Abstract
The invention discloses a relay protection multi-outlet pressing plate measuring instrument which is connected with an empty switch, an intermediate relay, a time relay, an indicator lamp, a reset button and a wiring port to form an electric loop so as to realize the measurement of an outlet pressing plate. According to the invention, the potential states of a plurality of outlet pressing plates are rapidly and simultaneously measured, the potential state information of the outlet pressing plates is recorded and kept, and the recorded information is manually reset manually, so that an independent relay protection outlet pressing plate measuring instrument is manufactured or embedded in the existing relay protection measuring instrument, the measuring accuracy and reliability are ensured, and the relay protection inspection working efficiency is improved.

Background
In the verification maintenance work of 220kV line protection, main transformer protection, bus differential protection and the like, whether a plurality of outlet pressing plates (three or more) on a protection screen meet the protection outlet requirements is required to be measured. The existing measuring method is that a multimeter is used for measuring one by a special person, and each time a fault test is simulated, the measurer can only measure one outlet pressing plate, and after measuring a plurality of outlet pressing plates, the same fault is simulated for a plurality of times, so that the workload and the action times of protection are increased; or the contact of the protection tester is opened, but a plurality of outlet pressing plates are required to be connected with a plurality of groups of wiring, and a plurality of wires are required to be connected in front of and behind the screen, so that the danger coefficient is increased by the wiring, the wiring is complex, the working time is prolonged, and the working efficiency is reduced.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the electrical loop of the measuring instrument is formed by connecting more than 10 unit measuring loops in parallel; the unit measuring loop is formed by connecting an idle switch, an intermediate relay, a time relay, an indicator lamp, a reset button and a wiring port.
The specific connection of the unit measuring loop is as follows: two direct current positive and negative power lines are introduced into the two-phase air switch; the positive power line is connected with two contacts of the intermediate relay, one is used for loop self-holding, and the other is used for starting the time relay coil; the time relay contact is connected with the wiring port, is connected with the intermediate relay self-holding contact in parallel, is connected with the intermediate relay coil, the current limiting resistor and the indicator lamp in series, and is finally connected to one end of the reset button, and the other end of the reset button is connected with the negative power line.
Furthermore, the electric loop can be made into an independent relay protection outlet pressing plate measuring instrument and can be embedded into the existing relay protection tester.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the potential states of the plurality of outlet pressing plates are measured simultaneously, the potential state information of the outlet pressing plates is recorded and kept, and the recorded information is manually reset, so that the problem that all the outlet pressing plates cannot be measured simultaneously is solved, the measurement result is more visual, and the accuracy and the safety of protection and verification are improved;
2. the problem that the TJ joint is not kept after the protection action, so that the measurement is influenced is solved;
3. the problem that the same faults need to be simulated for multiple times in the exit inspection of each protection is solved, the times of fault simulation are reduced, namely the workload of workers and the loss of protection devices are reduced;
4. after the measuring instrument is connected, when relay protection is checked, the measuring instrument is used for measuring the multi-outlet pressing plates, so that manual operation and monitoring are not needed, the measuring task can be safely and efficiently completed, the labor input is reduced, and the operability is high;
5. the device can be matched with various protection devices for use, and has strong adaptability;
6. the measuring instrument has simple wiring, is practical and is convenient to carry;

