本发明涉及一种羽毛球拍,尤其涉及一种攻守同盟羽毛球拍。
背景技术
所谓攻守同盟羽毛球拍指的是采用两面特性中管制造的羽毛球拍。现有技术有两种方案实现。一种方案是授权公告号CN204050861U一种攻防兼备型羽毛球拍,其特征是:从中管横截剖面看中管采用2种不同软硬度的材料并接而成,该方案缺点是实际制作工艺复杂,整支中管的每一截特性一致,很难根据需求单独改变中管某一截特性。
另一种方案是申请号2017106718512兼有明显进攻面和防守面的羽毛球拍,其特征是:所述拍杆的横截面不是全对称结构,拍杆的正面管壁厚度比反面管壁厚度更厚,厚管壁应变范围小,薄管壁应变范围大,其结果是:拍杆正面迎击球时,其软硬度比拍杆反面迎击球时更软;拍杆反面迎击球时,其软硬度比拍杆正面迎击球时更硬。该方案缺点是整支拍杆的每一截特性一致,很难根据需求单独改变拍杆某一截特性。

为了克服上述不足, 本发明提供了一种攻守同盟羽毛球拍。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:

所述中管2连接拍框1和手柄3;所述中管2正面上镶嵌了四处单向关节4。每一处单向关节4的构造是把一节硬质材料6镶嵌到中管碳纤维材料5中,硬质材料6靠近中管2中心的一面与中管碳纤维材料5紧密结合在一起,硬质材料6的上下两面与中管碳纤维材料5接触但没结合,最终形成一处单向关节4。其结果是:中管2正面迎击球时,因为单向关节4无阻碍,其软硬度比中管2反面迎击球时更软;中管2反面迎击球时,因为单向关节4有阻碍,其软硬度比中管2正面迎击球时更硬。整支中管2的特性只是在单向关节4处不一致,因此可以很方便地根据需求设置多个单向关节4来调整整支中管2特性,生产出不同特性的攻守同盟羽毛球拍。
