The paper scooping machine of claim 1, wherein: the movable frame (13) is provided with a lower curtain frame (20), an upper curtain frame (30) is arranged on the lower curtain frame (20), one side frame edge of the upper curtain frame (30) is hinged with the lower curtain frame (20) through a second hinge shaft (31) which is positioned horizontally, the upper curtain frame (30) rotates around the second hinge shaft (31) and is pressed on a horizontally arranged paper fishing curtain (1) to form a pulp containing area, the upper curtain frame (30) comprises a frame rod which is adjacent to and parallel to the axial direction of the second hinge shaft (31), the inner side rod surface of the frame rod is a slope surface (32), and an elastic buckle (80) arranged on the lower curtain frame (20) clamps the upper curtain frame (30) or releases the constraint on the upper curtain frame (30).

The paper scooping machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the curtain surface supporting device is characterized in that supporting rods (22) are uniformly arranged in the lower curtain frame (20) at intervals, upright posts (23) are uniformly arranged on the rod surface of the supporting rods (22) at intervals along the length direction of the rods, steel wires (24) are connected to the frame rods on two opposite sides of the lower curtain frame (20), the steel wires (24) are lapped on the tops of the upright posts (23), and the steel wires (24) support the curtain surface of the paper curtain (1).
6. A paper scooping system of the paper scooping machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps of: arranging a paper fishing curtain (1) on a frame (10);
and (B) step (B): the first driving unit drives the paper fishing curtain (1) on the frame (10) to move to the lower part of the pulp outlet (2) to receive pulp;
step C: the first driving unit drives the frame (10) to reciprocate, and a pulp layer is formed on the paper fishing curtain (1);
step D: taking out the paper fishing curtain (1) and tearing off the paper pulp layer to obtain the wet paper stacked layer by layer.

The paper scooping system of claim 6 wherein: the machine frame (10) comprises a movable frame (13), one side frame edge of the movable frame (13) is hinged with a frame body of the machine frame (10) through a first hinge shaft (14) positioned in the horizontal direction, and a second driving unit (60) is arranged between the movable frame (13) and the machine frame (10); the movable frame (13) is connected with a lower curtain frame (20), an upper curtain frame (30) is arranged on the lower curtain frame (20), and one side frame edge of the upper curtain frame (30) is hinged with the movable frame (13) through a second hinge shaft (31) positioned in the horizontal direction;
in the step A, the paper fishing curtain (1) is flatly paved on a lower curtain frame (20) of a frame (10), and an upper curtain frame (30) rotates around a shaft core of a second hinge shaft (31) and compresses the edge of the paper fishing curtain (1) to form a pulp containing area;
in the step B, a first driving unit (50) drives a lower curtain frame (20) and an upper curtain frame (30) to move to the lower part of the pulp outlet (2), and a pulp containing area enclosed by the upper curtain frame (30) and the paper fishing curtain (1) receives pulp;
the process of driving the free sides of the lower curtain frame (20) and the upper curtain frame (30) to rotate from a low position to a high position around the first hinge shaft (14) by the second driving unit (60) in the step D comprises a first stage, a second stage, a third stage and a fourth stage which are sequentially carried out;
the first stage: in the process that the paper fishing curtain (1) rotates from a low position to the condition that the curtain surface and the horizontal surface are 10-40 degrees, the rotating angular speed of the paper fishing curtain (1) is 6-12 degrees/s;
and a second stage: the paper fishing curtain (1) keeps the position state for 0.5 to 5 seconds;
and a third stage: in the process that the paper fishing curtain (1) continues to rotate to a high position, the rotating angular speed of the paper fishing curtain (1) is 12-20 degrees/s;
fourth stage: the paper fishing curtain (1) keeps the position state for 0.5-3 s, and paper pulp in the area surrounded by the upper curtain frame (30) and the paper fishing curtain (1) is completely poured out;
the second driving unit (60) drives the lower curtain frame (20) and the upper curtain frame (30) to be restored to the flat state, the upper curtain frame (30) rotates around the second hinge shaft (31) to release the restraint on the paper fishing curtain (1), and the paper fishing curtain (1) is taken out.
