drying device with the temperature of 60 ℃ for 5min to obtain the rubber framework unit 3 coated with the polytetrafluoroethylene layer 5; wherein, in the polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion liquid, the percentage content of polytetrafluoroethylene is 40 percent;
(2) the second plate 302 of the rubber framework unit 3 coated with the polytetrafluoroethylene layer 5 obtained in the step (1) is bonded with the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer 2, the fourth plate is bonded with the lining layer 4, and the space surrounded by the first plate 301, the second plate 302, the third plate 303 and the lining layer 4 is filled with hollow cotton 7; and then bonding the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer 2 with the surface layer 1, and blowing for 10min at the temperature of 80 ℃ to obtain the quick-drying fabric of the outdoor sports apparel.
Example 4: the production process of the quick-drying fabric for the outdoor sports apparel of embodiment 1 comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the rubber framework unit 3 in an environment with the temperature of 90 ℃, spraying polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion liquid on the surface of the rubber framework unit, and then placing the rubber framework unit 3 in a drying device with the temperature of 80 ℃ for 15min to obtain the rubber framework unit 3 coated with the polytetrafluoroethylene layer 5; wherein, in the polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion liquid, the percentage content of polytetrafluoroethylene is 50 percent;
(2) the second plate 302 of the rubber framework unit 3 coated with the polytetrafluoroethylene layer 5 obtained in the step (1) is bonded with the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer 2, the fourth plate is bonded with the lining layer 4, and the space surrounded by the first plate 301, the second plate 302, the third plate 303 and the lining layer 4 is filled with hollow cotton 7; and then bonding the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer 2 with the surface layer 1, and blowing air for 15min at the temperature of 85 ℃ to obtain the quick-drying fabric of the outdoor sports apparel.
The performance test of the quick-drying fabric for the outdoor sports apparel provided in examples 2 to 4 was carried out, and the results were as follows:

As can be seen from the above table, the quick-drying fabric for the outdoor sports garment provided by the invention has good hygroscopicity and quick-drying property, sweat can be quickly led out from the interior of the fabric, and the quick-drying performance of the fabric is favorably improved; in addition, the quick-drying fabric provided by the invention has good tear strength, elongation strength and light fastness, can ensure that an outdoor sporter can effectively protect the safety of a user in the using process, and can still keep the original clothing color after wearing for a long time, so that the sporter is eye-catching and convenient to find.
Claims (5)
1. A quick-dry fabric for outdoor sports apparel is characterized by at least comprising a surface layer, a polytetrafluoroethylene film layer, a rubber framework unit and an inner liner layer from outside to inside;
the surface of the rubber framework unit is coated with a polytetrafluoroethylene layer;
the rubber framework unit comprises a first plate, a second plate, a third plate and a fourth plate which are sequentially connected, the first plate and the third plate are obliquely arranged, and the second plate and the fourth plate are arranged in parallel;
the second plate is connected with the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer, and the fourth plate is connected with the lining layer;
through holes are formed in the first plate, the second plate and the third plate;
the space enclosed by the first plate, the second plate, the third plate and the inner lining layer is filled with hollow cotton, and the hollow cotton can extend into the through holes of the first plate, the second plate and the third plate;
the inner liner is a polyester cloth layer, and the surface layer is a cotton cloth layer.
2. The quick-drying fabric for outdoor sports apparel according to claim 1, wherein the included angle between the first plate and the second plate of the rubber skeleton unit is the same as the included angle between the third plate and the second plate.
3. The process for producing the quick-drying fabric for outdoor sports apparel according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by the following steps:
(1) placing the rubber framework unit in an environment with the temperature of 85-90 ℃, spraying polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion liquid on the surface of the rubber framework unit, and then placing the rubber framework unit in a drying device with the temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 5-15min to obtain the rubber framework unit coated with a polytetrafluoroethylene layer; wherein, in the polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion liquid, the percentage content of polytetrafluoroethylene is 40-50%;
(2) bonding a second plate of the rubber framework unit coated with the polytetrafluoroethylene layer obtained in the step (1) with a polytetrafluoroethylene film layer, bonding a fourth plate with an inner liner layer, and filling hollow cotton in a space surrounded by the first plate, the second plate, the third plate and the inner liner layer; and then bonding the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer with the surface layer, and blowing for 10-15min at the temperature of 80-85 ℃ to obtain the quick-drying fabric of the outdoor sports apparel.
4. The process for producing the quick-drying fabric for outdoor sports apparel according to claim 3, wherein in the step (1), the rubber skeleton unit is placed in an environment with a temperature of 87 ℃, polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion liquid is sprayed on the surface of the rubber skeleton unit, and then the rubber skeleton unit coated with the polytetrafluoroethylene layer is obtained after being placed in a drying device with a temperature of 70 ℃ for 10 min; wherein, in the polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion liquid, the percentage content of the polytetrafluoroethylene is 45 percent.
5. The process for producing the quick-drying fabric for outdoor sports apparel according to claim 3, wherein in the step (2), the second plate of the rubber skeleton unit coated with the polytetrafluoroethylene layer obtained in the step (1) is bonded with the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer, the fourth plate is bonded with the inner liner layer, and the space surrounded by the first plate, the second plate, the third plate and the inner liner layer is filled with hollow cotton; and then bonding the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer with the surface layer, and blowing for 13min at the temperature of 83 ℃ to obtain the quick-drying fabric of the outdoor sports apparel.