FIG. 3 is a schematic circuit diagram of the present invention; in the figure: 1TJ and 2TJ are protection trip joints; 1LP1, 1LP2 are protective outlet platens; 1ZJ and 2ZJ are intermediate relays; 1SJ and 2SJ are time relays; 1R1, 1R2, 2R1 and 2R2 are current limiting resistors; 1HD, 2HD are pilot lamps; FA is a reset button; KK is an air switch; the schematic diagram is taken as an example of measuring two outlet pressing plates, and can be expanded to a plurality of outlet pressing plates, and the schematic diagram is not drawn one by one; a secondary circuit schematic diagram of the protection device is arranged in a dotted line frame in the schematic diagram; the electrical circuit is connected as follows: two direct current positive and negative power lines are introduced into the two-phase air switch; the positive power line is connected with two contacts of the intermediate relay, one is used for loop self-holding, and the other is used for starting the time relay coil; the time relay contact is connected with the wiring port, is connected with the intermediate relay self-holding contact in parallel, is connected with the intermediate relay coil, the current limiting resistor and the indicator lamp in series, and is finally connected to one end of the reset button, and the other end of the reset button is connected with the negative power line.
As shown in fig. 3, the working process is as follows:
1. before the protection checking simulation faults, connecting the +KM and-KM socket wiring of the measuring instrument with positive and negative power supplies of the protecting device respectively, connecting the L1 and L2 socket wiring with outlet pressing plates (connecting method: opening the pressing plates and connecting the pressing plates to the non-potential side) to be measured on the protecting screen respectively, and closing the open KK;
2. when the protection checking simulation faults, if the protection device requires a 1TJ action outlet, the 1TJ contact is in action, the positive power supply of the device is connected to a negative power supply through the 1TJ contact, the 1SJ normally closed contact, the 1ZJ coil, the 1R1, the 1HD, the FA and the KK in the starting loop, and the action of the 1HD and the 1TJ contact is checked by lighting the indicator lamp; meanwhile, the 1ZJ coil is electrified, so that the 1ZJ1 action realizes self-holding, the 1ZJ2 action enables the 1SJ coil to be electrified, and the 1SJ normally-closed contact is opened after 0.1 second action, so that the original starting loop is cut off (whether 1TJ is opened or not at the moment) under the condition that the self-holding loop is formed;
3. after the protection checking simulation faults, checking whether the lighting conditions of all the indicator lamps are consistent with the requirements according to the outlet requirements; if the protection actions are consistent, the correctness of the protection actions to the outlet pressing plate is verified, the reset (FA) button is pressed, the indicator lamp is restored, the indicator lamp returns to the initial state, and the indicator lamp is ready for the next measurement.
The following problems are also considered:
1. parasitic loop: turning over the existing principle diagrams of all 220kV line protection, main transformer protection and differential protection manufacturers, the front end part of a pressing plate connected with the measuring instrument is found to be composed of tripping joints TJ; the trip coils are all arranged at the rear end part of the pressing plate, and are isolated from the measuring instrument due to the opening of the pressing plate, so that the trip coils cannot be started; the front end part of the pressing plate is ensured to be isolated quickly due to the fact that the TJ contact is not kept and the SJ normally-closed contact is opened in a delayed manner (ZJ coil is ensured to be started first); i.e. the outlet circuit of the load cell is isolated once the meter is started, so that no parasitic circuit is created.
2. Positive and negative power supply: because the protection device is arranged at the front ends of all the outlet pressing plates, the direct current power supply flowing through the TJ does not exclude the possibility of individual reverse connection, and the situation that the power supply connected to the measuring instrument from the pressing plate is positive or negative occurs; as can be seen from the schematic diagram of the measuring instrument, even if this happens, the dc positive and negative power supply is unlikely to be shorted.
3. Loop resistance: because the direct current of the substation is 220V power, rated voltages of components such as a relay and an indicator lamp in a schematic diagram of the measuring instrument are DC220V, and two resistances of 1 kiloohm are arranged in a measuring branch of each outlet, so that direct current short circuit can not be caused even if a fault of a certain component occurs.

The electrical loop of the relay protection multi-outlet pressing plate measuring instrument is formed by connecting more than 10 unit measuring loops in parallel; the unit measuring loop is formed by connecting an idle switch, an intermediate relay, a time relay, an indicator lamp, a reset button and a wiring port; the electric loop is made into an independent relay protection outlet pressing plate measuring instrument or is embedded into the existing relay protection tester; the method is characterized in that the specific connection of the unit measuring loop is as follows: two direct current positive and negative power lines are introduced into the two-phase air switch; the positive power line is connected with two contacts of the intermediate relay, one is used for loop self-holding, and the other is used for starting the time relay coil; the time relay contact is connected with the wiring port, is connected with the intermediate relay self-holding contact in parallel, is connected with the intermediate relay coil, the current limiting resistor and the indicator lamp in series, and is finally connected to one end of the reset button, and the other end of the reset button is connected with the negative power line.
