The second valve body 4 is provided with a middle through hole, the aperture of the middle through hole is slightly larger than that of the extrusion body 31, the extrusion body 31 part of the first valve body 3 is positioned in the middle through hole, a second liquid outlet 41 is arranged on the middle through hole, the second liquid outlet 41 is communicated with the containing cavity 21, when the first valve body 3 runs downwards to a low position, the first liquid outlet is communicated with the second liquid outlet 41 in parallel, the containing cavity 21 is communicated with an external space after passing through the second liquid outlet 41, a liquid inlet, the first liquid outlet, the hollow column 13, the microneedle venation cavity 12 and the microneedle 11 in sequence, the cosmetic liquid in the containing cavity 21 is extruded and finally discharged to the skin through the microneedle 11 under the action of elastic recovery of the extrusion body 31, and the absorption of the cosmetic liquid is promoted, so that the cosmetic effect is achieved.
