一种植物杀菌剂及其制备方法,含有多菌灵和代森锰锌,其特征是还含有甲霜灵,敌克松和医药级高锰酸钾,其中活性成分的百分比(%)为:多菌灵19~24,代森锰锌11~16,甲霜灵0.8~1.2,井冈霉素15~25,医药级高锰酸钾4~6。本发明杀菌谱广,防治病害效果好,病菌不易产生抗性,具备了几种单剂的优点,便于农户掌握。使用方法简单,施药适期灵活,原料充足,生产成本低,具有很好的推广价值和市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
辣子、西瓜、番茄、茄子等是广泛种植的经济作物,特别是烤烟更有着 重要的经济地位。影响这些作物产量、质量的因素很多,其中病害是主要的因素之 一,病害中危害最大的是立枯病、猝倒病、疫病、黑胫病、根黑腐病、赤星病、青 枯病、炭疽病、病毒病等。而且这些作物上的病害,在同一生长时期或不同生长时 期,往往多种病害混合发生、交叉感染,造成严重的后果。如何对上述病害采取有 效的防治措施,是长期以来困扰人们的一个难题。现有技术中使用的杀菌剂,大多 数为单剂或二元混剂,杀菌范围小,病菌易产生抗药性,防效逐渐降低,且成本较 高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种杀菌范围广,防治效果好,且制备方法简单,成本低 的广谱高效植物杀菌组合物及制备方法,以生产一种用于防治和兼治多种作物,多种病害的新型杀菌剂。
本发明的目的可通过以下的技术方案来实现:
该杀菌剂是一种由多菌灵,代森锰锌,甲霜灵 ,井冈霉素,医药级高锰酸钾混配而成的组合物,其中活性成分的百分比(%)为:多菌灵19~24, 代森锰锌11~16,甲霜灵0.8~1.2,井冈霉素15~25,医药级高锰酸钾4~6。
该杀菌剂的制备方法是将多菌灵,代森锰锌,甲霜灵,井冈霉素,经粉碎过100 筛目的高锰酸钾晶体,分别称量进料,配制时,活性成分的百分比为:多菌灵19~ 24,代森锰锌11~16,甲霜灵0.8~1.2,井冈霉素15~25,医药级高锰酸钾4~6,将 各组份用混合机搅拌6~12分钟,抽样检验后,称量分装,封口,装箱后即可得到 灰黄色粉末状的杀菌剂产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,是一种具有保护、治疗作用的内吸杀菌剂,可被植物 的根、茎、叶吸收,对霜霉菌、疫霉菌、多子囊菌、半知菌、腐霉菌等都有良好的 防治效果,并对细菌性病害和病毒有病有一定的抑制作用。该杀菌剂毒性低、有效 贮藏期二年;适用范围广,除主要用于烤烟外,还可以用于辣椒、西瓜、茄子、番 茄等多种病害的防治,特别是对混合发生的病害,效果显著。
本发明杀菌谱广, 防治病害效果好,病菌不易产生抗性,具备了几种单剂的优点,便于农户掌握。使 用方法简单,施药适期灵活,原料充足,生产成本低,具有很好的推广价值和市场 前景。
本发明由农业科研单位在辣子、西瓜、茄子等农作物上做了小区试验和 正规试验,中期生产示范面积达5000余亩。本发明与目前应用较广的甲霜灵锰锌作 为对照药,对比结果表明,对于辣椒等作物的立枯病、猝倒病、黑胫病、根 黑病等混合发生的田块,每亩用本发明制得的65.7%的杀菌剂150-200克,其防效 达90%以上,优于甲霜灵锰锌20%以上,而成本较甲霜灵锰锌低40%以上。
实施例
按比例取50%的多菌灵可湿性粉剂45公斤,70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂20.5公斤,25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂4.5公斤,75%井冈霉素粉剂25公斤,医用高锰酸钾晶体5公斤, 混合搅拌时间为8分钟,抽样检验后,称量分装,封口,装箱即可制得100公斤灰黄 色粉末状的植物杀菌组合物。产品可用于防治烤烟赤星病、炭疽病等叶部病害,于 发病初期,每亩用药150克兑水50公斤喷雾,以后视病情再喷1~2次,辣椒、西瓜、 茄子、番茄等作物病害防治可参照上述方法施用。

1.一种植物杀菌剂及其制备方法,含有多菌灵和代森锰锌,其特征是还含有甲霜灵,敌克松和医药级高锰酸钾,其中活性成分的百分比(%)为:多菌灵19~24,代森 锰锌11~16,甲霜灵0.8~1.2,井冈霉素15~25,医药级高锰酸钾4~6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物杀菌剂及其制备方法,其特征在于按比例取50%的多菌灵可湿 性粉剂45公斤,70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂20.5公斤,25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂4.5公斤, 75%井冈霉素粉剂25公斤,医用高锰酸钾晶体5公斤,混合搅拌时间为8分钟,可制得100公斤植物杀菌组合物。
