Background
The working principle of the dust collector is that a motor of the dust collector rotates at a high speed, air is sucked from a suction inlet, a dust box generates certain vacuum, dust enters a dust filtering bag in the dust box through a floor brush, a connecting pipe, a handle, a hose and a main suction pipe, the dust is left in the dust filtering bag, filtered air enters the motor through a layer of filter disc, and the air entering the motor flows out through the motor and is discharged from an air outlet.
By filter bag is meant a bag-like filter device which usually has an air inlet from which an air stream entrained with dust is introduced, which air stream flows out of the filter bag from its periphery, while the dust is retained in the filter bag. In the prior art, filter bags are made of various materials according to different filtering requirements, such as single-material filter paper or filter cloth, and also composite material filter bags. The existing filter bags are all the same in air permeability, and for larger dust collectors, such as the bucket type dust collector shown in the US patent 5548868, because of the larger space, the larger filter bag can be used, and the problem of serious dust blockage can not be caused. However, for a vacuum cleaner with a small volume, the volume of the collecting barrel of the vacuum cleaner is small, and only a small filter bag can be used, particularly for a filter bag with a short and long shape, when larger particles of dust and sundries are filtered, the filter bag is easy to block around the suction opening.
The filter bag of dust catcher mainly is used for collecting and filtering the dust that the dust catcher inhales, and tiny dust can be detained on the material surface of filter bag, along with detaining the increase of dust volume, the windage of filter bag material also rises, reaches the certain degree after, and filter bag just can not be used, and at present, there is the defect in the following aspect in the filter bag: 1. when the garbage is accumulated in the dust filter bag to a certain degree, the air exhaust effect is greatly reduced, the suction force is greatly reduced due to partial blockage, and the dust removal effect is seriously reduced; 2. the existing dust filter bag is directly connected with a motor, and when the motor operates, the dust filter bag is adsorbed on the motor, so that the suction effect is influenced; 3. the overall dimension of dust catcher filter bag can not unlimited expansion, and the overall dimension all holds the chamber according to the dust catcher and designs mainly, holds the chamber in order to prevent that the filter bag is damaged or blasting when using, and the filter bag size all is just pasting on holding the chamber wall, utilizes holding the chamber wall to support the filter bag, and suction is too big when preventing to use, causes filter bag damage or blasting. The filter bag is larger than the containing cavity, and the filter material is folded and accumulated. The accumulation of air is difficult to pass through, which increases the pressure loss of the filter bag. It is not possible to increase the filtering area to the outside of the filter bag.
CN201580026544.8 discloses a cleaner filter bag for an upright cleaner, which has a length greater than the width, resulting in one long side and one narrow side. The vacuum cleaner filter bag is formed from two bag walls which are joined together circumferentially such that an interior space is formed between the two bag walls. One bag wall has an inlet opening, through which the air to be cleaned can enter the vacuum cleaner filter bag. The vacuum cleaner filter bag according to the invention is characterized in that the bag wall in which the inlet is introduced has a fold extending in the longitudinal direction of the vacuum cleaner filter bag, whereby the bag wall has an increased elasticity and, when the filter bag is inserted into the vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner filter bag unfolds when the support plate is folded, so that air can enter the filter bag substantially unimpeded.
Patent No. CN201280024590.0 includes a vacuum cleaning apparatus of a vacuum cleaner and a filter bag, the inventive filter bag being formed as a disposable, flat non-woven filter bag having a first filter bag wall and a second filter bag wall, the filter bag having at least one surface fold, wherein each surface fold comprises an area in the surface area of the filter bag wall and an area protruding above the surface area of the filter bag wall and being expandable during vacuum cleaning, the vacuum cleaner comprising a filter bag receiving space having a rigid wall.
In the two inventions, the dust filter bag has a complex structure, and the vacuum cleaner is arranged in the dust filter bag and can only be used in a specific dust collector.
In conclusion, the problem of low utilization efficiency of the filter bag is urgently solved by the inventor in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provides a dust filter bag of a double-bag dust collector, which ensures the balance of the suction force in the dust collector, ensures the suction space between the dust filter bag and a motor, enhances the suction effect of the dust filter bag, improves the filtering effect to the maximum extent, prevents the dust filter bag from being blocked and does not occupy the space of the dust collector.
In order to achieve the technical purpose and achieve the technical effect, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a double-bag dust filter bag of a dust collector comprises a dust filter bag body, wherein the dust filter bag body is connected with an air inlet of the dust collector, the dust filter bag body is divided into a first dust filter bag and a second dust filter bag which are independent through a dividing line, the first dust filter bag and the second dust filter bag are provided with at least one surface fold for folding the dust filter bag body, a turning plate is arranged in the middle of the first dust filter bag and the second dust filter bag and shields the second dust filter bag, when the dust collector works, a filter is firstly absorbed by the first dust filter bag, the first dust filter bag is opened under the action of suction force, after the first dust filter bag is filled with a filter, the turning plate shields the first dust filter bag through spring turning under the action of gravity and air pressure, the second dust filter bag is opened under the action of suction force, and the filter and absorb the filter continuously through the second dust filter bag.
Preferably, the first dust filter bag and/or the second dust filter bag is/are made of a rigid structure with certain hardness in the direction of the air inlet, and the tail part of the first dust filter bag and/or the second dust filter bag is/are made of a flexible structure.
Preferably, each surface fold is included in a surface region of the first and second dust filter bags and in a tail region of the first and second dust filter bags and is deployable during cleaner cleaning.
Preferably, the dust collector is provided with a dust filter bag body accommodating chamber, and the dust filter bag body is positioned in the accommodating chamber and is connected with a motor of the dust collector.
Preferably, the tail part of the first dust filtering bag and/or the second dust filtering bag is/are provided with a hard support frame, the support frame is connected with a motor, and the support frame can be folded.
Preferably, the first dust filter bag and the second dust filter bag are flat bags which can be deformed, and the first dust filter bag and the second dust filter bag are made of paper or HEPA or non-woven fabric materials.
Preferably, the first dust filter bag and/or the second dust filter bag are/is located in the dust collector in a folded and folded state when not in use.
Preferably, a ratio between a surface of the dust filter bag body accommodating chamber and a surface of the dust filter bag body is greater than 0.95.
Preferably, the air inlet is connected with the dust filter bag body through a support and a clamping groove.

