Abstract
本发明公开了一种压铆螺母,包括螺母本体,所述螺母本体前端部设有第一环形凸台和第二环形凸台,所述第二凸台外端面向外倾斜延伸,所述第一环形凸台外周设有一圈锯齿结构,所述锯齿结构与环形凸台外端面形成R角,该压铆螺母能够更加牢固挤压配合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺母,尤其涉及一种压铆螺母。
背景技术
压铆螺母是应用于薄板或钣金上的一种螺母,外形呈圆形,一端带有压花齿。压铆螺母将铆钉和螺母的功能集于一身,装配时不要攻内螺纹,不要焊接螺母,铆接牢固、方便、快捷,压铆螺母作为一种新型紧固件正在各类产品的装配中得到广泛应用。但是现有的压铆螺母只依靠螺母上的压花齿加强紧固,紧固程度不够。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种牢固程度更好的压铆螺母。
为此,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:一种压铆螺母,包括螺母本体,其特征是:所述螺母本体前端部设有第一环形凸台和第二环形凸台,所述第二凸台外端面向外倾斜延伸,所述第一环形凸台外周设有一圈锯齿结构,所述锯齿结构与第二环形凸台外端面形成R角。
本发明中,通过第一环形凸块上的锯齿进行紧固,能够很好的防止螺母旋转,同时锯齿结构与第二环形凸台外端面形成R角与板材勾住,与产品更加紧密接触,防止螺母掉落,使该压铆螺母紧固程度更加牢固。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2所示,本发明第一实施例中提供的一种压铆螺母,包括螺母本体1,所述螺母本体前端部设有第一环形凸台2和第二环形凸台3,所述螺母本体1外径大于第一环形凸台2和第二环形凸台3的外径,,所述第一环形凸台2外周设有一圈锯齿结构,所述锯齿结构的四周均布若干尖齿形,通过第一环形凸块2上的锯齿进行紧固,能够很好的防止螺母旋转,所述第二环形凸台3外端面向外倾斜延伸,所述锯齿结构与第二环形凸台3外端面形成R角4,所述R角4为68°-70°,R角4与产品的板材勾住,与产品更加紧密接触,能够防止螺母掉落,使该压铆螺母紧固程度更加牢固,所述螺母本体1、第一环形凸台2和第二环形凸台3中心设有通孔5,所述通孔内设有内螺纹。
参照图3所示,本发明第二实施例中提供的一种压铆螺母与第一实施例中的一种压铆螺母基本相同,区别在于:所述R角4为48°-50°。
参照图4所示,本发明第三实施例中提供的一种压铆螺母与第一实施例中的一种压铆螺母基本相同,区别在于:所述R角4为38°-40°。

1.一种压铆螺母,包括螺母本体,其特征是:所述螺母本体前端部设有第一环形凸台和第二环形凸台,所述第二凸台外端面向外倾斜延伸,所述第一环形凸台外周设有一圈锯齿结构,所述锯齿结构与第二环形凸台外端面形成R角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压铆螺母,其特征是:所述R角为68°-70°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压铆螺母,其特征是:所述R角为48°-50°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压铆螺母,其特征是:所述R角为38°-40°。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的压铆螺母,其特征是:所述螺母本体、第一环形凸台和第二环形凸台中心设有通孔,所述通孔内设有内螺纹。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的压铆螺母,其特征是:所述锯齿结构的四周均布若干尖齿形。
7.根据权利要求5所述的压铆螺母,其特征是:所述锯齿结构的四周均布若干尖齿形。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或7所述的压铆螺母,其特征是:所述螺母本体外径大于第一环形凸台和第二环形凸台的外径。
9.根据权利要求6所述的压铆螺母,其特征是:所述螺母本体外径大于第一环形凸台和第二环形凸台的外径。
10.根据权利要求5所述的压铆螺母,其特征是:所述螺母本体外径大于第一环形凸台和第二环形凸台的外径。
