As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a conical spring 12 is connected to the lower end of the elastic metal string bag 4; the upper end of the conical spring 12 is connected into a first clamping groove 13 arranged on the elastic metal net bag 4, and the lower end of the conical spring 12 is arranged in a second clamping groove 14 arranged in the box body 1; when the device works, the elastic metal string bag 4 is rubbed by the movement of the pipe fitting 3, so that the elastic metal string bag 4 shakes up and down, the conical spring 12 is arranged below the elastic metal string bag 4, shaking is intensified, the grinding quality of the surface of the pipe fitting 3 by the abrasive particles 6 is improved, and meanwhile, the elastic metal string bag 4 is supported by the conical spring 12, so that the elastic metal string bag 4 is more stable in stress when shaking up and down, the damage to the elastic metal string bag 4 is reduced, and the service life of the elastic metal string bag 4 is prolonged; moreover, the conical spring 12 is placed in the first clamping groove 13 and the second clamping groove 14 for use, so that the conical spring 12 is convenient to replace and maintain, and the maintenance cost of workers is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, the meshes on the elastic metal net bags 4 decrease from top to bottom, and the meshes on the elastic metal net bag 4 at the lowest layer are 0.01mm smaller than the meshes on the elastic metal net bag 4 at the upper layer; when the pipe fitting polishing machine works, after the abrasive particles 6 on the upper layer fall into the elastic metal net bag 4 on the lowest layer, when the abrasive particles 6 rotate along with the elastic metal net bag 4 to polish the pipe fitting 3, the size of the abrasive particles 6 is rapidly reduced by 0.01mm, the abrasive particles fall from meshes of the elastic metal net bag 4 on the lowest layer, and high temperature generated by friction between the abrasive particles 6 and the pipe fitting 3 is taken away through leakage of the abrasive particles 6, so that the surface of the pipe fitting 3 is prevented from being burnt, and the surface polishing quality of the pipe fitting 3 is improved; moreover, through continuous leakage of the abrasive particles 6, the abrasive particles 6 in the elastic metal net bag 4 at the lowest layer can be replaced quickly, the grinding quality of the pipe fitting 3 is guaranteed, and the grinding precision of a housekeeper is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, a shaking device 15 is arranged in the box body 1; the shaking device 15 is arranged above the elastic metal net bag 4, and the shaking device 15 comprises a support rod 151, a connecting rod 152 and a stirring rod 153; one end of the supporting rod 151 is hinged to the box body 1, the other end of the supporting rod 151 is in contact with the pipe fitting 3, and a second spring 154 is connected between the supporting rod 151 and the box body 1; the connecting rod 152 is hinged in the middle of the supporting rod 151, and the lower part of the connecting rod 152 is arranged in the elastic metal net bag 4; the stirring rods 153 are provided with a plurality of stirring rods 153, the stirring rods 153 are hinged on the connecting rod 152, the stirring rods 153 are L-shaped, and the stirring rods 153 are used for stirring the abrasive particles 6 in the elastic metal net bag 4; during operation, bracing piece 151 produces the friction through contacting with pipe fitting 3, bracing piece 151 rotates along with pipe fitting 3's removal downwards, and rotate about repeating under spring action of No. two springs 154, thereby make bracing piece 151 take connecting rod 152 to rock, and then make the stirring rod 153 on the connecting rod 152 shake the grit 6 in the elastic metal string bag 4, make grit 6 enter into the mesh, make grit 6 fully contact with pipe fitting 3, improve the effect of polishing of grit 6 to pipe fitting 3, and, along with the shake of stirring rod 153, make elastic metal string bag 4 shake, the effect of reinforcing grit 6 pipe fitting 3 of polishing, the polishing quality of improvement work piece surface.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, two ends of the channel 5 in the elastic metal string bag 4 are provided with a chamfer structure; during operation, 5 both ends of passageway set up to chamfer structure pipe fitting 3 of being convenient for and pass to, when pipe fitting 3 moves down, make passageway 5 just tangent with pipe fitting 3, the pipe fitting 3 of being convenient for passes the passageway, and grit 6 is close to pipe fitting 3 at friction drive down simultaneously, and then the 6 quantity of grit that increase the contact automatically, improves the quality that grit 6 polished pipe fitting 3.

