Abstract

本发明提供一种抗皱耐磨面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体由变化纬平针与集圈组织复合的双罗纹复合双层组织结构;所述面料本体的内层面料由氨纶复合纱编织而成,外层面料由锦纶复合纱编织而成,内层面料和外层面料通过集圈组织串联。改面料采用双罗纹空气层结构,以氨纶复合纱作为内层面料,以锦纶复合纱作为外层面料,解决了现有的面料存在着耐磨性不理想、耐用性不理想和较易褶皱的问题。

一种抗皱耐磨面料
技术领域
本发明属于面料领域,尤其涉及一种抗皱耐磨面料。
背景技术
面料是用来制作服装的材料,面料种类繁多,用来制作服装的面料大多具有穿着舒适、吸汗透气等特点。随着人们对健康和运动的重视程度越来越高,日常的衣物磨损也逐渐加剧;特别是一些热爱健身、户外运动的消费者,他们对于衣物面料的耐磨性的要求越来越高。但是,目前的耐磨面料包括经纱和纬纱交织而成的基布,这种结构的面料透气性差,不具有弹性,易损坏。尤其是裤子的面料,不仅耐磨性不理想,较易出现磨损的情况,导致耐用性不理想,而且还容易出现褶皱,影响使用。因此,现有的面料存在着耐磨性不理想、耐用性不理想和较易褶皱的问题。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有的耐磨面料耐磨效果不理想,容易出现褶皱的缺点,本发明提供一种抗皱耐磨面料,采用双罗纹空气层结构,以氨纶复合纱作为内层面料,以锦纶复合纱作为外层面料,解决了现有的面料存在着耐磨性不理想、耐用性不理想和较易褶皱的问题。
技术方案:一种抗皱耐磨面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体由变化纬平针与集圈组织复合的双罗纹复合双层组织结构;所述面料本体的内层面料由氨纶复合纱编织而成,外层面料由锦纶复合纱编织而成,内层面料和外层面料通过集圈组织串联。
上述所述的内层面料和外层面料的厚度均为0.734mm。
上述所述的面料本体以10路为一个循环,第1路和第2路分别由针盘和针筒的高踵针编织,在面料本体反面和正面分别形成1个横列的变化纬平针线圈,第3路和第4路分别由针盘和针筒的低踵针编织,在所述面料本体反面和正面分别形成另外1个变化纬平针线圈横列,在第5路,由针盘和针筒的低踵针进行集圈,将第1路到第4路在针盘和针筒上分别进行单面编织形成的横列连接起来;第6路到第9路重复第1路到第4路的编织,形成另外一个横列,最后在第10路,由针盘和针筒的高踵针进行集圈编织,将第6路到第9路编织的横列联系起来形成整片面料本体。
上述所述的氨纶复合纱为涡流纺包芯纱,以氨纶弹力丝为纱芯、竹浆纤维为包缠纤维制成。
上述所述的锦纶复合纱为包芯纱,以PTT长丝为芯纱、以锦纶为包缠纱制成。
上述所述的集圈组织由涤纶弹力纱制成。
上述所述的涤纶弹力纱为11.11tex/48f涤纶。
上述所述的面料本体的外表面涂覆有纳米三氧化二铝耐磨涂层。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种抗皱耐磨面料,具有以下有益效果:本发明采用双罗纹空气层结构,具有良好的保暖性、透气性,抗皱性能优异的特点,以氨纶复合纱编织内层面料,以氨纶作为芯纱,具有弹性好、抗皱性能好的特点,采用竹浆纤维为包缠纤维能够改善氨纶的触感,使内层面料具有柔软舒适、吸湿透气、抗菌抑菌的效果;而以锦纶复合纱编织外层面料,使面料本体具有良好的耐磨、弹性回复以及抗折皱性能。因此,本发明的面料具有舒适、弹性好、保暖性好、导湿透气性好、抗皱耐磨性好的优点。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种抗皱耐磨面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体由变化纬平针与集圈组织复合的双罗纹复合双层组织结构;所述面料本体的内层面料1由氨纶复合纱编织而成,外层面料2由锦纶复合纱编织而成,内层面料1和外层面料2通过集圈组织3串联。内层面料1和外层面料2的厚度均为0.734mm。
所述的面料本体以10路为一个循环,第1路和第2路分别由针盘和针筒的高踵针编织,在面料本体反面和正面分别形成1个横列的变化纬平针线圈,第3路和第4路分别由针盘和针筒的低踵针编织,在所述面料本体反面和正面分别形成另外1个变化纬平针线圈横列,在第5路,由针盘和针筒的低踵针进行集圈,将第1路到第4路在针盘和针筒上分别进行单面编织形成的横列连接起来;第6路到第9路重复第1路到第4路的编织,形成另外一个横列,最后在第10路,由针盘和针筒的高踵针进行集圈编织,将第6路到第9路编织的横列联系起来形成整片面料本体。
进一步地,所述氨纶复合纱为涡流纺包芯纱,以氨纶弹力丝为纱芯、竹浆纤维为包缠纤维制成;所述锦纶复合纱为包芯纱,以PTT长丝为芯纱、以锦纶为包缠纱制成;所述集圈组织3由涤纶弹力纱制成。
进一步地,所述涤纶弹力纱为11.11tex/48f涤纶。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,所述面料本体的外表面涂覆有纳米三氧化二铝耐磨涂层。
下面对实施例1、实施例2的面料进行检测。
一、折皱回复角测试
参照GB/T 3819—1997《纺织品织物折痕回复性的测试回复角法》在二级标准大气压下,采用YG(B)541D-Ⅰ型全自动数字式织物折皱弹性仪进行织物折皱回复角的测试。对实施例1的检测结果如下表1,对实施例2的检测结果如下表2。

二、耐磨性测试
参照GB/T 21196.2—2007《马丁代尔法织物耐磨性的测定第2部分:试样破损的测定》以及GB/T 21196.4—2007《马丁代尔法织物耐磨性的测定第4部分:外观变化的评定》在标准三级大气压下,采用YG401型平磨仪,其中,加压重锤250g,240粒/cm2砂纸,转数300。采用TG328A分析天平称取磨前与磨后的质量和厚度差,计算质量和厚度损失率。对实施例1的检测结果如下表3,对实施例2的检测结果如下表4。

由上表1、表2的数据可知,该面料具有良好的抗皱性能。

1.一种抗皱耐磨面料,其特征在于:包括面料本体,所述面料本体由变化纬平针与集圈组织复合的双罗纹复合双层组织结构;所述面料本体的内层面料(1)由氨纶复合纱编织而成,外层面料(2)由锦纶复合纱编织而成,内层面料(1)和外层面料(2)通过集圈组织(3)串联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述内层面料(1)和外层面料(2)的厚度均为0.734mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述氨纶复合纱为涡流纺包芯纱,以氨纶弹力丝为纱芯、竹浆纤维为包缠纤维制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述锦纶复合纱为包芯纱,以PTT长丝为芯纱、以锦纶为包缠纱制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述集圈组织(3)由涤纶弹力纱制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗皱耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述涤纶弹力纱为11.11tex/48f涤纶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述面料本体的外表面涂覆有纳米三氧化二铝耐磨涂层。
