Background
Engine connecting rods are known to be an important part in engines, and the engine connecting rods have various structural forms, but most of the engine connecting rods require a structure of machining two inclined planes on two end faces of a small end of each connecting rod. The existing clamp is characterized in that an angle plate with the same angle as the angle of the inclined plane of the small end of the connecting rod to be processed is additionally arranged below the clamp body, so that the connecting rod is inclined at an angle for processing. The inclination angle of the clamp is controlled by the angle of the angle plate below the clamp, and the angle of the clamp is not adjustable because the angle of the angle plate is not adjustable, so the clamp is only applicable to the processing of one connecting rod product. When a plurality of connecting rod products need to be processed, a plurality of sets of clamps are needed to be put into, so that firstly, the input funds are more, and secondly, the clamps need to be disassembled and replaced when the products are replaced for processing, so that the labor intensity is high, and time and labor are wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
The prior art of the invention has the following technical problems: when two inclined planes are machined on two end faces of the small end of the connecting rod of the engine, angle plates with corresponding angles are required to be adopted, when a plurality of connecting rod products are required to be machined, different angle plates are required to be manufactured according to different angles, so that more investment is caused, and clamps are required to be disassembled and replaced when the products are replaced for machining, so that the labor intensity is high and the machining efficiency is low. The flexible fixture for machining the small end inclined plane of the engine connecting rod can be adjusted at any time according to different angle requirements, does not need to be replaced frequently, is low in investment cost, low in labor intensity and high in machining efficiency.
The flexible fixture for machining the small end inclined plane of the engine connecting rod is provided with a fixture base, the fixture base is provided with a fixture body, a movable sub-plate and a big end locating pin are arranged on the fixture body, the small end locating pin and a compression cylinder are arranged on the movable sub-plate, a pressing plate is arranged on the compression cylinder, a fixing nut and a bearing seat are arranged on the fixture base, an adjusting screw is arranged on the fixing nut, a bearing is arranged in the bearing seat, two bearing holes are machined in the fixture body, the bearing is arranged in the bearing holes, the fixture body is connected with the bearing seat on the fixture base through a rotating shaft, two vertical plates are welded on two sides of the fixture body, and four rotating grooves taking the center of the bearing holes as the center of a circle are respectively machined on the vertical plates on two sides.
Preferably, the clamp body is provided with a T-shaped groove, a T-shaped nut is arranged in the T-shaped groove, a bolt is arranged on the movable sub-plate, and the bolt is connected with the T-shaped nut.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) Because the movable sub-plate is arranged on the clamp body, and the small-head positioning pin is arranged on the movable sub-plate, connecting rod products with different large and small-head hole pitches and different large and small-head apertures can be processed by moving the position of the movable sub-plate and replacing the large-head positioning pin, the small-head positioning pin, the large-head cushion block and the small-head cushion block, so that the universality of the clamp is improved;
(2) Because two vertical plates are welded on two sides of the clamp body, four rotating grooves taking the center of the bearing hole as the center of a circle are respectively formed in the vertical plates on two sides, when the adjusting screw on the fixing nut is rotated, the clamp body rotates by taking the center of the bearing hole as the center of a circle, so that the aim of adjusting the machining angle of a machined workpiece is fulfilled;
(3) Because the locking screws are arranged on the two sides of the vertical plate of the clamp body, after the machining angle is adjusted, the locking screws are fastened to assist in fixing the clamp body;

Two bearing holes are formed in the clamp body 2, two vertical plates are welded on two sides of the clamp body 2, four rotary grooves 18 taking the centers of the bearing holes as circle centers are formed in the vertical plates on two sides respectively, a movable sub-plate 3 and a big head positioning pin 7 are arranged on the clamp body 2, a small head positioning pin 4 and a compression cylinder 5 are arranged on the movable sub-plate 3, a small head cushion block 14 is arranged on the small head positioning pin 4, a pressing plate 6 is arranged on the compression cylinder 5, and a big head cushion block 8 is arranged on the big head positioning pin 7.
The clamp body 2 and the bearing seat 9 on the clamp base 1 are connected through the rotating shaft 11, and the relative rotation of the clamp body 2 and the bearing seat 1 is realized through the bearing 16 on the clamp body 2 and the bearing seat 9, so that the relative rotation of the clamp body 2 and the clamp base 1 is realized.
The T-shaped groove 19 is formed in the clamp body 2, the T-shaped nut 20 is arranged in the T-shaped groove 19, the clamp body 2 is connected with the movable sub-plate 3 through the T-shaped nut 20, and the movable sub-plate 3 can move transversely through loosening the T-shaped nut 20.
When the position of the movable sub-plate 3 is moved and the big head locating pin 7, the small head locating pin 4, the big head cushion block 8 and the small head cushion block 14 are replaced, connecting rod products with different big head hole spacing and different small head hole spacing can be processed, and the universality of the clamp is improved.
When the adjusting screw rod 12 on the fixing nut 13 is rotated, the clamp body 2 rotates by taking the center of the bearing hole as the center of a circle, so that the aim of adjusting the machining angle of the machined workpiece is fulfilled. After the angle adjustment is finished, the locking screws 17 on two sides of the vertical plate of the clamp body 2 are fastened to assist in fixing the clamp body 2, then hydraulic pressure is applied, the pressing oil cylinder 5 drives the pressing plate 6 to press the connecting rod, and then machining can be performed.
