本发明公开了一种包含烟草颗粒材料的非卷制新型烟草制品,是在纸空管内从前端到尾端依次包裹有烟嘴段、降温段和烟草颗粒段,纸空管的尾端口通过透气片状材料进行封堵;在烟嘴段和降温段均设有沿轴向贯通的通气孔,在烟草颗粒段填充有烟草颗粒材料。本发明具有以下优点:采用特殊的烟嘴段结构,使用时可以叼住纸空管的外部,避免直接接触较为坚硬的纸空管外壁,舒适性更佳;采用烟草颗粒材料作为释烟材料,口感更佳;采用特制的可透气并且可防止液体渗透的纳米材料作为透气片状材料,不但可以保证烟草加热后正常使用,也可以保证烟油不渗漏,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明属于新型烟草领域,具体涉及一种包含烟草颗粒材料的非卷制新型烟草制品。
背景技术
加热不燃烧烟草制品一般是通过“加热不燃烧”的方式将烟草香味传递给消费者,其外观与消费方式上也与传统卷烟相似,在一定程度上适应和满足了消费者的生理需要和心理需求。这种“加热不燃烧”的方式,使烟草只在较低的温度下(一般低于500℃)被加热,避免了烟草高温燃烧导致的焦油和大量有害化合物生成,而且由于基本没有侧流烟气,不会产生二手烟气,不会对公共环境产生影响。近年来众多烟草制造企业、研究机构都看到了加热不燃烧烟草制品的巨大潜力,重金投入这一领域,并收获颇丰。
加热不燃烧烟草制品的技术核心主要包括热源和释烟材料两个方面。热源类型分为电加热、碳加热以及化学反应加热三种类型,电加热和碳加热两种热源已经应用于产品,如菲莫烟草公司的“iQOS”和雷诺烟草公司的“Revo”。其中,电加热不燃烧烟草制品由于具有加热温度可控、加热方式灵活、使用方便时尚等优点,具有更高的关注度,是当前国内外加热不燃烧烟草制品的重要发展方向。释烟材料是影响加热不燃烧烟草制品抽吸体验的关键因素,目前所开发的释烟材料主要包括烟丝、烟末、烟草薄片等。这些材料在不同的加热环境下能够释放具有烟草特征香气的烟气,但普遍存在受热不均匀、易碳化、操作不便等缺陷。其中烟丝和烟末由于难以添加雾化剂,存在烟雾量小、发烟不均匀、易焦化等问题;而“iQOS”所用的烟草薄片虽然解决了发烟量问题,但制造工艺复杂,设备成本昂贵,可调控性不强,且烟气中存在较重的烧纸味,影响口感,同时,现有产品在使用后,释烟材料由于焦化、碳化、粘结等原因会残留于电加热组件上,需要配套专门的工具对加热组件进行清洁;再者,现有薄片型加热不燃烧卷烟在抽吸完毕后,直接拔出,烟丝会掉落在烟具加热室内,因此需要烟支辅助拔出部件。专利CN108065456A、CN108143003A、CN 108143005A、CN108185524A等提出了一种以烟草颗粒为释烟材料的加热不燃烧烟草制品,但其烟支结构设计复杂,烟草颗粒灌封效果差、效率低,而且所选择的烟草颗粒承载封堵材料存在受热条件下受热收缩导致颗粒掉落的缺陷。因此,希望提供一种烟气释放充足均匀、烟草颗粒不掉落、烟支可直接拔出的新型加热不燃烧烟草制品,还希望这种新型加热不燃烧烟草制品具有制备工艺简单高效的优点。
发明内容
为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,本发明提出了一种包含烟草颗粒材料的非卷制新型烟草制品,旨在使其具有烟气释放充足均匀、烟草颗粒不掉落、烟支可直接拔出的优势。
为实现发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明公开了一种包含烟草颗粒材料的非卷制新型烟草制品,其特点在于:包括具有空心管结构的纸空管,在所述纸空管内从前端到尾端依次包裹有烟嘴段、降温段和烟草颗粒段,所述纸空管的尾端口通过透气片状材料进行封堵;
