Technical Field
The application relates to the field of prostheses, in particular to a mandibular prosthesis.
Background
Replacement of the mandibular lesion part is one of the methods of treating mandibular disease with the aim of restoring patient function and reconstructing the patient's anatomy. If the false body is improperly implanted, the chewing feeding of a patient can be influenced, the face of the patient can be influenced, and the accurate installation of the false body has high requirements on operators.
However, the existing prosthesis cannot achieve the adjustment of angle and length according to the actual situation.

The application mainly aims to provide a mandibular prosthesis, which solves the problem that the length and angle of the mandibular prosthesis in the prior art cannot be adjusted.

In particular, the adjustment module 40 comprises a connection portion 41 and an adjustment portion 42, the adjustment portion 42 being connected to the connection portion 41, the connection portion 41 being intended to be connected to the mandible, the adjustment portion 42 being intended to be connected to the prosthesis body 30 and being adjustably arranged with respect to the prosthesis body 30.
In particular, the connecting portion 41 has a first mounting surface for connection to the mandible and a second mounting surface for connection to the adjustment portion 42.
In this embodiment, the prosthesis body 30 has a first end and a second end that are disposed opposite to each other, the prosthesis body 30 has a receiving cavity extending from the first end to the second end, a mounting portion 50 is disposed in the receiving cavity, a mounting through hole 51 is formed in the mounting portion 50, and the adjusting portion 42 is inserted into the mounting through hole 51; the mandibular prosthesis further includes a fastener to secure the adjustment portion 42 with the mounting portion 50 under the action of the fastener when the prosthesis body 30 is in a predetermined position. Such an arrangement allows the mandibular prosthesis to be fixed when it reaches an anatomical position.
In specific implementation, the adjusting part 42 has a rod-shaped structure, at least part of the adjusting part 42 is provided with external threads, and the external threads are arranged at one end of the adjusting part 42 far away from the connecting part 41; the fastener is provided at a side of the mounting through hole 51 remote from the connection portion 41, the fastener having an internal thread matching the external thread, and the fastener being fitted over the adjustment portion 42 to screw the fastener when the prosthesis body 30 is in a predetermined position.

Preferably, the adjustment portion 42 is a bolt and the fastener is a nut. The bolts pass through the mounting through holes 51 and then are engaged with the fastening nuts. After the adjusting module 40 is rotated to a proper angle, the adjusting module is screwed and fixed by a nut.
In this embodiment, the end surface of the mounting portion 50 adjacent to the adjustment portion 42 is flush with the end surface of the prosthesis body 30. Such an arrangement facilitates installation, adjustment and fixation of the adjustment module.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of adjustment modules 40 is divided into a first adjustment module group 43 and a second adjustment module group 44, the first adjustment module group 43 is disposed at the first end of the prosthesis body 30, and the second adjustment module group 44 is disposed at the second end of the prosthesis body 30. Such an arrangement makes the connection of the mandibular prosthesis to the mandible more reliable.
In specific implementation, the accommodating cavity is provided with an upper wall surface and a lower wall surface which are oppositely arranged, the four mounting parts 50 are divided into a first mounting part group and a second mounting part group, each of the first mounting part group and the second mounting part group comprises two mounting parts 50, one mounting part 50 of the first mounting part group and one mounting part 50 of the second mounting part group are arranged on the upper wall surface of the accommodating cavity, and the other mounting part 50 of the first mounting part group and the other mounting part 50 of the second mounting part group are arranged on the lower wall surface of the accommodating cavity; wherein, the two adjusting modules 40 of the first adjusting module group 43 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two mounting portions 50 of the first mounting portion group, and each adjusting module 40 is connected with the corresponding mounting portion 50; the two adjusting modules 40 of the second adjusting module group 44 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two mounting portions 50 of the second mounting portion group, and each adjusting module 40 is connected with the corresponding mounting portion 50.
In this embodiment, the prosthesis body 30 is provided with a first locking hole 31, and the prosthesis body 30 is fixed to the mandible by a first connector penetrating the first locking hole 31.
In particular, the first connector is a cable which is threaded into the first locking hole 31 and onto the mandible, by means of which the prosthesis body 30 is tied to the mandible.
Preferably, the first locking holes 31 are provided in plurality, and the plurality of first locking holes 31 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the prosthesis body, respectively.
In this embodiment, the connecting portion 41 is provided with a second locking hole, and the adjustment module 40 is fixed to the mandible by a second connecting member penetrating the second locking hole.
In particular, the second connector is a cable that is threaded into the second locking hole and onto the mandible, and the adjustment module 40 is tied to the mandible by the cable.
The mandible prosthesis mainly comprises a prosthesis main body 30 and an adjusting module 40, wherein after the mandible prosthesis is implanted, the adjusting module 40 is rotated to drive the mandible to rotate, and after reaching an anatomical position, the mandible prosthesis is fixed by bolts; the tension and compression adjusting module 40 can drive the mandible to move, and after reaching the anatomical position, the mandible is fixed by bolts.
The inventive mandibular prosthesis may be designed to the outer contours of the prosthesis body 30 and the adjustment module 40 according to the anatomy of the patient.
The mandibular prosthesis of the present application can rotate and pull the pressure adjustment module 40, rebuild the anatomy of the patient, and achieve accurate reduction.
The mandible prosthesis can adjust the turnover angle of the mandible of a patient to achieve rotary reduction.
The mandible prosthesis can adjust the curvature radius of the mandible of a patient, not only meets the functional requirement, but also does not influence the face of the patient.

