In the rod climbing process, obstacles may be encountered, and the rod enclosing belt 8 needs to be unfastened, and connected with the waistband 1b after bypassing the obstacles. If there is only one girth bar strap 8, there is a great safety risk when untying it. Therefore, the omnibearing safety belt comprises two surrounding rod belts 8, and two surrounding rod belt fixing holes 1b4 are arranged on each end surface of the left and right ends of the waist belt 1 b. Therefore, when an obstacle is encountered, the two surrounding rod belts 8 are alternately disconnected and connected, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
The middle belt 8a is sleeved with an anti-slip sleeve 8d made of rubber, as shown in fig. 4, one surface of the anti-slip sleeve 8d facing the telegraph pole is provided with a sawtooth-shaped anti-slip surface 8d1, an electric heating wire 8d2 is arranged inside the sawtooth-shaped anti-slip surface 8d1, and one surface of the anti-slip sleeve 8d facing away from the telegraph pole is provided with a battery 8d 3. The end face of the anti-skid sleeve 8d, which faces away from the telegraph pole, is provided with a power switch 8d4, and the battery 8d3, the power switch 8d4 and the electric heating wire 8d2 are connected in series through electric wires.
The control box 2 is fixedly connected with the belt 1b, and a high-pressure air tank 2a, a power supply device 2b and a control device 2c are arranged in the control box 2. The power supply device 2b adopts a rechargeable battery, and the control device 2c adopts a singlechip.
The high-pressure air tank 2a is provided with a gas pipe 2a1 and an exhaust pipe 2a2 which are connected in a penetrating way, the tail end of the gas pipe 2a1 penetrates through the outside of the control box 2, and the tail end of the gas pipe 2a1 is connected with a sealing cap 2a11 in a threaded way. The exhaust pipe 2a2 connects the air chamber in the waistband 1b with the high pressure air tank 2a, and the exhaust pipe 2a2 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 2a 3. The control box 2 is externally provided with a pressure gauge 2a4, and the pressure gauge 2a4 displays the air pressure in the high-pressure air tank 2 a.
As shown in the attached drawings 8 and 9, the wire box 3 is fixedly connected with the waistband 1b, a wire wheel 4a capable of freely rotating is arranged inside the wire box 3, and a wire collecting cavity 4b is concavely arranged on the circumferential surface of the wire wheel 4 a. The outside of the wire box 3 is provided with a rotating wheel 4, the rotating wheel 4 is fixedly connected with the wire wheel 4a, and the rotating wheel 4 and the axis of the wire wheel 4a are positioned on the same straight line. A stop rod cavity 3a vertical to the wire wheel 4a and a rotating speed sensor placing cavity 3c are concavely arranged on the inner wall of the wire box 3.
The inside stop lever 10 that is equipped with of stop lever chamber 3a, the cover is equipped with electro-magnet 10b in the middle of the stop lever 10, and the tail end that the stop lever 10 kept away from line wheel 4a is equipped with spring holder III 10a, is equipped with thrust spring V10 c between spring holder III 10a and the electro-magnet 10 b. The stop rod 10 can be made of non-magnetic materials, the spring seat III 10a is made of magnetic materials, when the electromagnet 10b is electrified, the attraction force generated on the spring seat III 10a by the electromagnet is larger than the thrust force of the thrust spring V10 c, and the spring seat III 10a moves towards the electromagnet 10 b.
The rotating speed sensor placing cavity 3c is internally provided with a rotating speed sensor 9, the end faces of the wire wheel 4a corresponding to the rotating speed sensor 9 are provided with magnets 9a, and the magnets 9a and the rotating speed sensor 9 are matched with each other for use to measure the rotating speed of the wire wheel 4 a.
As shown in fig. 10, two symmetrical arc chuck cavities 4d are arranged inside the end surface of the reel 4a facing to the side of the stop lever cavity 3a, a thrust spring i 4d1 and a chuck 4e are arranged inside the chuck cavity 4d, and the thrust spring i 4d1 is extruded when the chuck 4e rotates anticlockwise. The middle of the chuck 4e is provided with a chuck groove 4e1, the end surface of the reel 4a is provided with a hole groove communicated with the chuck groove 4e1, and the length of the hole groove is less than that of the chuck 4 e. When the electromagnet 10b is energized, the stopper lever 10 is inserted into the chuck slot 4e 1.