在所述烟嘴段和所述降温段均设有沿轴向贯通的通气孔,在所述烟草颗粒段填充有烟草颗粒材料。
优选的,所述透气片状材料是在超细玻璃纤维棉上贴合有一层石墨烯薄膜,且是以所述石墨烯薄膜朝内,封堵在所述纸空管的尾端口处。透气片状材料可透气并且可防止液体渗透。更优选的,所述透气片状材料在厚度方向上具有以根据JIS L1096的规定测定的弗雷泽数表示的、在200cm3/(cm2·秒)~2000cm3/(cm2·秒)之间的透气度。
优选的,所述透气片状材料按如下方法制得:
A、将0.1-1μm直径的超细玻璃纤维在成型网上制成超细玻璃纤维棉;
B、用脉冲激光沿厚度方向轰击石墨烯薄膜,以增加石墨烯薄膜的透气度;然后采用静电吸附的方式(参考中国发明专利CN104817073A)将经过预处理的石墨烯薄膜贴合在所述超细玻璃纤维棉上,形成复合膜;
C、在所述复合膜上形成沿厚度方向贯穿的若干个通孔,以使复合膜达到所需透气度(优选的,通孔的孔密度在1×102个/cm2-1×103个/cm2);
D、最后将复合膜裁切成所需尺寸,即获得透气片状材料。
更优选的,用脉冲激光沿厚度方向轰击石墨烯薄膜的具体的参数为:激光波长532nm,能量350-400mJ,脉冲宽度4-6ns,聚焦束斑0.3-0.4mm,轰击频率为3-5Hz;多束激光在水平方向成线性排列,相邻激光束的间距相同,距离为0.1-0.2mm,宽度与处理的石墨烯薄膜相同;石墨烯薄膜沿垂直方向运动,运动速度为60-90m/s;石墨烯薄膜厚度为500-1000层。
优选的,所述烟嘴段的一部分包裹在所述纸空管内、剩余部分裸露在所述纸空管外。这样消费者使用时可以叼住纸空管的外部,避免直接接触较为坚硬的纸管外壁,舒适性更佳。
所述降温段可采用目前市场上任意结构或材料的降温嘴棒。优选的,所述降温段的降温材料为生物可降解高分子材料,可为醋酸纤维、聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、改性聚乳酸、改性淀粉和改性丁二酸丁二醇酯中的一种。
所述烟嘴段可采用目前市场上任意结构或材料的过滤嘴棒。优选的,所述烟嘴段是由透气结构或透气组织构成的实心圆柱体或中空圆柱体。更优选的,所述透气结构或透气组织为醋酸纤维、植物纤维、聚乳酸无纺布、聚乳酸薄膜、改性聚乳酸无纺布和改性聚乳酸薄膜中的一种。
本发明的非卷制新型烟草制品在制作时,首先将透气片状材料粘贴在纸空管的尾端口,然后在纸空管内灌入烟草颗粒材料,最后再依次塞入降温段和烟嘴段,即完成制作。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
1、本发明采用特殊的烟嘴段结构,消费者使用时可以叼住纸空管的外部,避免直接接触较为坚硬的纸空管外壁,舒适性更佳;
2、本发明采用烟草颗粒材料作为烟草颗粒段的释烟材料,口感更佳;
3、本发明采用特制的可透气并且可防止液体渗透的透气片状纳米材料作为前部塞,该材料不但可以耐受加热时的350℃高温,设计好的透气性能可以保证烟草加热后正常使用;而且在烟草的储存过程中,即使烟草颗粒材料发生烟油渗出现象,也可以保证烟油不渗漏,安全可靠。
4、本发明的烟草制品结构新颖,制作时可通过纸空管一体成型,方法简单。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
