一种排气阀的浮球，包括，上壳盖与下壳体用聚碳塑料材质制作，在上壳盖上部设置排气座，其特征是：排气座与上壳盖是注塑在一起的结构，在排气座下面设有滑道，滑道的下口部与上壳盖的内盖体内部平齐设置，在下壳体的下部设有连接件，在连接件的内上侧设有档网沿，底托卡在档网沿上，升降杆上部设置在滑道内，升降杆下部设置在滑道内，在升降杆的中部设置有浮球，浮球的上部是漂浮体，在浮球中下部至少设有三个槽洞；浮球固定在升降杆上，浮球底部的浮球支架在下行与下壳体碰撞时升降杆上部的锥形头不会从滑道内脱落。本发明简单大方实用，不容易损坏，因外壳是透明材料做成，浮球是红颜色，所以浮球在工作过程中会上下跳动，非常漂亮。

本发明涉及一种直立式排气阀的结构，特别是一种排气阀的浮球。
背景技术
目前，公知的技术是包括圆形直立式自动排气阀其结构都是上壳盖(1)与下壳体(2)是分体结构，浮球一般都是圆形的，缺少新的设计来向消费者展示。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题存在的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种排气阀的浮球。
一种排气阀的浮球，包括，上壳盖(1)与下壳体(2)用聚碳塑料材质制作，在上壳盖(1)上部设置排气座(10)，其特征是：所述的排气座(10)与上壳盖(1)是注塑在一起的结构，在所述的排气座(10)下面设有滑道(6)，所述滑道(6)的下口部与上壳盖(1)的内盖体内部平齐设置；
在下壳体(2)的下部设有连接件(7)，在连接件(7)的内上侧设有档网沿(12)，底托(8)卡在档网沿(12)上；
升降杆(5)上部设置在滑道(6)内，升降杆(5)下部设置在滑道(13)内，在升降杆(5)的中部设置有浮球(3)；
浮球(3)的上部是漂浮体，所述的漂浮体是发泡聚氨酯材料；
在浮球(3)中下部至少设有三个槽洞；
所述浮球(3)固定在升降杆(5)上，浮球(3)底部的浮球支架(9)在下行与下壳体(2)碰撞时升降杆(5)上部的锥形头不会从滑道(6)内脱落。
在所述的滑道(6)的内上部设有一沿部，在其沿部设有密封圈(11)。
上壳盖(1)与下壳体(2)用热合机热熔注塑连接在一起。
本发明简单大方实用，不容易损坏，因外壳是透明材料做成，浮球是红颜色，所以浮球在工作过程中会上下跳动，非常漂亮。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是，下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”、“下”、“底面”和“顶面”指的是附图中的方向，词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1所示，一种排气阀的浮球，上壳盖1与下壳体2用螺丝连接在一起，如果使用聚碳塑料材质制作，上壳盖1与下壳体2用热合机热熔注塑连接在一起。
如图1所示，在上壳盖1上部设置排气座10，所述的排气座10与上壳盖1是注塑在一起的结构，在所述的排气座10下面设有滑道6，所述滑道6的下口部与上壳盖1的内盖体内部平齐设置，也可略低于壳盖1的内盖体。
如图1所示，在滑道6的内上部设有一沿部，在其沿部设有密封圈11。
如图1所示，在下壳体2的下部设有连接件7，在连接件7的内上侧设有档网沿12，底托8卡在档网沿12上。因外壳是透明材料做成，浮球是红颜色，所以浮球3在工作过程中会上下跳动，非常漂亮。

1.一种排气阀的浮球，包括，上壳盖(1)与下壳体(2)用聚碳塑料材质制作，在上壳盖(1)上部设置排气座(10)，其特征是：所述的排气座(10)与上壳盖(1)是注塑在一起的结构，在所述的排气座(10)下面设有滑道(6)，所述滑道(6)的下口部与上壳盖(1)的内盖体内部平齐设置；
在下壳体(2)的下部设有连接件(7)，在连接件(7)的内上侧设有档网沿(12)，底托(8)卡在档网沿(12)上；
升降杆(5)上部设置在滑道(6)内，升降杆(5)下部设置在滑道(13)内，在升降杆(5)的中部设置有浮球(3)；
浮球(3)的上部是漂浮体，所述的漂浮体是发泡聚氨酯材料；
在浮球(3)中下部至少设有三个槽洞；
所述浮球(3)固定在升降杆(5)上，浮球(3)底部的浮球支架(9)在下行与下壳体(2)碰撞时升降杆(5)上部的锥形头不会从滑道(6)内脱落。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种排气阀的浮球，其特征是：在所述的滑道(6)的内上部设有一沿部，在其沿部设有密封圈(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种排气阀的浮球，其特征是：上壳盖(1)与下壳体(2)用热合机热熔注塑连接在一起。
