裁布机用砂带是裁布机上的主要磨刀部件。传统的裁布机用砂带切割是由普通机床改装成的手摇式切割机。传统工艺一个工人只能操作一台设备,每切一根砂管需要人工校准对刀,人工推进送料,效率很低,而且难以保证产品质量的一致性,需要依赖工人的个人工艺熟练程度,本技术方案为对专利号为“201610087863.6”,申请日为20160203,发明名称为“一种裁布机用砂带自动精细分切机”的发明专利进行的改进,由于裁布机用砂带自动精细分切机的切刀在使用一段时间后,其刀片容易磨损,多个刀片磨损情况不一,导致同一批次的砂带会出现部分砂带之间切割不全,使得切过后的砂带之间有粘连,后续还需要检查并需要手工撕开,造成废品率较高,增加加工难度。该改进最大的特点在于,提供一个辅助加工切刀,弥补主切刀切割不全的问题。

辅刀固定座6与主刀固定座16通过螺钉固定在工作面2的上端,所述的辅刀5与主刀20的长度大小相等,所述的辅刀5与主刀20对应,辅刀5与主刀20的刀口一一对应,辅刀推进电机7传动给辅刀同步带轮8,辅刀同步带轮8带动丝杠,丝杠转动后推动辅刀连接座4靠近主轴1,主刀推进电机14通过主刀同步带轮15和丝杠推动主刀连接座19靠近主轴1,主刀转动电机17通过传动带18带动主刀20转动,主刀20转动带动砂管转动,继而带动辅刀5转动,辅刀5转动时可以弥补主刀切割砂管不全的问题,降低废品率。辅刀5每一片刀片后面都有一根弹簧,弹簧具有弹性,当辅刀5推进时,因为刀片连接的弹簧具有一定的伸缩性,因此不会伤到刀片,辅刀5可以灵活调整,针对使用过程中主刀刀片切割发生切不断的现象时,可以有针对性的调整辅刀5的刀片。