1. A grinding process for slender metal pipes is characterized in that: the process comprises the following steps:
s1: manually threading the elongated metal tube through the grinding device and placing the elongated metal tube between two rollers at the lower end of the grinding device;
s2: filling abrasive particles into an elastic metal net bag in the polishing equipment in S1 through a feeding pipeline, wherein the abrasive particles polish the slender metal pipe fitting through meshes on the elastic metal net bag;
s3: the abrasive particles in the S2 are reduced in size after being worn, and the abrasive particles leak out of the meshes and fall into the next layer of elastic metal net bag;
s4: the abrasive particles in the S3 finally leak out of the elastic metal string bag at the lowest layer and are discharged out of the polishing equipment for recycling, and the slender metal pipe fitting is continuously polished;
the grinding equipment adopted in the S1 comprises a box body (1); the box body (1) is of a cavity structure, a feeding hole is formed in the upper end of the box body (1), a discharging hole is formed in the lower end of the box body (1), two rollers (2) are symmetrically and rotatably connected to two sides of the discharging hole through supports, and the rollers (2) are used for driving the pipe fitting (3) to move; at least three groups of elastic metal net bags (4) are arranged in the box body (1); the elastic metal tucks (4) are uniformly distributed in the length direction in the box body (1), the elastic metal tucks (4) are a revolving body, the section of each elastic metal tuck (4) is U-shaped, a channel (5) for a pipe fitting (3) to pass through is arranged in the middle of each elastic metal tuck (4), uniformly distributed meshes are arranged on each elastic metal tuck (4), abrasive particles (6) are arranged in each elastic metal tuck (4), the abrasive particles (6) extend out of the meshes through one end to be in contact with the pipe fitting (3), and the abrasive particles (6) are used for polishing the pipe fitting (3); a feeding pipeline is arranged on the outer side of the box body (1) corresponding to the elastic metal net bag (4); one end of the feeding pipeline penetrates through the box body (1) and is arranged in the elastic metal net bag (4); an abrasive particle outlet is arranged below the box body (1), and a discharging plate (7) connected with the abrasive particle outlet is obliquely arranged in the box body (1);
a rotating module (8) is arranged below the box body (1); the rotating module (8) is arranged below the elastic metal net bag (4) at the lowest layer, and the elastic metal net bag (4) at the lowest layer is rotatably connected in the box body (1) through a first bearing (9); the first bearing (9) is arranged in a first annular groove (10) arranged in the box body (1), and the bottoms of the first bearing (9) and the first annular groove (10) are connected with a first spring (11); the rotating module (8) comprises a gear ring (81), a first gear (82) and a metal soft rod (83); the inner ring of the gear ring (81) is provided with a tooth-shaped structure, and the gear ring (81) is rotatably connected in a second ring groove arranged below the box body (1) through a second bearing; the first gear (82) is in meshed transmission with the gear ring (81), and the first gear (82) is driven by a motor (84); a protective shell is arranged on the outer side of the motor (84); one end of the metal soft rod (83) is fixedly connected to the gear ring (81), and the other end of the metal soft rod (83) is fixedly connected to the elastic metal net bag (4);
the lower ends of all the elastic metal net bags (4) above the elastic metal net bag (4) at the lowest layer are connected with conical springs (12); the upper end of the conical spring (12) is connected into a first clamping groove (13) formed in the elastic metal net bag (4), and the lower end of the conical spring (12) is arranged in a second clamping groove (14) formed in the box body (1);
meshes on the elastic metal net bags (4) are sequentially reduced from top to bottom, and the meshes on the elastic metal net bag (4) at the lowest layer are 0.01mm smaller than the meshes on the elastic metal net bag (4) at the upper layer;
a shaking device (15) is arranged in the box body (1); all the elastic metal net bags (4) above the elastic metal net bag (4) at the lowest layer are provided with a shaking device (15), and the shaking device (15) comprises a support rod (151), a connecting rod (152) and a stirring rod (153); one end of the supporting rod (151) is hinged to the box body (1), the other end of the supporting rod (151) is in contact with the pipe fitting (3), and a second spring (154) is connected between the supporting rod (151) and the box body (1); the connecting rod (152) is hinged to the middle part of the supporting rod (151), and the lower part of the connecting rod (152) is arranged in the elastic metal net bag (4); the stirring rods (153) are arranged in number, the stirring rods (153) are hinged to the connecting rod (152), the stirring rods (153) are L-shaped, and the stirring rods (153) are used for stirring abrasive particles (6) in the elastic metal net bag (4);