As shown in fig. 11, a positioning hole 3b is recessed in the end surface of the wire box 3 corresponding to the turning wheel 4. As shown in the attached drawing 8, a spring cavity 4c is formed in the rotating wheel 4, a spring seat I4 f2 is formed in the spring cavity 4c, and a cylindrical positioning rod 4f penetrates through the center of the spring seat I4 f 2. The tail ends of the two sides of the positioning rod 4f penetrate through the rotating wheel 4, and a clamping block 4f1 is convexly arranged on the circumferential surface of the tail end of the positioning rod 4f far away from the wire box 3. A thrust spring II 4f3 is sleeved on the positioning rod 4f between the spring seat I4 f2 and the clamping block 4f1, and the thrust spring II 4f3 is located inside the spring cavity 4 c. As shown in fig. 5, a latch groove 4g is recessed in an end surface of the runner 4 contacting with the latch 4f 1. The positioning rod 4f is rotated, the clamping block 4f1 is inserted into the clamping block groove 4g, the thrust spring II 4f3 pushes the spring seat I4 f2 to move downwards, and the tail end of the positioning rod 4f is inserted into the positioning hole 3 b.
Wire wheel 4a on the winding have safe pipe rope 5, safe pipe rope 5 is located and receives line chamber 4b inside, 5 ends of safe pipe rope wear to establish to the 3 outsides of line box. When the safety pipe rope 5 is pulled and the length of the safety pipe rope 5 outside the wire box 3 is prolonged, the wire wheel 4a rotates clockwise. As shown in fig. 5, an operation rope 5a is inserted into the middle of the safety pipe rope 5, an operation hole 5b is formed in the circumferential surface of the safety pipe rope 5, and the operation rope 5a can be pulled through the operation hole 5 b.
As shown in the attached figure 3, the tail end of the safety pipe rope 5 is provided with a latch 6, and the lower end surface of the latch 6 is inwards provided with a latch groove 6 a. Locking bars 7 with rectangular sections penetrate through the side walls at the left end and the right end of the locking groove 6a, and the locking bars 7 are respectively vertical to the side walls at the left end and the right end of the locking groove 6 a. Locking lever 7 left side end be equipped with spring holder II 7a, spring holder II 7a be located kayser 6 left sides, locking lever 7 on the cover be equipped with thrust spring IV 7b, thrust spring IV 7b be located between spring holder II 7a and kayser 6. The locking rod 7 right-hand member top surface indent have locking piece groove 7d, locking piece groove 7d left side terminal surface protruding be equipped with dog 7 c. When the thrust spring IV 7b pushes the spring seat II 7a to enable the lock rod 7 to move to the leftmost end, the stop block 7c is clamped on the inner side of the side wall of the left end face of the lock groove 6a, and the lock rod 7 is prevented from being separated from the lock 6. The right side of the locking piece groove 7d is provided with a locking rod head 7e, and the top surface of the locking rod head 7e is an inclined plane with a higher left side and a lower right side.
The inside locking piece chamber 6c that is equipped with of locked groove 6a right-hand member lateral wall, locking piece chamber 6c inside be equipped with thrust spring III 6e, thrust spring III 6e below fixedly connected with locking piece 6d, control 5a terminal and locking piece 6d fixed connection of rope.
In order to avoid that the operating rope 5a is pulled, the operating rope 5a is caught at the corner. Two pulleys 6b are arranged in the latch 6, the control rope 5a is in contact with the circumferential surface of the pulleys 6b, and the control rope 5a is fixedly connected with the top surface of the locking block 6d through the guidance of the pulleys 6 b.
In order to manage the high-altitude operation process of the operators, a wireless module 2d and an electronic altimeter 2e are further arranged inside the control box 2. The wireless module 2d of the electronic altimeter 2e can transmit the working states of the electromagnetic valve 2a3 and the electromagnet 10b and the data measured by the electronic altimeter 2e and the rotating speed sensor 9 to a computer of a manager through a network. The altitude parameters and the duration time provided by the electronic altitude instrument 2e can be used for counting the altitude operation time of operators, so that time management of various maintenance operations is facilitated. If the rotating speed measured by the rotating speed sensor 9 is rapidly increased, the altitude parameter measured by the electronic altitude instrument 2e is rapidly reduced, the electromagnetic valve 2a3 is opened, and the electromagnet 10b is electrified, the falling phenomenon of the operator can be judged, and the rescue can be quickly organized.
The electromagnetic valve 2a3, the power supply device 2b, the wireless module 2d, the electronic altimeter 2e, the rotation speed sensor 9 and the electromagnet 10b are respectively electrically connected with the control device 2 c.