如图1所示,下述实施例中的非卷制新型烟草制品,包括具有空心管结构的纸空管1,在纸空管1内从前端到尾端依次包裹有烟嘴段2、降温段3和烟草颗粒段4,纸空管1的尾端口通过透气片状材料5进行封堵。在烟嘴段2和降温段3均设有沿轴向贯通的通气孔,在烟草颗粒段4填充有烟草颗粒材料。
具体的,下述实施例中烟草制品的直径为7.6mm,烟嘴段2、降温段3和烟草颗粒段4的长度分别为10mm、20mm和15mm,纸空管长度为40mm。纸空管包裹降温段和烟草颗粒段的全部、包裹烟嘴段的一半。
具体的,下述实施例中所用烟嘴段为中空醋酸纤维嘴棒(空腔内径为2mm),所用降温段为聚丁二酸丁二醇酯纤维(吸阻为40pa/20mm),所用烟草颗粒材料参见专利CN108143003A实施例1。
实施例1
本实施例的透气片状材料是在超细玻璃纤维棉上贴合有一层石墨烯薄膜,且是以石墨烯薄膜朝内,封堵在纸空管的尾端口处。透气片状材料在厚度方向上具有以根据JISL1096的规定测定的弗雷泽数表示的1200cm3/(cm2·秒)的透气度。
本实施例的透气片状材料按如下方法制得:
A、将0.1-1μm直径的超细玻璃纤维在成型网上制成超细玻璃纤维棉;
B、用脉冲激光沿厚度方向轰击石墨烯薄膜,以增加石墨烯薄膜的透气度,具体参数如下:激光波长532nm,能量375mJ,脉冲宽度5ns,聚焦束斑0.35mm,轰击频率为3.5Hz;多束激光在水平方向成线性排列,相邻激光束的间距相同,距离为0.16mm,宽度与处理的石墨烯薄膜相同;石墨烯薄膜沿垂直方向运动,运动速度为75m/s;石墨烯薄膜厚度为700-800层。
然后采用静电吸附的方式将经过预处理的石墨烯薄膜贴合在所述超细玻璃纤维棉上,形成复合膜;
C、在所述复合膜上形成沿厚度方向贯穿的若干个通孔,通孔的孔密度在3.5×102个/cm2,以使复合膜达到所需透气度;
D、最后将复合膜裁切成所需尺寸,即获得透气片状材料。
实施例2
本实施例的透气片状材料是在超细玻璃纤维棉上贴合有一层石墨烯薄膜,且是以石墨烯薄膜朝内,封堵在纸空管的尾端口处。透气片状材料在厚度方向上具有以根据JISL1096的规定测定的弗雷泽数表示的200cm3/(cm2·秒)的透气度。
本实施例的透气片状材料按如下方法制得:
A、将0.1-1μm直径的超细玻璃纤维在成型网上制成超细玻璃纤维棉;
B、用脉冲激光沿厚度方向轰击石墨烯薄膜,以增加石墨烯薄膜的透气度,具体参数如下:激光波长532nm,能量400mJ,脉冲宽度4ns,聚焦束斑0.4mm,轰击频率为3Hz;多束激光在水平方向成线性排列,相邻激光束的间距相同,距离为0.1mm,宽度与处理的石墨烯薄膜相同;石墨烯薄膜沿垂直方向运动,运动速度为90m/s;石墨烯薄膜厚度为500-600层。
然后采用静电吸附的方式将经过预处理的石墨烯薄膜贴合在所述超细玻璃纤维棉上,形成复合膜;
C、在所述复合膜上形成沿厚度方向贯穿的若干个通孔,通孔的孔密度在1×102个/cm2,以使复合膜达到所需透气度;
D、最后将复合膜裁切成所需尺寸,即获得透气片状材料。
实施例3

B、用脉冲激光沿厚度方向轰击石墨烯薄膜,以增加石墨烯薄膜的透气度,具体参数如下:激光波长532nm,能量300mJ,脉冲宽度6ns,聚焦束斑0.3mm,轰击频率为5Hz;多束激光在水平方向成线性排列,相邻激光束的间距相同,距离为0.2mm,宽度与处理的石墨烯薄膜相同;石墨烯薄膜沿垂直方向运动,运动速度为60m/s;石墨烯薄膜厚度为900-1000层。
然后采用静电吸附的方式将经过预处理的石墨烯薄膜贴合在所述超细玻璃纤维棉上,形成复合膜;
