技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗烧伤的外用药物。
背景技术
烧伤为突发常见病。由火焰、高温固体和强辐射热引起的损伤称之为烧伤。烧伤的程度由温度的高低、作用时间的长短而不同，局部的变化可分为四度。烧伤达全身表面积的三分之一以上时则有生命危险。目前，传统治疗烧伤的药物存在着周期长、见效慢、易结疤、费用高等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗烧伤的外用药物，其止痛快，易生肌，治疗简便实用，无需包扎，尤对治疗I、II度烧伤效果特别显著。
为达到上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案如下。
一种治疗烧伤的外用药物，是由下列原料重量配比制成的中药复方制剂：黄芩13-17克、仙鹤草13-17克、蒲黄8-12克、青黛6-10克、乳香8-12克、紫草13-17克、井边草8-12克、解毒蕨22-28克、儿茶3-7克、四季青8-12克、夏天无6-10克、独一味8-12克、冰片8-12克。
其优选重量配比是：黄芩15克、仙鹤草15克、蒲黄10克、青黛8克、乳香10克、紫草15克、井边草10克、解毒蕨25克、儿茶5克、四季青10克、夏天无8克、独一味10克、冰片10克。
本发明一种治疗烧伤的外用药物，其制备方法为：将方中药物碾成细末，放入70％酒精中，浸泡15天，倒出浸液，过滤后加冰片，搅拌溶解即成。
其使用方法为：将烧伤患部先用双氧水清洗干净，再用酒精消毒，然后直接将本发明烧伤外用药物涂抹患部，无需包扎，每日涂抹4-5次；重者可相应增加涂抹次数。患者治疗期间禁酒、虾、牛肉、酸菜。
本发明药物选用黄芩、仙鹤草、蒲黄、青黛、乳香、紫草、井边草、解毒蕨、儿茶、四季青、夏天无、独一味、冰片组合而成的中药复方制剂，可使各药物功效产生协同作用，从而能够有效治疗烧伤疾病。其中选用黄芩，是因为黄芩性味苦、寒，具有淸热燥湿、泻火解毒、凉血止血之功效；仙鹤草苦、平，收敛止血、解毒、止痢、杀虫；蒲黄涩、平，收敛止血、活血凉血、消瘀止痛；青黛咸、寒，泻火解毒、凉血消斑、清肝定惊；乳香辛、苦、温，活血止血、消肿生肌；紫草甘、寒，凉血活血、解毒透疹；井边草微苦、凉，淸热利湿、凉血解毒；解毒蕨苦、寒，清热解毒，凉血止血；儿茶苦、涩、凉，活血疗伤、止血生肌、清肺化痰；四季青苦、涩、寒，淸热解毒、凉血止血；夏天无苦、辛、微温，降压镇痉、行气止痛、活血去瘀；独一味苦、微寒、有小毒，活血行瘀、止血消肿；冰片辛、苦、微寒，开窍醒神、清热止痛。以上药物功效主要为祛风除湿、通络止痛，重在治标。
本发明药物将上述方中13味药进行组合，特别是以方剂重量配比组合，其清热止痛，消炎消肿，活血化瘀，生肌结痂之功效更强，治疗烧伤疗效更佳。本发明是在祖传秘方和长期临床应用中研究发明的，暂名“烧伤结痂酊”。本发明的优点是：止痛快，易生肌，治疗简便实用，无需包扎，尤对治疗I、II度烧伤效果特别显著。同时对III度以上烧伤也有较好疗效。通常1-3天可结痂，七天治愈，愈后没有疤痕。
具体实施方式
下面简介几个烧伤治疗病例，以进一步阐述本发明的有益效果。
例1、唐某云，男，40岁，本地村民。2016年7月14日，因大热天骑摩托车下坡急刹车翻倒在地，火热的排气管压在脚上，烧伤皮肤3-4寸。急来就诊，用本发明“烧伤结痂酊”外涂，立即药到痛止，三天后痊愈无疤。
例2、唐某燕，女，36岁，诊所店员。2017年2月，给病人火疗，不小心将酒精洒在自身衣上，用打火机点火时突然上身着火，烧成上肢重伤，到县医院治疗十几天伤势加重，伤处浓肿，疼痛难忽，日夜不眠。经人介绍前来就诊，先用双氧水清洗和消毒，再敷本发明“烧伤结痂酊”，无需包扎，三天结痂，七天后即愈，愈后无痂。患者感激不尽。
例3、兰某华，女，60岁，当地务农。2009年9月，因烧开水烫伤上肢，在医院包扎治疗，十多天了伤势反而加重，伤处里面腐烂发臭。经治愈病友介绍前来治疗。经消炎、排毒、淸创伤口，用本发明“烧伤结痂酊”外涂，每日多次，无需包扎，三天开始结痂，七天后治愈，愈后无疤。

1.一种治疗烧伤的外用药物，其特征是由下列原料重量配比制成的中药复方制剂：黄芩13-17克、仙鹤草13-17克、蒲黄8-12克、青黛6-10克、乳香8-12克、紫草13-17克、井边草8-12克、解毒蕨22-28克、儿茶3-7克、四季青8-12克、夏天无6-10克、独一味8-12克、冰片8-12克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗烧伤的外用药物，其特征是该中药复方制剂优选重量配比是：黄芩15克、仙鹤草15克、蒲黄10克、青黛8克、乳香10克、紫草15克、井边草10克、解毒蕨25克、儿茶5克、四季青10克、夏天无8克、独一味10克、冰片10克。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗烧伤的外用药物，其特征是制备方法为：将方中药物碾成细末，放入70％酒精中，浸泡15天，倒出浸液，过滤后加冰片，搅拌溶解即成。