8. effectively enlarging the filtering surface of the dust filtering bag.

referring to fig. 1 to 6, a dust filter bag of a dual bag type vacuum cleaner includes a dust filter bag body, the dust filter bag body 1 is connected to an air inlet 3 of a vacuum cleaner 2, the dust filter bag body 1 is divided into a first dust filter bag 101 and a second dust filter bag 102 by a dividing line, the first dust filter bag 101 and the second dust filter bag 102 are provided with at least one surface fold 103 for folding the dust filter bag body 1, a turning plate 4 is provided at a middle position between the first dust filter bag 101 and the second dust filter bag 102, the turning plate 4 shields the second dust filter bag 102, when the vacuum cleaner 2 is in operation, the first dust filter bag 101 first absorbs filtered materials, the first dust filter bag 101 is opened by suction force, after the first dust filter bag 101 is filled with filtered materials, the turning plate 4 turns over to shield the first dust filter bag 101 by a spring 8 under the action of gravity and air pressure, the second dust filter bag 102 is opened by suction force, the filtrate continues to be filtered and absorbed by the second dust filter bag 102.
Preferably, the first dust filter bag 101 and/or the second dust filter bag 102 are made of a rigid structure with a certain rigidity in the direction of the air inlet 3, and the tail of the first dust filter bag 101 and/or the second dust filter bag 102 is made of a flexible structure.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the rigid structure comprises either the first dust filter bag 101 or the second dust filter bag 102 made of a rigid material.
Preferably, each surface pleat 103 is included in the surface area of the first and second dust filter bags 101, 102 and in the tail area of the first and second dust filter bags 101, 102 and is capable of being unfolded during cleaning of the cleaner 2.
Preferably, the dust collector 2 is provided with a containing chamber of the dust filter bag body 1, and the dust filter bag body 1 is positioned in the containing chamber and is connected with a motor 5 of the dust collector 2.
Preferably, a rigid support frame 6 is arranged at the tail of the first dust filter bag 101 and/or the second dust filter bag 102, and the support frame 6 is connected with the motor 5.
Preferably, the first dust filter bag 101 and the second dust filter bag 102 are flat and deformable, and the first dust filter bag 101 and the second dust filter bag 102 are made of paper or a sea handkerchief or non-woven fabric material.
Preferably, the first and/or second dust filter bags 101, 102 are positioned in the vacuum cleaner 2 in a folded-over pleated state when not in use.
Preferably, the ratio between the surface of the housing chamber of the dust filter bag body 1 and the surface of the dust filter bag body 1 is greater than 0.95.

The specific embodiment is as follows:
in practical use, the motor 5 of the dust collector 2 rotates at a high speed to suck air from the air inlet 3, filtered objects enter the dust filter bag 1 in the dust collector through the suction pipe of the dust collector 2, the turning plate 4 arranged at the middle position between the first dust filter bag 101 and the second dust filter bag 102 shields the second dust filter bag 102, firstly, the filtered objects enter the first dust filter bag 101, under the action of suction force and air pressure, the originally folded first dust filter bag 101 is propped open and is filtered and absorbed under the action of the motor 5 until the first dust filter bag 101 is full of the filtered objects, and under the action of gravity and air pressure, the turning plate 4 arranged between the first dust filter bag 101 and the second dust filter bag 102 is obliquely turned over towards the first dust filter bag 101 under the action of a spring to shield the filtered objects from entering the first dust filter bag 101, so that the filtered objects are filled into the second dust filter bag 102 (as shown in fig. 3).
The first dust filter bag 101 and the second dust filter bag 102 sufficiently absorb the filtered matter by suction.
The second dust filter bag 102 is filled with the filter, and when the second dust filter bag is filled with the filter, the turning plate 4 arranged between the first dust filter bag 101 and the second dust filter bag 102 is turned over towards the second dust filter bag 101 in an inclined manner under the action of the spring under the action of gravity, so that the filter is shielded from entering the second dust filter bag 102, and at the moment, the filter can be further filled into the first dust filter bag 101.