C、在所述复合膜上形成沿厚度方向贯穿的若干个通孔,通孔的孔密度在1×103个/cm2,以使复合膜达到所需透气度;
D、最后将复合膜裁切成所需尺寸,即获得透气片状材料。
对比例1
本实施例所用的透气片状材料为市售高透成型纸。
对比例2
本实施例所用的透气片状材料为市售高分子涂层纸。
对实施例1-3和对比例1、2的样品进行对比测试,得到如下测试结果:
模拟在海运过程中集装箱内的高温、高湿度条件,采用70℃、95%R.H.的条件下,实施例1-3和对比例1、2的样品,密闭测试720小时后,检测样品的烟油渗出现象;发现实施例1-3和对比例1、2的样品中具出现烟油,但是透气片状材料有烟油渗出现象的只有对比例1。
采用探针进行350℃高温加热后,发现实施例1-3的样品可以正常使用,但是对比例2的样品无法正常使用,可能是涂层纸上的透气孔被封堵的原因导致。
由以上测试结果可以知道,本发明的包含烟草颗粒材料的非卷制新型烟草制品,由于采用了可透气并且可防止液体渗透的纳米材料作为透气片状材料,不但可以保证烟油不渗漏,而且加热后使用效果良好。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种包含烟草颗粒材料的非卷制新型烟草制品,其特征在于:包括具有空心管结构的纸空管(1),在所述纸空管(1)内从前端到尾端依次包裹有烟嘴段(2)、降温段(3)和烟草颗粒段(4),所述纸空管(1)的尾端口通过透气片状材料(5)进行封堵;
在所述烟嘴段(2)和所述降温段(3)均设有沿轴向贯通的通气孔,在所述烟草颗粒段(4)填充有烟草颗粒材料;所述烟嘴段(2)的一部分包裹在所述纸空管(1)内、剩余部分裸露在所述纸空管(1)外;
所述透气片状材料(5)是在超细玻璃纤维棉上贴合有一层石墨烯薄膜,且是以所述石墨烯薄膜(52)朝内,封堵在所述纸空管(1)的尾端口处;所述透气片状材料(5)在厚度方向上具有以根据JIS L1096的规定测定的弗雷泽数表示的、在200cm3/(cm2·秒)~2000cm3/(cm2·秒)之间的透气度;
所述透气片状材料按如下方法制得:
A、将0.1-1μm直径的超细玻璃纤维在成型网上制成超细玻璃纤维棉;
B、用脉冲激光沿厚度方向轰击石墨烯薄膜,以增加石墨烯薄膜的透气度;然后采用静电吸附的方式将经过预处理的石墨烯薄膜贴合在所述超细玻璃纤维棉上,形成复合膜;
C、在所述复合膜上形成沿厚度方向贯穿的若干个通孔,以使复合膜达到所需透气度;
D、最后将复合膜裁切成所需尺寸,即获得透气片状材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包含烟草颗粒材料的非卷制新型烟草制品,其特征在于:所述降温段的降温材料为醋酸纤维、聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、改性聚乳酸、改性淀粉和改性丁二酸丁二醇酯中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包含烟草颗粒材料的非卷制新型烟草制品,其特征在于:所述烟嘴段是由透气结构或透气组织构成的实心圆柱体或中空圆柱体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种包含烟草颗粒材料的非卷制新型烟草制品,其特征在于:所述透气结构或透气组织为醋酸纤维、植物纤维、聚乳酸无纺布、聚乳酸薄膜、改性聚乳酸无纺布和改性聚乳酸薄膜中的一种。
