本发明公开了一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:甲基立枯磷乳油40‑50份、噻霉酮20‑30份、噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂30‑40份、氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂10‑20份。本发明的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,适合农业上使用的高效环保、广谱、并且可以延缓病原菌抗性产生速度以及降低农药使用成本的含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,具有显著增效作用、抗性风险低、对马铃薯黑痣病防治效果好。

Description

一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂。
背景技术
马铃薯,属茄科多年生草本植物,块茎可供食用,2015年中国启动马铃薯主粮化战略,将其列为水稻、小麦、玉米外的又一主粮。随着我国马铃薯产业的发展,种植效益曾加,种植面积也在不断地持续扩大,轮作倒茬年限明显缩短,病害发生逐年加重,因此,马铃薯病害的防治逐渐引起人们的重视。
马铃薯黑痣病(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn)又称立枯丝核菌病、茎基腐病,病原菌属于立枯丝核菌,是以带病种薯和土壤传播的病害。目前登记用于防治该病害的药剂较少,杀菌剂长期连续使用容易产生抗性。化合物合理的混用可以达到扩大防治普,延缓抗药性的产生,某些化合物的组合可能会产生增效作用,因此,药剂复配使用可以达到单一制剂难以达到的效果。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种适合农业上使用的高效环保、广谱、并且可以延缓病原菌抗性产生速度以及降低农药使用成本的含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,具有显著增效作用、抗性风险低、对马铃薯黑痣病防治效果好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:甲基立枯磷乳油40-50份、噻霉酮20-30份、噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂30-40份、氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂10-20份。
进一步的,所述一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:甲基立枯磷乳油45份、噻霉酮25份、噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂35份、氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂15份。
进一步的,所述甲基立枯磷为质量百分比20%的甲基立枯磷乳油。
进一步的,所述噻霉酮为质量百分比3%的噻霉酮可湿性粉剂。
进一步的,所述噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂为质量分数30%的噻呋·吡唑酯悬浮剂,且其中的噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯质量比为1:2。
进一步的,所述氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂中的氟啶胺与氟酰胺质量比为1:30-30:1。
进一步的,所述杀菌剂可制成悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、种衣剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、乳油、颗粒剂或水分散粒剂。
甲基立枯磷(Talclofos-methyl)是日本住友化学公司发明,由美国FBC公司开发使用的有机磷杀菌剂新品种,化学名称为0-(2,6-二氯-对甲苯基)0, 0-二甲基硫代磷酸酯。甲基立枯磷可以有效的防治丝核病菌引起的土壤病害,30 min钟内能全部杀灭马铃薯块茎上的腐烂病菌,且其效果优于扑海因(异菌脲),更高于福美双和代森锰锌,这表明甲基立枯磷触杀能力强,可以采用拌种方式来降低种薯携带丝核菌进行传播的风险。由于该药剂的作用快还可以直接喷施到薯块周围的土壤杀死土壤中丝核菌。同时甲基立枯磷也有很好的内吸作用,在苗期可以茎叶喷雾,保护植株免受丝核菌的侵染。用不同方式处理马铃薯,检测发现在薯块上的残留量最低,属于低毒安全的农药,对作物有一定增产作用。
在不增加用量的情况下,噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂对马铃薯黑痣病的防效有显著提高。由于噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯2种杀菌剂作用机理不同,复配后可以延缓病菌抗药性的产生,延长农药品种使用寿命。
氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂对马铃薯黑痣病具有明显的增效作用,可大幅减少田间用药量,有效减少环境污染和农药残留并降低成本。此外,氟啶胺与氟酰胺的作用机制不同,持效期长,可减少用药次数,并可延缓抗药性的产生。
噻霉酮是一种稳定、低污染的杀菌剂,能有效保护马铃薯母薯的切面及促进马铃薯植株提前出苗,减少立枯丝核菌从切口侵入的几率,修复茎溃疡发生时形成的伤口,减少茎溃疡发生造成的损失;并且,马铃薯植株被促进而提前出苗,缩短了病菌与植物幼嫩组织的接触,减少了病菌侵染的几率,在病菌侵染时提高了马铃薯植株的抗病性,减少了病害的发生,带来经济效益。
综上所述,本发明由于采用了上述方案,具有以下有益效果:(1)与单剂相比,本发明杀菌剂对马铃薯黑痣病等病害有明显的增效,提高了防治效果;(2)可以降低田间用药量,有效减少环境污染和农药残留,降低生产和使用成本;(3)杀菌组合物中有效成分的作用机制互不相同,有利于避免和延缓病菌抗药性的产生;(4)与单剂相比扩大了防治谱;(5)在马铃薯开花期、收获时的马铃薯黑痣病防效高达90.12%-96.36%,马铃薯安全,有较高的推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步描述。
实施例1
一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:甲基立枯磷乳油45份、噻霉酮25份、噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂35份、氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂15份。
其中,甲基立枯磷为质量百分比20%的甲基立枯磷乳油;噻霉酮为质量百分比3%的噻霉酮可湿性粉剂;噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂为质量分数30%的噻呋·吡唑酯悬浮剂,且其中的噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯质量比为1:2;氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂中的氟啶胺与氟酰胺质量比为2.5:1。
将上述杀菌剂制成悬浮剂用于马铃薯栽培的马铃薯开花期、收获时,马铃薯黑痣病防效高达96.36%。
实施例2
一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:甲基立枯磷乳油50份、噻霉酮30份、噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂40份、氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂20份。
其中,甲基立枯磷为质量百分比20%的甲基立枯磷乳油;噻霉酮为质量百分比3%的噻霉酮可湿性粉剂;噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂为质量分数30%的噻呋·吡唑酯悬浮剂,且其中的噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯质量比为1:2;氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂中的氟啶胺与氟酰胺质量比为5:1。
将上述杀菌剂制成悬浮剂用于马铃薯栽培的马铃薯开花期、收获时,马铃薯黑痣病防效高达94.82%。
实施例3
一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,由以下重量份的原料组成甲基立枯磷乳油40份、噻霉酮20份、噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂30份、氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂10份。
其中,甲基立枯磷为质量百分比20%的甲基立枯磷乳油;噻霉酮为质量百分比3%的噻霉酮可湿性粉剂;噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂为质量分数30%的噻呋·吡唑酯悬浮剂,且其中的噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯质量比为1:2;氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂中的氟啶胺与氟酰胺质量比为1:5。
将上述杀菌剂制成悬浮剂用于马铃薯栽培的马铃薯开花期、收获时,马铃薯黑痣病防效高达90.47%。

1.一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:甲基立枯磷乳油40-50份、噻霉酮20-30份、噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂30-40份、氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:甲基立枯磷乳油45份、噻霉酮25份、噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂35份、氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂15份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述甲基立枯磷为质量百分比20%的甲基立枯磷乳油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述噻霉酮为质量百分比3%的噻霉酮可湿性粉剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯复配制剂为质量分数30%的噻呋·吡唑酯悬浮剂,且其中的噻呋酰胺与吡唑醚菌酯质量比为1:2。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述氟啶胺与氟酰胺复配制剂中的氟啶胺与氟酰胺质量比为1:30-30:1。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种含甲基立枯磷的马铃薯黑痣病杀菌剂,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂可制成悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、种衣剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、乳油、颗粒剂或水分散粒剂。
