The invention provides an incoming call processing method, an incoming call processing device and a terminal. The method comprises the following steps: receiving fingerprint information input by a user when a terminal calls; matching the incoming call number with an incoming call white list or an incoming call black list corresponding to the fingerprint information; and selecting to answer the incoming call or reject the incoming call according to the matching result. The black list function realizes the incoming call rejection of the numbers in the list and the incoming call not answering in the list, while the white list function realizes the incoming call answering of the numbers in the list and the incoming call rejection of the numbers not answering in the list.
For example, when a mobile phone user does not want to answer a phone call except for any work while working, the number related to the work can be added into a white list; on vacation without wanting to answer any work related phone, the work related number may be added to the blacklist. But when the same number is in both the black and white lists, a collision occurs when the number comes in.

The user can select different fingers to perform fingerprint authentication under different scenes according to the pre-input fingerprint information, and after a certain fingerprint authentication is successful, the black-and-white list function bound by the fingerprint is started, so that the incoming call is answered or refused through number matching. The user in the above example can select the left index finger to directly accept the work related number during work and select the right index finger to directly reject the work related number during vacation.
If the same number is in both the white list and the black list, such as the number related to the work in the above example, the white list and the black list, the existing black and white list function can only open one of the functions separately for the terminal, and the simultaneous opening may cause a conflict. By adopting the incoming call processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, even if the same number is in the blacklist and the whitelist at the same time, no conflict occurs because of the dynamic enabling of the user operation.
