The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based green hyperspectral camouflage coating. The camouflage paint disclosed by the invention is a single-component water-based system, is free from solvent volatilization, economic and environment-friendly, and has excellent high spectral performance.

150g of deionized water, 10g of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether film-forming aid, 10g of dispersant BYK-190, 3g of wetting agent PE100, 3g of defoamer BYK-024, 280g of green inorganic pigment and 55g of flame retardant JH801 are sequentially weighed, stirred uniformly at the rotating speed of 1300r/min and then ground for 2 hours until the fineness is below 10 micrometers; then 300g of water-based acrylic emulsion 815 and 100g of deionized water are added and stirred for 0.5h at the rotating speed of 600 r/min; and finally, 15g of thickener 300E is added and continuously stirred for 0.5h, so that the water-based green hyperspectral camouflage paint with a stable system can be prepared.
Example 3

Sequentially weighing 150g of deionized water, 10g of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether film-forming aid, 10g of dispersant BYK-190, 3g of wetting agent PE100, 3g of defoamer BYK-024, 280g of green inorganic pigment and 55g of flame retardant JH801, stirring uniformly at the rotating speed of 1300r/min, and then grinding for 2 hours until the fineness is below 10 micrometers; then 300g of water-based acrylic emulsion RS-9699H and 100g of deionized water are added and stirred for 0.5H at the rotating speed of 600 r/min; and finally, 15g of thickener 300E is added and continuously stirred for 0.5h, so that the water-based green hyperspectral camouflage paint with a stable system can be prepared.
Testing
The mechanical properties of the camouflage coatings obtained in examples 1 to 4 were measured and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the table 1, the water-based green hyperspectral camouflage paint disclosed by the invention has good 60-degree paint film gloss and particularly excellent visible brightness contrast and near-infrared brightness contrast performance, so that the water-based green hyperspectral camouflage paint is particularly suitable for camouflage paints and can play an effective camouflage effect. In addition, the water-based camouflage paint has excellent anticorrosion capability, wherein the water resistance and the salt spray resistance both exceed the national standards, and is suitable for being used in severe environments. In addition, the camouflage paint of the invention belongs to a water-based system, has no solvent volatilization, is convenient for transportation and storage, and simultaneously has no harm to human bodies and no environmental pollution.
