Background
Solar panel is one kind and is changeed the equipment of other energy with solar energy, has received people's favor for this reason, and solar panel is because its needs accept the sunlight in the in-process of use, therefore it needs to be arranged outdoors, but when putting outdoors, the dust in the air will fall on solar panel, and like this because long-time laying of dust will lead to solar panel to absorb the efficiency of solar energy poor in the sunlight, because the dust can make light reflection or refraction, can't guarantee that solar panel fully absorbs solar energy.
To this end, we have designed a self-cleaning solar panel.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a self-cleaning solar panel.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a self-cleaning solar panel comprises a mounting frame, wherein two solar panel bodies and a separation plate are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the mounting frame, and the two solar panel bodies are positioned on two sides of the separation plate; mounting grooves are formed in two ends of the upper surface of the mounting frame, a light-transmitting layer is fixedly connected to the notch of each mounting groove, a heat-collecting plate is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of each mounting groove, and a heat-conducting rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of each heat-collecting plate; a movable cavity is arranged in the mounting frame, two pistons are arranged in the movable cavity, and the bottom of the heat conducting rod penetrates through the inner bottom of the mounting groove and extends into the movable cavity; be equipped with two connecting plates on the installing frame, sponge layer and two first permanent magnets of bottom fixedly connected with of connecting plate, be equipped with the motion groove that corresponds with first permanent magnet on the installing frame, fixedly connected with stopper on the first permanent magnet, the inside wall of motion groove is equipped with the guide way that corresponds with the stopper, be equipped with the second permanent magnet that corresponds with first permanent magnet in the piston, just the second permanent magnet is located first permanent magnet under, the interior bottom fixedly connected with iron sheet of motion groove.
Preferably, the inner bottom of the movable cavity is provided with a transition groove, and a rubber layer is fixedly connected to the notch of the transition groove.
Preferably, the equal fixedly connected with installation piece in upper and lower both sides of stopper, the inside wall of guide way is equipped with the spacing groove that corresponds with the installation piece, seted up on the installation piece and accomodate the groove, accomodate the inslot and be equipped with the ball, ball and spacing groove contact.
Preferably, a plurality of convex lenses are fixedly connected to the bottom of the light-transmitting layer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. in daytime, the heat of sunlight heats the heat-collecting plate, so that the air in the movable cavity is heated through the heat-conducting rod, the two pistons move relatively due to the principle of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, the connecting plate moves forwards under the matching action of the first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet, and the solar panel is cleaned through the sponge layer; in the evening, sunlight is reduced, so that the air temperature of the side, opposite to the side where the two pistons are arranged, is reduced, the air pressure is reduced and is smaller than the air pressure between the two pistons, the pistons are recovered, the solar panel is cleaned again through the sponge layer in the recovery process, and the solar panel is cleaned twice a day;
2. the cost and the volume can be reduced by arranging the rubber layer;
3. the light gathering effect is enhanced through the arrangement of the convex lens, so that the heat gathering effect is enhanced, and the movement of the piston is facilitated.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1-4, a self-cleaning solar panel comprises a mounting frame 1, wherein two solar panel bodies 2 and a separation plate 3 are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the mounting frame 1, and the two solar panel bodies 2 are positioned at two sides of the separation plate 3;
further, the arrangement of the partition plate 3 prevents the following two connection plates 9 from colliding and causing damage.
The mounting frame comprises a mounting frame 1, a light-transmitting layer 4, a heat-collecting plate 5 and a heat-conducting rod 6, wherein mounting grooves are formed in two ends of the upper surface of the mounting frame 1;
furthermore, the arrangement of the upper light-transmitting layer 4, the heat-collecting plate 5 and the heat-conducting rod 6 plays a role in heat collection, and then heat is transferred to realize subsequent control.

The use principle of the invention is as follows:
when the device is placed outside, so that the device can absorb sunlight, in daytime, the sunlight irradiates on the heat-collecting plate 5 through the light-transmitting layer 4, the sunlight contains heat, the heat-collecting plate 5 generates heat continuously along with the continuous irradiation of the sun, the heat-collecting plate 5 transmits the heat into the movable cavity 7 through the heat-conducting rod 6, so that air in the movable cavity 7 is heated and expanded, and the piston 8 is pushed to move forwards, which can refer to the position of the heat-conducting rod 6 in the movable cavity 7 shown in fig. 3, wherein the piston 8 is internally provided with the second permanent magnet 13, the second permanent magnet 13 moves forwards along with the forward movement of the piston 8, the second permanent magnet 13 and the first permanent magnet 11 are mutually attracted, because the opposite side of the second permanent magnet 13 and the first permanent magnet 11 is opposite in magnetism, when the second permanent magnet 13 moves forwards, the first permanent magnet 11 moves forwards, the connecting plate 9 is further driven to move forwards, so that the sponge layer 10 at the bottom of the connecting plate 9 moves on the upper surface of the solar panel body 2, the upper surface of the solar panel body 2 is cleaned along with the movement of the sponge layer 10, and dust on the upper surface of the solar panel body 2 is removed; and when ambient temperature descends, perhaps the sunlight weakens, for example when evening, will make the temperature between piston 8 and the activity chamber 7 descend, thereby make atmospheric pressure diminish, make piston 8 recover, and sponge layer 10 cleans solar panel body 2 again when recovering, sunshine makes heat-collecting plate 5 themogenesis when being convenient for the second day daytime, make piston 8 continue to move forward, thereby clean solar panel body 2, it is thus visible, sponge layer 10 cleans the processing in both sides to solar panel body 2 in one day, thereby guarantee the cleanness of solar panel body 2 upper surface, and then guarantee solar panel's absorption.
Example two

Referring to fig. 5, the present embodiment differs from embodiment one in that: the bottom of the euphotic layer 4 is fixedly connected with the convex lenses 17, so that the heat-gathering effect of the heat-gathering plate 5 is better through the light-gathering effect of the convex lenses 17, and the convex lenses 17 have the light-gathering effect, so that the heat-gathering plate 5 can gather more heat, and the piston 8 can be used in winter or places with insufficient illumination intensity, and the movement of the piston 8 is more obvious.
