Abstract
The invention provides a flag printer, which comprises a frame, an ink vehicle and a cloth conveying roller assembly, wherein ink suction devices are arranged on two side faces of the ink vehicle; the bottom of the ink vehicle is provided with a printing head, and an ink flying prevention device is arranged below the printing head; the ink flying prevention device comprises an ink pool and an adsorption plate uniformly distributed with air suction holes, wherein the adsorption plate and each side wall and the bottom surface of the ink pool form a negative pressure cavity; the ink absorption device comprises an ink absorption box and sponge, and the ink absorption box comprises a fan installation chamber, a negative pressure air duct chamber communicated with the fan installation chamber and a sponge fixing chamber; the sponge fixing chamber is formed by a lower porous plate arranged on one side wall of the negative pressure air duct chamber and an upper porous plate arranged above the lower porous plate in a surrounding manner. This flag printer can enter into a plurality of negative pressure chambeies and collect and adsorb the quick through-hole of printing ink aerial fog that will waft in the air through setting up a plurality of negative pressure chambeies, avoids printing the influence of in-process oil mist and is convenient for concentrate innocent treatment.

Meanwhile, with the continuous improvement of the environmental protection requirement, how to effectively collect the flying ink for pollution-free treatment is also an urgent problem to be solved.

a second exhaust fan is installed in the fan installation cavity, an air outlet is formed in the top of the fan installation cavity, an air inlet is formed in the bottom of the fan installation cavity, and the air inlet is communicated with the negative pressure air duct cavity;
the sponge fixing chamber is formed by a lower porous plate arranged on one side wall of the negative pressure air duct chamber and an upper porous plate arranged above the lower porous plate in a surrounding manner.

The embodiment provides a flag printer, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, which comprises a frame 1, an ink vehicle 2 and a cloth conveying roller assembly, wherein the cloth conveying roller assembly is arranged at the bottom of the frame 1, the ink vehicle 2 is slidably arranged at the top of the frame 1, and ink absorption devices 3 are arranged on two side surfaces of the ink vehicle 2.
The bottom of the ink vehicle 2 is provided with a printing head, and the machine frame 1 below the printing head is respectively provided with an ink flying prevention device 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the ink absorbing device 3 includes an ink absorbing cartridge including a fan installation chamber 34, a negative pressure air duct chamber 35, and a sponge fixing chamber 32; the negative pressure air channel chamber 35 and the sponge fixing chamber 32 are arranged on the same side of the fan installation chamber 34. The negative pressure air duct cavity 35 is a rectangular box body, the fan installation cavity 34 is communicated with the top of the negative pressure air duct cavity 35, and the sponge fixing cavity 32 is communicated with the bottom of the negative pressure air duct cavity 35.

As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the ink flying prevention device 4 includes an ink reservoir 41 and an adsorption plate 44 uniformly distributed with air suction holes, the ink reservoir 41 is a pool-shaped structure with an open upper end, the adsorption plate 44 is disposed in the ink reservoir 41 and forms a negative pressure cavity 46 with each side wall and the bottom surface of the ink reservoir 41, and the bottom of the negative pressure cavity 46 is communicated with a first air blower through an air suction pipeline 42.
Specifically, the absorption plate 44 is in a shape of a long strip, and the absorption plate 44 is divided into three sections by two partition plates 45.
In order to enable uniform air draft, the top end of the air draft duct 42 is disposed below the partition plate 45. And an air outlet of the first exhaust fan is communicated with an ink collecting barrel 7. For fixing convenience, a fixing plate 43 is further provided at one end of the ink reservoir 41, and the ink collecting cylinder 7 is fixed on the fixing plate 43.
One end of the ink tank 41 is provided with a squeegee 5 for wiping the print head. An ink stack 6 for moisturizing the printhead is further provided at one end of the ink reservoir 41.
For convenience of operation, a computer desk 9, an ink bag placing frame 8 and a secondary ink supply box 10 are further arranged at one end of the rack 1.

the ink splashing prevention device comprises an ink pool and adsorption plates with uniformly distributed air suction holes, the ink pool is of a pool-shaped structure with an open upper end, the adsorption plates are arranged in the ink pool and form negative pressure cavities with the side walls and the bottom surface of the ink pool, and the bottom of each negative pressure cavity is communicated with a first air suction fan through an air suction pipeline;
the ink absorption device comprises an ink absorption box and a sponge, and the ink absorption box comprises a fan installation chamber, a negative pressure air duct chamber and a sponge fixing chamber; the negative pressure air channel chamber and the sponge fixing chamber are arranged on the same side surface of the fan mounting chamber; the negative pressure air duct cavity is a rectangular box body, the fan installation cavity is communicated with the top of the negative pressure air duct cavity, and the sponge fixing cavity is communicated with the bottom of the negative pressure air duct cavity;
a second exhaust fan is installed in the fan installation cavity, an air outlet is formed in the top of the fan installation cavity, an air inlet is formed in the bottom of the fan installation cavity, and the air inlet is communicated with the negative pressure air duct cavity;
the sponge fixing chamber is formed by enclosing a lower porous plate arranged on one side wall of the negative pressure air duct chamber and an upper porous plate arranged above the lower porous plate; the bottom of the fan installation cavity is abutted against the top of the sponge fixing cavity; a plurality of strip-shaped holes are formed in the lower porous plate and the upper porous plate; the adsorption plate is in a strip shape and is divided into three sections by two partition plates; the top end of the air draft pipeline is arranged below the partition plate.
