10. The mobile terminal according to claim 9, wherein the obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
if a finger-joint print instruction or a fingerprint instruction of a user is acquired in the incoming call interface, the finger-joint print instruction or the fingerprint instruction is the instruction for ignoring the incoming call,

and if the number corresponding to the incoming call is a number in a preset ignoring list in the mobile terminal, generating an instruction for a user to ignore the incoming call.
11. The mobile terminal according to claim 9, wherein an ignore button for ignoring the current incoming call is provided on the mobile terminal incoming call interface;
the obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
and if the condition that the user clicks the ignore button or slides the telephone icon to the ignore button is detected, acquiring an instruction of the user to ignore the incoming call.
12. The mobile terminal according to any of claims 9 to 11, wherein the mobile terminal is pre-configured with an ignore communication table;
the mobile terminal further includes:
and the storage unit is used for storing the communication event corresponding to the incoming call into the ignoring communication table after the incoming call is subjected to preset ignoring processing.
13. The mobile terminal according to any of claims 9 to 11, wherein the mobile terminal is a dual system mobile terminal comprising a first system and a second system;
the incoming call ignoring processing unit is specifically configured to:
and not recording the incoming call in the latest call record of the first system, and recording the incoming call in the latest call record of the second system.
14. The mobile terminal according to any of claims 9 to 11, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises:
the prompting unit is used for displaying the ignored prompting information of the incoming call on the task bar of the mobile terminal or the desktop of the mobile terminal; and if an instruction that the user clicks the prompt message is received, displaying the detailed information of the incoming call.
15. The mobile terminal according to any of claims 9 to 14, characterized in that the mobile terminal further comprises:
and the display unit is used for displaying the incoming call on a foreground when the ignored incoming call still runs in a background if an instruction of clicking a display interface of the mobile terminal to dial a call button is received.
16. The mobile terminal of claim 9, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises:
and the replying unit is used for sending a preset short message to the number called by the incoming call and hanging up the incoming call if receiving an instruction that the user refuses to receive the incoming call.
