Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional PCB (printed circuit board) direct plug connector which comprises a socket and a plug, wherein the plug is plugged in the socket, and an output lead and an input lead are correspondingly plugged in one opposite sides of the socket and the plug respectively. The invention has simple structure, presses the pressing strip to compress the first spring, inserts the conducting rod on the socket into the insulating sleeve, under the action of the elastic force of the second spring, the conducting rod is contacted with the conducting slide block more closely to avoid bad conduction, and simultaneously loosens the pressing strip, under the resilience force of the first spring, the inclined plane on the triangular clamping block is contacted with the plug to connect the socket and the plug closely, the left sealing gasket and the right sealing gasket are contacted closely under the extrusion of the socket and the plug to improve the sealing property in the socket and avoid the entry of water vapor, and the existence of the soft rubber sleeve can avoid the breakage of the output lead and the input lead and prolong the service life of the socket.

Background

All cup jointed soft rubber sleeve 8 on output conductor 1 and the input conductor 9, and soft rubber sleeve 8 and plug 11 swing joint, there is the clearance all with output conductor 1 and input conductor 9's outer lane in soft rubber sleeve 8, prevents output conductor 1 and input conductor 9 and rolls over the damage.
The outer ring of the soft rubber sleeve 8 is conical, and the outer ring of the soft rubber sleeve 8 is provided with a spiral groove, so that the flexibility is improved.
The soft rubber sleeve 8 is connected with the plug 11 through a fastening screw, and replacement is convenient.
