A double-layer flying ink prevention flag machine trolley comprises upper ink absorption sponges symmetrically arranged at the upper part of the flag machine trolley and lower ink absorption sponges symmetrically arranged at the lower part of the flag machine trolley; the upper ink absorption sponge is arranged at the radiating holes at the two sides of the banner machine trolley; the upper ink absorbing sponge is matched with the covering surface of the heat dissipation hole; the lower ink absorbing sponge is arranged outside the flag machine trolley; a negative pressure cavity is arranged between the lower ink absorbing sponge and the flag machine trolley; the lower ink suction sponge is arranged at the cavity opening of the negative pressure cavity. The automatic ink flying device is simple in structure, the lower ink absorbing sponge actively absorbs flying ink approaching from the lower part of the banner machine by utilizing the suction force of the negative pressure cavity, and the upper ink absorbing sponge is arranged at the upper part of the banner machine and prevents the flying ink from entering the inside of a trolley of the banner machine through the heat dissipation holes; the device and the method are combined, ink flying in the banner machine trolley can be prevented through a simple structure, the circuit board and the printing spray head are protected, the maintenance cost of the banner machine trolley is reduced, and the device and the method are worthy of popularization.

Technical Field

Background
Most of the existing flag machines are printing machines which are modified from pictorial machines and are used for making large-format flags and transferring patterns; the banner machine trolley is one of important parts of a banner machine, and a printing spray head for printing of the banner machine and a circuit board for controlling the printing spray head are arranged in the banner machine trolley; the common printing nozzle is arranged at the lower part of the flag machine because the printing nozzle needs to print on the flag cloth so as to be close to the flag cloth; the circuit board is arranged at the upper part of the banner machine; the printing nozzle tends to throw away a large amount of ink particles along with the rapid transverse movement of the flag machine trolley; and, in general, the banner machine is further provided with a color developing device for heating the banner cloth to develop a color of the pattern on the banner cloth. The heating process of the flag cloth can sublimate the printing ink to cause a large amount of printing ink particles; the ink particles float in the air to form flying ink; the flying ink easily penetrates into the interior of the banner trolley from two sides of the banner trolley because of the strong inertia of the banner trolley moving transversely or because of being wrapped by air flow, and damages a printing spray head and a circuit board; this causes frequent malfunctions of the banner carriage due to the misting by mistake; both the printing nozzle and the circuit board are expensive, and the damage of the printing nozzle and the circuit board causes high maintenance cost; the method for preventing ink flying into the printing trolley is one of effective ways for reducing the maintenance cost in the technical field of flag printers at present; however, the prior art does not provide a corresponding technical scheme.

the upper ink absorbing sponge is arranged at the heat dissipation holes at the two sides of the flag machine trolley; the upper ink absorbing sponge is matched with the covering surface of the heat dissipation hole;
the lower ink absorption sponge is arranged outside the flag machine trolley; a negative pressure cavity is arranged between the lower ink absorbing sponge and the flag machine trolley; the lower ink suction sponge is arranged at the cavity opening of the negative pressure cavity.
