Abstract
本发明公开了一种牡蛎养殖附着基，包括基柱，所述的基柱为圆柱体空心结构，基柱顶端设有刮牡蛎装置，底端设为尖头，柱体上设有开口，开口设有与开口刚好啮合的牡蛎附着片。本发明的牡蛎养殖附着基结构设计巧妙，其搬运、安装、管理及收获方便，可提高滩涂及空间利用率，同时最大程度发挥了其可利用面积，有效扩大了与海水流动时的接触面，加大了牡蛎的附着几率且方便人工附苗，增加了牡蛎的产出。

技术领域
本发明涉及牡蛎养殖技术领域，具体涉及一种牡蛎养殖附着基。
背景技术
牡蛎别名又叫生蚝，是所有食物中含锌最丰富的(每100g牡蛎，不包括壳的重量，含水87.1%，含锌71.2mg，富含蛋白锌，是很好的补锌食物，要补锌可以常吃生蚝。生蚝在亚热带、热带沿海都适宜蚝的养殖，我国分布很广，北起鸭绿江，南至海南岛，沿海皆可产蚝。蚝乃软体有壳，依附寄生的动物，咸淡水交界所产尤为肥美。
牡蛎需要靠养殖才能满足不断日益增长的市场消费能力，牡蛎的养殖方法较多，随着养殖的不断发展，新的养殖方法和技术也不断货涌现，，其中较常见的有插竹养殖、底播养殖、条石和立石养殖、垂下养殖等，然而对于在浅海水域养殖牡蛎来说条石和立石养殖为最主要的养殖方式，然而这个养殖方式普遍存在的问题就是牡蛎要在较长的时间才能在附着基上达到满意的附着率，这样就增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题，提供了一种牡蛎养殖附着基。
本发明的目的通过以下方式来实现：
一种牡蛎养殖附着基，包括基柱，所述的基柱为圆柱体空心结构，基柱顶端设有刮牡蛎装置，底端设为尖头，柱体上设有开口，开口设有与开口刚好啮合的牡蛎附着片。
进一步的，所述的基柱采用水泥、不锈钢材料混合制作。
进一步的，所述的牡蛎附着片可在开口与水平面形成的角度内旋转。
进一步的，所述的开口及牡蛎附着片在基柱上共设有3-4组，每组设有3-5个，且以柱体为中心规则分布。
进一步的，所述每个牡蛎附着片背面设有尼龙绳，所述的尼龙绳上设有打结块，打结块设有尼龙绳分叉线。
进一步的，所述的基柱内部底面设有一个开口，底面还设有一层塑胶软垫。
进一步的，所述的刮牡蛎装置由伸缩杆及刮头组成，所述的伸缩杆为气压伸缩杆或液压伸缩杆，刮头头部倾斜下凹使其边缘形成刮刀，下凹处设有塑胶软垫。
进一步的，所述的刮头直径大于或等于伸缩杆最大直径。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的牡蛎养殖附着基结构设计巧妙，其搬运、安装、管理及收获方便，可提高滩涂及空间利用率，同时最大程度发挥了其可利用面积，有效扩大了与海水流动时的接触面，加大了牡蛎的附着几率，且方便人工附苗，增加了牡蛎的产出。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图做进一步详细的说明。
如图1-4所示, 一种牡蛎养殖附着基，包括基柱1，所述的基柱为1圆柱体空心结构，基柱1顶端设有刮牡蛎装置2，底端设为尖头3，柱体1上设有开口4，开口4设有与开口4刚好啮合的牡蛎附着片5。
所述的基柱1采用水泥、不锈钢材料混合制作，所述的牡蛎附着片5可在开口4与水平面形成的角度内旋转，所述的开口4及牡蛎附着片5在基柱1上共设有3组，每组设有4个，且以柱体1为中心规则分布，所述每个牡蛎附着片5背面设有尼龙绳6，所述的尼龙绳6上设有打结块61，打结块61设有尼龙绳分叉线62；所述的基柱1内部底面设有一个开口7，底面还设有一层塑胶软垫8；所述的刮牡蛎装置2由伸缩杆21及刮头22组成，所述的伸缩杆21为气压伸缩杆或液压伸缩杆，刮头22头部倾斜下凹使其边缘形成刮刀23，下凹处设有塑胶软垫24，所述的刮头22直径大于或等于伸缩杆21最大直径。
本发明设计的牡蛎养殖附着基采用水泥不锈钢材料混合制作，使其耐用抗风浪，安装时，将牡蛎附着片旋进开口中，再插进滩涂里固定，固定后，把牡蛎附着片旋转至水平面，并使牡蛎附着片交叉错开相邻基柱的牡蛎附着片，提高空间利用率；涨潮时，海水与牡蛎附着片及基柱表面充分接触，由于基柱内部为空心结构，海水可从开口流进其内部，增加了海水与基柱的接触面积，提高了牡蛎附着几率；牡蛎附着片旋转至水平面时，设于牡蛎附着片背面的尼龙绳下垂且与基柱平行，进一步提高了牡蛎的附着几率，同时方便人工附苗，增加产出；牡蛎长成后，将牡蛎附着片旋转进开口，启动刮牡蛎装置，刮牡蛎装置的伸缩即控制牡蛎刮头从基柱空心内部下压，将附在基柱内部的牡蛎刮下来，挂下来的牡蛎掉到内部底面的塑胶软垫上，避免摔烂。刮牡蛎装置在刮牡蛎时，刮头的刮刀首先通过作用力将牡蛎附着附着基的根部刮断，再由整个刮头将牡蛎彻底推离附着基，防止刮头的下压力将牡蛎压碎。

1.一种牡蛎养殖附着基，包括基柱，其特征在于，所述的基柱为圆柱体空心结构，基柱顶端设有刮牡蛎装置，底端设为尖头，柱体上设有开口，开口设有与开口刚好啮合的牡蛎附着片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牡蛎养殖附着基，其特征在于，所述的基柱采用水泥、不锈钢材料混合制作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的牡蛎养殖附着基，其特征在于，所述的牡蛎附着片可在开口与水平面形成的角度内旋转。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牡蛎养殖附着基，其特征在于，所述的开口及牡蛎附着片在基柱上共设有3-4组，每组设有3-5个，且以柱体为中心规则分布。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的牡蛎养殖附着基，其特征在于，所述每个牡蛎附着片背面设有尼龙绳，所述的尼龙绳上设有打结块，打结块设有尼龙绳分叉线。
6.根据权利要求1所述的牡蛎养殖附着基，其特征在于，所述的基柱内部底面设有一个开口，底面还设有一层塑胶软垫。
7.根据权利要求1所述的牡蛎养殖附着基，其特征在于，所述的刮牡蛎装置由伸缩杆及刮头组成，所述的伸缩杆为气压伸缩杆或液压伸缩杆，刮头头部倾斜下凹使其边缘形成刮刀，下凹处设有塑胶软垫。
