Description

Aqueous optical stealth coating material
Technical Field
The invention particularly relates to a water-based optical stealth coating material, and belongs to the technical field of camouflage stealth.
Background
Since the middle of the last 80 th century, western countries including the united states have been involved in successive stealth technical research, and new binders and coloring pigments have been screened by tightening, so that a group of stealth paints with high practicability and suitable for visible light and near infrared bands have been developed. China starts late in the industry, basically adopts conventional pigments as camouflage colors, has low fitting degree with background environment, and is difficult to meet military requirements for resisting broadband, especially hyperspectral detection.
In the 'visible light and near infrared detection preventing fluorocarbon optical camouflage coating and the preparation method thereof' provided by the patent 201410150254.1, the coating only has a stealth function in visible light and near infrared bands, cannot meet the requirement of high spectrum, and has large solvent dosage and no environmental protection. Patents 201610524797.4 and 201510208621.3 disclose novel thermal insulation hollow ceramic microsphere infrared camouflage coating materials and anticorrosive wave-absorbing stealthy coatings respectively, but both are difficult to resist visible light and near infrared investigation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of overcoming the application defects of the existing oil paint, and aims to provide the water-based optical stealth coating material which is low in VOCs content, green and environment-friendly and has a hyperspectral camouflage effect in the visible light and near infrared wave band range. The second purpose is to provide a preparation method for obtaining the novel high-performance inorganic ceramic coloring pigment modified by the rare earth europium so as to effectively improve the mimicry capability of camouflage color.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows: the water-based optical stealth coating material is characterized by comprising two colors of medium green and dark green, is prepared from water-based resin, rare earth europium-modified high-performance ceramic pigment and other components, and has high spectral camouflage capacity in a wide waveband range of 380-2500 nm.
Preferably, the aqueous optical stealth coating is obtained by curing A, B components, and the component A comprises 30-40 parts of aqueous acrylic resin, 25-42 parts of pigment and filler, 0.5-5 parts of auxiliary agent, 10-35 parts of deionized water and 10-20 parts of environment-friendly solvent by mass; the component B comprises 50-70 parts of polyisocyanate and prepolymer thereof and 30-50 parts of environment-friendly solvent.
More preferably, the aqueous acrylic resin is matte and is obtained by reacting two or more of methacrylic acid, ethacrylic acid and derivatives thereof, and styrene.
Further preferably, the polyisocyanate is one or a mixture of TDI (toluene diisocyanate), HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) and MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate) according to a certain proportion.
Preferably, the medium green pigment is prepared by blending two or more of rare earth europium-modified high-performance ceramic, light-fast yellow, medium chrome yellow, ITO (aluminum-doped indium oxide), iron black and titanium dioxide; the dark green pigment is prepared by blending two or more of rare earth europium modified high-performance ceramic, ITO (aluminum-doped indium oxide), medium chrome yellow, copper chrome black, cobalt black, sun-proof yellow and titanium dioxide.
Preferably, the rare earth europium-modified high-performance ceramic is prepared by high-speed grinding, dispersing and high-temperature sintering of chromium oxide, europium oxide and zinc oxide.
Preferably, the molar ratio of chromium oxide, europium oxide and zinc oxide in the rare earth europium-modified high-performance ceramic is (1-3): 1: 1.
the preparation method of the rare earth europium modified high-performance inorganic ceramic coloring pigment in the technical scheme relates to the following steps: (1) putting the chromium oxide, the europium oxide and the zinc oxide which are weighed according to the molar ratio into a ball mill, ball-milling for 1-3 hours at the rotating speed of 4000-5000 r/min, and discharging.
(2) Sintering the mixture obtained in the step (1) in a high-temperature furnace, setting an initial temperature of 600-700 ℃, a heating rate of 10-15 ℃/min, and preserving heat for 30-50 min after the temperature is raised to 600-700 ℃; setting the temperature to be 1000-1300 ℃, heating at the speed of 10-15 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 2-3 hours after the temperature rises to 1000-1300 ℃, and finally naturally cooling and discharging.
(3) Grinding the sintered block materials to 500-800 meshes of fineness, washing for 1-3 times by using 10-20 wt% of dilute sulfuric acid solution, washing for 1-3 times by using deionized water, and drying for later use.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial results of the invention are as follows:
1. the optical stealth coating material is a water-based product, comprises two colors of medium green and dark green, has high spectral camouflage capacity in a wide waveband range of 380-2500 nm, is green and safe in raw materials, and highly conforms to the national environmental protection policy.
2. The medium green and dark green pigments are prepared by mixing rare earth europium modified high-performance inorganic ceramic with other pigments, the pigments are arranged by utilizing special outer layer electrons of europium, electrons on a 4f orbit and a secondary outer layer d orbit are easily lost, and energy released by electron transition after excitation is just corresponding to the specific 680-730 nm spectral range of green vegetation, so that the pigments have good mimicry and can effectively resist hyperspectral detection.
3. The matte waterborne bi-component acrylic polyurethane is used as an adhesive, and compared with the traditional product, the matte waterborne bi-component acrylic polyurethane has the advantages that the glossiness of a coating film is lower, the light scattering effect is obvious, and the improvement of the stealth effect in the natural environment is facilitated.
Based on the characteristics, the coating material provided by the invention has the capability of resisting high spectrum detection in visible light and near infrared bands, and can be widely applied to camouflage protection in the fields of military equipment, command places, radar communication and the like.