the adjusting module (40) comprises a connecting part (41) and an adjusting part (42), wherein the connecting part (41) is provided with a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface, the first mounting surface is opposite to the second mounting surface, the first mounting surface is used for being connected with the mandible, and the second mounting surface is used for being connected with the adjusting part (42);
the prosthesis main body (30) is provided with a containing cavity, a mounting part (50) is arranged in the containing cavity, a mounting through hole (51) is formed in the mounting part (50), the adjusting part (42) is inserted into the mounting through hole (51), the adjusting part (42) is of a rod-shaped structure, and external threads are arranged on at least part of the adjusting part (42).

The mandibular prosthesis according to claim 2, wherein the prosthesis body (30) has oppositely disposed first and second ends, the receiving cavity extending from the first end to the second end; the mandibular prosthesis further comprises a fastener to secure the adjustment part (42) with the mounting part (50) under the action of the fastener when the prosthesis body (30) is in a predetermined position.

A mandibular prosthesis according to claim 3, wherein the external thread is provided at the end of the adjustment portion (42) remote from the connection portion (41); the fastener is arranged on one side of the mounting through hole (51) far away from the connecting part (41), the fastener is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread, and the fastener is sleeved on the adjusting part (42) so as to be screwed when the prosthesis main body (30) is in a preset position.

The mandibular prosthesis according to claim 6, wherein the receiving cavity has upper and lower wall surfaces disposed opposite to each other, the four mounting portions (50) being divided into a first mounting portion group and a second mounting portion group, each of the first and second mounting portion groups including two mounting portions (50), one mounting portion (50) of the first mounting portion group and one mounting portion (50) of the second mounting portion group being disposed on the upper wall surface of the receiving cavity, the other mounting portion (50) of the first mounting portion group and the other mounting portion (50) of the second mounting portion group being disposed on the lower wall surface of the receiving cavity;
wherein two adjusting modules (40) of the first adjusting module group (43) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with two mounting portions (50) of the first mounting portion group, and each adjusting module (40) is connected with a corresponding mounting portion (50); the two adjusting modules (40) of the second adjusting module group (44) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two mounting parts (50) of the second mounting part group, and each adjusting module (40) is connected with the corresponding mounting part (50).
8. The mandibular prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the prosthesis body (30) is provided with a first locking hole (31), the prosthesis body (30) being secured to the mandible by a first connector which is threaded into the first locking hole (31).
9. The mandibular prosthesis according to claim 2, wherein the connection part (41) is provided with a second locking hole, and the adjustment module (40) is fixed to the mandible by means of a second connection piece which is threaded into the second locking hole.
