each layer of material of the sanitary napkin is vertically laminated through the first composite roller assembly;
the driving roller assembly is suitable for driving the laminated material layers to sequentially enter the ultrasonic welding mechanism and the rolling cutting mechanism;
the ultrasonic welding mechanism is suitable for shaping the laminated material layers; and
the rolling cutting mechanism is suitable for cutting the shaped material layer into finished sanitary cotton;
the sanitary napkin production device further comprises: a sterilized cotton preprocessing mechanism;
the sterile cotton pre-processing mechanism comprises: a sterilizing cotton driving roller assembly and a cutter roller assembly;
the sterilizing cotton driving roller assembly is suitable for driving sterilizing cotton materials to move to the first composite roller assembly through the cutter roller assembly; and
the cutter roller assembly is suitable for sequentially cutting the passing sterilized cotton into sections, so that each sterilized cotton section is sequentially overlapped between the surface layer material and the rest layers of materials;
the sterile cotton pre-processing mechanism further comprises: a knife pressing assembly positioned above the knife roller assembly;
when the cutter roller assembly cuts the sterilized cotton, the knife pressing assembly is suitable for providing downward pressure for the cutter roller assembly, and the roller shaft mechanism further comprises: a second composite roller assembly positioned between the ultrasonic welding mechanism and the rolling cutting mechanism;
the sanitary napkin production device further comprises: a gluing mechanism;
the gluing mechanism comprises: the glue barrel, the glue spreading component and the glue spreading roller component;
a pipeline is arranged between the glue barrel and the glue spreading component;
the gluing component is suitable for gluing one side of the release paper; and
the glue spreading roller assembly is suitable for driving the release paper coated with the glue to move to the second composite roller assembly so as to attach the release paper coated with the glue to the bottom surface of the shaped material layer;
the sanitary napkin production device further comprises: a first and second adjustment mechanism;
the first adjusting mechanism is positioned between the first composite roller assembly and the ultrasonic welding mechanism to adjust the position of the sterilized cotton segment overlapped between the surface layer material and other layers of materials; and
the second adjusting mechanism is located between the ultrasonic welding mechanism and the second composite roller assembly, so as to adjust the position of the shaped material layer entering the rolling and cutting mechanism, and the sanitary napkin production device further comprises: a conveying mechanism;
the conveying mechanism is suitable for conveying finished sanitary napkins away from the sanitary napkin production device, and the sanitary napkin production device further comprises: a waste recycling mechanism;
the waste recycling mechanism includes: a scrap ring and scrap recovery roller assembly;
waste attached to the surface of the finished sanitary napkin passes through the waste ring into the waste recovery roller assembly; and
the waste recycling roller assembly is suitable for driving waste to be stripped from the surface of the finished sanitary cotton;
a cross rod is transversely arranged on the conveying mechanism;
the transverse rod is provided with a pinch roller;
the waste attached to the surface of the finished sanitary napkin passes through the waste ring after passing through the cross bar; and
when the waste recycling roller assembly drives the waste to be stripped from the surface of the finished sanitary cotton, the pressing wheel is suitable for pressing the finished sanitary cotton;
the sanitary napkin production device further comprises: a cloth placing frame for placing each material roll.
2. A method of operating a sanitary napkin production device as claimed in claim 1, comprising:
the device comprises a roll shaft mechanism, an ultrasonic welding mechanism and a rolling cutting mechanism; wherein the method comprises the steps of
The roll shaft mechanism comprises a first compound roll assembly and a driving roll assembly;
each layer of material of the sanitary napkin is vertically laminated through the first composite roller assembly;
the driving roller assembly is suitable for driving the laminated material layers to sequentially enter the ultrasonic welding mechanism and the rolling cutting mechanism;
the ultrasonic welding mechanism is suitable for shaping the laminated material layers; and
the rolling cutting mechanism is suitable for cutting the shaped material layer into finished sanitary cotton.
