(3) secondary injection molding: placing the supporting plate into an accommodating cavity of the mold body, placing the mold body into an injection molding machine, injecting liquid silica gel into the mold cavity, flowing to each branch flow channel through the main flow channel, entering the injection molding cavity, extending to the joint part of the supporting plate, penetrating to the upper surface and the bottom surface through two round holes of the joint part until the joint part is wrapped by the liquid silica gel, and performing secondary injection molding to obtain the integrally-formed nose support;
wherein the secondary injection molding temperature is 160-175 ℃, and the pressure is 20-40 MPa.
Preferably, two positioning pins are arranged in the accommodating cavity; the support plate further comprises a bonding part, wherein two positioning holes are formed in the bonding part, and the two positioning pins respectively penetrate through the two positioning holes.
Preferably, a thimble channel is arranged in the accommodating cavity;
the nose support sheet die further comprises an upper base, a lower base, two guide posts, a plurality of thimbles and two springs; the die body is arranged on the upper base, and each guide column sequentially penetrates through the lower base, the upper base and the die body from bottom to top; the two springs are respectively sleeved on the two guide columns, and each spring is fixedly connected with the lower base and the upper base; the bottom end of each thimble is fixed on the lower base, and the upper end of the thimble sequentially penetrates through the upper base and the thimble channel of the containing cavity.

Referring to fig. 1, a nose pad 100 capable of being adhered comprises a support plate 1 and a support plate 2, wherein the support plate 1 comprises a combining part 11 and an adhering part 12, and two round holes 13 are formed in the combining part 11 at intervals; the bonding portion 12 is provided with two positioning holes 13, and the two positioning pins respectively penetrate through the two positioning holes 13. The support sheet 2 comprises a near-eye end 21 and a far-eye end 22, the far-eye end 21 wraps the joint part 11, and the far-eye end 21 and the joint part 11 are integrally formed, so that the support sheet 1 and the support sheet 2 are firmly connected and are not easy to fall off; the near-eye end 22 is an arc-shaped structure, and a plurality of air holes 23 are arranged on the support sheet 2 near the near-eye end 21, so that the eye-protection mask has an air-permeable function. Referring to fig. 2-4, a nose pad mold 200 is first configured, wherein the nose pad mold 200 includes a mold body 3, an upper base 4, a lower base 5, two guide posts 6, a plurality of ejector pins 7, and two springs 8; the mold body 3 includes a plurality of mold cavities 31, a main runner 32, and a plurality of branch runners 33; the mold cavity 31 comprises an injection molding cavity 311 and an accommodating cavity 312 which are adjacent to each other, and two positioning pins 33 and an ejector pin channel 32 are arranged in the accommodating cavity 312; the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity 312 is higher than the injection molding cavity 311; one end of each of the branch channels 33 is communicated with the main channel 32, and the other end of each of the branch channels 33 is communicated with an injection molding cavity 311; the die body 3 is arranged on the upper base 4, and each guide column 6 sequentially penetrates through the lower base 5, the upper base 4 and the die body 3 from bottom to top; the two springs 8 are respectively sleeved on the two guide posts 6, and each spring 8 is fixedly connected with the lower base 5 and the upper base 4; the bottom end of each thimble 7 is fixed on the lower base 5, and the upper end of the thimble 7 sequentially passes through the upper base 4 and the thimble passage 32 of the accommodating cavity 312. The two guide posts 6 can keep the upper base 4 and the mould body 3 stable in the injection moulding and demoulding processes.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 again, the manufacturing process includes the following steps:
(1) primary injection molding: the supporting plate 1 is formed by one-time injection molding, the one-time injection molding temperature is 250-270 ℃, and the one-time injection molding time is 20-40 seconds;
(2) baking materials: heating liquid silica gel for 3h at 90 ℃;
(3) secondary injection molding: placing the support plate 1 into the accommodating cavity 312 of the mold body 3, placing the mold body 3 into an injection molding machine, injecting liquid silica gel into the mold cavity 31, flowing to each branch flow channel 33 through the main flow channel 32, entering the injection molding cavity 311, extending to the joint part 11 of the support plate 1, penetrating to the upper surface and the bottom surface through the two circular holes 13 of the joint part 11 until the joint part 11 is wrapped by the liquid silica gel, and performing secondary injection molding to obtain the integrally-formed nose support 100;
wherein the secondary injection molding temperature is 160-175 ℃, and the pressure is 20-40 MPa.
When injection molding is prepared, the support sheet 2 is placed into the accommodating cavity 312 of the mold body 3, the positioning pins 33 respectively penetrate through the positioning holes 13, a certain injection molding space exists between the bottom of the support sheet 2 and the injection molding cavity 311, and liquid silica gel can flow into the lower part of the support sheet 2 to wrap the joint part 11, so that injection molding is completed; after the injection molding is finished, the mold body 3 is taken out of the injection molding machine and placed on the upper base 4, the guide posts 6 and the ejector pins 7 respectively penetrate through the guide holes 71 and the ejector pin channels 32, at the moment, the mold body 3 is pressed slightly, the ejector pins 7 extend out of the ejector pin channels 32 and abut against the bonding parts 12 of the support sheet 2, and the injection molded nose support 100 is ejected out, so that the demolding is finished.
The body-adherable nose pad 100 is simple to install and operate, strong in firmness, convenient and easy to implement. According to the invention, the rapid secondary injection molding of the nose pads 100 is realized by utilizing the height difference between the injection cavity 311 and the accommodating cavity 312 in the mold cavity 31, and simultaneously, the plurality of molded nose pads 100 can be rapidly and simultaneously demoulded through the matching of the spring 8 and the thimble 7, so that the production efficiency of the nose pads 100 is greatly improved.
Claims (2)
1. A manufacturing process of a sticky nose pad is characterized in that: firstly, configuring a nose support sheet die, wherein the nose support sheet die comprises a die body, and the die body comprises a plurality of die cavities, a main runner and a plurality of branch runners; the mold cavity comprises an injection molding cavity and an accommodating cavity which are adjacent to each other, and the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity is higher than the injection molding cavity; one end of each branch flow channel is communicated with the main flow channel, and the other end of each branch flow channel is communicated with an injection molding cavity;
the manufacturing process comprises the following steps:
(1) primary injection molding: the supporting plate is formed by one-time injection molding, the one-time injection molding temperature is 250-270 ℃, and the one-time injection molding time is 20-40 seconds;
the supporting plate comprises a combining part, and two round holes are formed in the combining part at intervals;

wherein, the secondary injection molding temperature is 160-175 ℃, and the pressure is 20-40 MPa;
the nose pad comprises a support plate and a support sheet, the support plate comprises a combining part and a bonding part, and two round holes are formed in the combining part at intervals; the support sheet comprises a near-eye end and a far-eye end, the far-eye end wraps the joint part, the far-eye end and the joint part are integrally formed, the near-eye end is of an arc-shaped structure, and the support sheet is made of silica gel;
the bonding part is bonded on the spectacle frame, namely the support plate and the spectacle frame are bonded into a whole through an adhesive layer between the bonding part and a slot on the spectacle frame;
two positioning pins are arranged in the accommodating cavity; the supporting plate further comprises an adhesive part, two positioning holes are formed in the adhesive part, and the two positioning pins respectively penetrate through the two positioning holes;
a thimble channel is arranged in the accommodating cavity;
