Background
In the pipeline connection construction site, the pipeline is connected with the pipeline and the pipeline is connected with the pipe fitting, and the pipeline and the pipe fitting are required to be placed stably so as to be convenient for assembly and welding. However, because the construction site is mostly in the field and the ground is complex, most of the construction sites are in the uneven ground, the adjustment of the pipeline is very difficult during the field construction, time and labor are wasted, and the butt joint accuracy of the pipeline is difficult to ensure.

The upper part of the support frame is distributed with a plurality of balls, so that the pipeline can move along the axial direction on the support frame and rotate around the axis, and the welding position is adjusted by continuously rotating two pipelines during welding, so that the welding process is simple and convenient. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention includes a base 1, a lifting leg 2, a support frame 3, and a fixed support mechanism 4.
The lifting support legs 2 are two in number, the bottoms of the two lifting support legs 2 are fixedly provided with a base 1, the base 1 is a rectangular plate, and the lifting support legs 2 are hydraulically lifting type and comprise a cylinder barrel 2-1 at the lower part and a cylinder shaft 2-2 connected to the upper part of the cylinder barrel 2-1 in a penetrating manner. The two sides of the lifting support leg 2 are respectively provided with a fixed support mechanism 4, and the fixed support mechanisms 4 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the cylinder barrel 2-1, so that the support cannot incline forwards and backwards. The fixed support mechanism 4 comprises a penetrating pipe 4-1, an adjustable supporting rod 4-2, a support 4-3 and a pull rod 4-4. The penetrating pipe is a round pipe, the upper end of the penetrating pipe is hinged to the outer wall of the cylinder barrel 2-1, the upper end of the adjustable supporting rod 4-2 penetrates from the lower port of the penetrating pipe 4-1, the penetrating length can be adjusted, the lower end of the adjustable supporting rod 4-2 is hinged to the support 4-3, the support 4-3 is rectangular plate-shaped, one end of the pull rod 4-4 is hinged to the outer wall of the cylinder barrel 2-1, and the other end of the pull rod is connected to the outer wall of the penetrating pipe 4-1 in a clamping mode. When in use, the support 4-3 is supported on the ground by adjusting the extension length of the adjustable support rod 4-2, the cross-connection pipes 4-1 on two sides of the lifting support leg 2 are splayed, and the pull rod 4-4 is used for keeping the opening degree of the cross-connection pipes 4-1. The outer wall of the cross-connection pipe 4-1 is provided with a clamping groove, the end part of the pull rod 4-4 is fixedly provided with a clamping block, the clamping block is clamped in the clamping groove, and the clamping block cannot be separated from the clamping groove when the pull rod 4-4 acts on a tensile force.
The extension length of the cylinder shaft 2-2 is adjusted through a hydraulic pipeline 5, the hydraulic pipeline 5 is connected with a hydraulic pump and is provided with a valve, and the two lifting support legs 2 can be controlled simultaneously through one valve, so that the extension lengths of the two lifting support legs 2 are identical, but the two bases 1 are required to be positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the ground is required to be cleaned and leveled when the auxiliary support is arranged. The two lifting support legs 2 can be controlled respectively through different valves, when the construction is performed on the ground which is difficult to clean, such as a rock surface, only the two bases 1 are required to be placed stably, the two ends of the support frame 3 are located on the same plane through adjusting the heights of the two lifting support legs 2, the labor required for cleaning the ground is reduced, and the lifting support is suitable for various complicated terrains.
As shown in FIG. 3, the adjustable support rod 4-2 is connected in the connecting pipe 4-1 in a penetrating way, the upper part of the adjustable support rod 4-2 is provided with a tooth form 4-2-1 along the length direction, the tooth form 4-2-1 is triangular, the side surface of the tooth form 4-2-1, which is close to the insertion end of the adjustable support rod 4-2, is perpendicular to the length direction of the adjustable support rod 4-2, and the side surface of the tooth form 4-2-1, which is far away from the insertion end of the adjustable support rod 4-2, is an inclined surface. The pipe wall of the cross-connected pipe 4-1 is cross-connected with a pin 4-1-1, the insertion end of the pin 4-1-1 is an inclined plane, the pin 4-1-1 is sleeved with a spring 4-1-2, and the spring 4-1-2 presses the pin 4-1-1 to enable the inclined plane of the end part of the pin to be attached to the inclined plane of the tooth form 4-2-1. When the extension length of the adjustable support rod 4-2 needs to be shortened, the pin 4-1-1 is pulled out by a certain distance, the inclined surface at the end part of the pin 4-1-1 is separated from the tooth form 4-2-1, and the adjustable support rod 4-2 can be inserted into the penetrating pipe 4-1 inwards.
