When in use, as shown in fig. 3-4, the motor 33 is turned on, so that the motor 33 drives the crushing roller 12 to rotate through the chain, the crushing roller 12 drives the stirring shaft 13 to rotate through the chain, then, as shown in fig. 1-3, the food remaining in the kitchen is poured into the feed hopper 11, so that the food enters the crushing barrel 1, is crushed by the crushing roller 12, finally falls below the crushing barrel 1, is stirred by the stirring shaft 13, and in the process, the food binding agent is poured into the crushing barrel 1 from the liquid inlet conduit 31, after a certain time, the liquid is matched with an observation window in front of the crushing barrel 1 for use, the cut-off valve 4 on the material guiding pipe 3 is opened, the liquid flows into the compression box 14 from the material guiding pipe 3, and then enters the storage box 29, and simultaneously observes the height change of the interior of the storage box 29 through the observation window in front of the compression box 14, and closes the stop valve 4 on the guide pipe 3 when the height change is proper.
Thereby begin the compression, at first open pneumatic cylinder 16 for pneumatic cylinder 16 drives compression board 17 and moves down, thereby makes compression board 17 drive case lid 20 and moves down, and then makes case lid 20 get into the inside of storage box 29, and the continuous operation of pneumatic cylinder 16 makes case lid 20 continuously will downwards, thereby compresses the inside of storage box 29, and produced liquid can flow out from the filtration hole 28 of storage box 29 bottom during the compression, again from the filtration hole 28 entering ponding groove 25 of filter 26, at last from the fluid-discharge pipe 27 discharge.
After a certain time, the power of the electromagnet 18 is cut off, then the hydraulic cylinder 16 is reset, then the movable door 23 is opened, the storage box 29 is drawn out through the handle on the right side of the storage box 29, and then the storage box 29 and the box cover 20 are replaced with new ones, so that the next compression operation is performed.