An application method of an omnibearing safety belt comprises the following steps:
step one, wearing:
the back cushion 1a is attached to the back of an operator, the belt 1b2 is connected with the belt head 1b3, the waist belt 1b is fastened on the waist of the operator, then the two shoulder straps 1g are arranged in a cross mode in front of the chest, the safety buckle 1g2 is connected with the shoulder strap fixing hole 1b1, the length of the shoulder strap 1g is adjusted through the Chinese character 'ri' buckle I1 g1, and the shoulder strap 1g is attached to the body of the operator.
The leg wrapping pad 1f is fixed to the leg of the worker by the connection of the fastening band 1f1 and the band clip 1f2, and the hip pad 1c corresponds to the hip of the worker.
Then, a safety lock 8c at one end of the surrounding rod belt 8 is connected with the surrounding rod belt fixing hole 1b 4;
step two, climbing a pole and performing aerial work:
the utility pole is wound by the surrounding pole belt 8, then the safety lock 8c at the other end of the surrounding pole belt 8 is connected with the other surrounding pole belt fixing hole 1b4, if the surrounding pole belt 8 is not long enough, the length of the middle belt 8a is adjusted by the I-shaped buckle II 8b, the anti-skid sleeve 8d is always in the middle position of the surrounding pole belt 8, and the sawtooth anti-skid surface 8d1 on the anti-skid sleeve 8d is in contact with the utility pole.
When ice frost exists on the telegraph pole, the power switch 8d4 is pressed to enable the electric heating wire 8d2 to pass through, the anti-skid sleeve 8d is heated, and the ice frost on the telegraph pole is melted.
In the initial state, the lock lever 7 is positioned at the leftmost end by the urging force of the urging spring iv 7b, and the lock groove 6a is in the open state. Then, the telegraph pole is descended, the safety pipe rope 5 is rotated out from the wire box 3 along with the descending of the operator, the wire wheel 4a is driven to rotate, and the rotating speed sensor 9 measures the rotating speed of the wire wheel 4 a.
If the personnel fall down the wire pole in-process carelessly, safe pipe rope 5 changes line box 3 fast, line wheel 4a rotational speed accelerates, when rotational speed that speed sensor 9 measured is higher than safe rotational speed, controlling means 2c control electro-magnet 10b circular telegram, thrust spring V10 c's thrust is overcome to stop lever 10, insert inside chuck groove 4e1, it is fixed with line wheel 4a through chuck 4e, limit safe pipe rope 5's length, avoid the direct decline of operation personnel on ground, cause the casualties. The safe rotating speed of the wire wheel 4a can be set by the normal rod descending speed of an operator.
After the stop rod 10 is inserted into the chuck groove 4e1, the chuck 4e is driven to extrude the thrust spring I4 d1, so that the impact energy is buffered, and the hard collision between the stop rod 10 and the reel 4a is avoided.
Meanwhile, the control device 2c controls the electromagnetic valve 2a3 to be opened, high-pressure air in the high-pressure air cylinder 2a flows into the waistband 1b, the back cushion 1a, the hip cushion 1c, the rear thigh protection pad 1e and the leg winding pad 1f, so that the waistband 1b, the back cushion 1a, the hip cushion 1c, the rear thigh protection pad 1e and the leg winding pad 1f are expanded, if the safety pipe rope 5 is broken, an operator falls down on the ground, and the expanded waistband 1b, the back cushion 1a, the hip cushion 1c, the rear thigh protection pad 1e and the leg winding pad 1f can also play a role in protecting the operator. When the worker safely reaches the bottom, the exhaust pipe 2a2 connected to the waist belt 1b is detached from the solenoid valve 2a3, and the air in the waist belt 1b, the back cushion 1a, the hip cushion 1c, the thigh rear pad 1e, and the leg wrapping cushion 1f is exhausted, and then the exhaust pipe 2a2 and the solenoid valve 2a3 are connected. Then the air is refilled into the high-pressure air tank 2a through the air conveying pipe 2a 1;
step four, taking down the latch 6:
after the operator safely reaches the bottom surface, the operating rope 5a is pulled through the operating hole 5b, the locking block 6d is pulled into the locking block cavity 6c through the operating rope 5a guided by the pulley 6b, the locking rod 7 moves leftwards under the pushing of the thrust spring IV 7b, the locking groove 6a is opened, the locking block 6 falls off from a cross beam at the top of the telegraph pole, and then the rotating wheel 4 is rotated to recover the safety pipe rope 5 into the wire collecting cavity 4 b.
