Detailed Description
A paper scooping machine comprises a frame 10 for arranging a paper scooping curtain 1, wherein the frame 10 is connected with a first driving unit 50, and the first driving unit 50 drives the frame 10 to reciprocate on a guide rail 40 in a linear mode.
The paper fishing curtain 1 is arranged on the frame 10, the first driving unit 50 drives the paper fishing curtain 1 on the frame 10 to move to the lower part of the pulp outlet 2 to receive pulp, the first driving unit 50 drives the frame 10 to reciprocate to linearly move so as to simulate the action of swinging the curtain frame 1 back and forth in the pulp pool, the speed change rate and the strength of the paper fishing curtain are far greater than those of manual swinging in the process of switching the forward movement of the frame 10 to the reverse movement, and the fibers attached to the curtain surface continuously move in the forward direction due to inertia, so that the fibers are mutually extruded, and compared with the paper made of the same formula, the wet paper is more compact after the paper is formed, the paper quality is high, and the painting and calligraphy ink effect of the manufactured paper is obviously superior to that of manual fishing. The worker takes out the paper fishing curtain 1 and takes off the paper pulp layer to obtain wet paper stacked layer by layer, the worker does not need to swing back and forth in the pulp tank to fish out the paper, the labor intensity of the worker is reduced, only one worker is required to finish the paper fishing operation, and the paper fishing efficiency is greatly improved.
For convenience of explanation, the side of the paper screen 1 away from the outlet 2 is defined as the outer side, and the side adjacent to the outlet 2 is defined as the inner side.
As shown in fig. 4, when the paper fishing curtain 1 moves to the position below the pulp outlet 2 to receive pulp, the pulp is thrown onto the paper fishing curtain 1 from top to bottom, and in the process, as the contact amount between the inner side of the paper fishing curtain 1 and the pulp is small, namely, only a small amount of fibers of the pulp are attached to the inner side of the paper fishing curtain 1; the pulp thrown onto the paper fishing curtain 1 flows rapidly to the outside of the curtain, and then backflushes back to the inside of the paper fishing curtain 1, at the moment, a certain amount of paper fibers are attached to the inside of the paper fishing curtain 1, if the difference between the thickness of the inside and the thickness of the outside of wet paper on the paper fishing curtain 1 is large after paper is formed, the paper forming quality is poor, two guide rails 40 are arranged in parallel and at intervals in the same horizontal plane, and when the first driving unit 50 drives the frame 10 to reciprocate in a linear motion, the paper fishing curtain 1 is arranged in an inclined mode that one side far away from the pulp outlet 2 is high and the other side is low. On the one hand, in the paper forming process, the pulp amount on the inner side of the paper fishing curtain 1 is more than that on the outer side, so that the adhesion of pulp fibers on the inner side of the paper fishing curtain 1 is facilitated, the pulp fibers on the inner side of the paper fishing curtain 1 are additionally compensated, the adhesion of the paper fibers on the paper fishing curtain 1 is consistent, and the paper forming quality is greatly improved; on the other hand, as the outer side of the paper fishing curtain 1 is high and the inner side is low, when the paper fishing curtain 1 reciprocates on the guide rail 40 in a straight line, most of paper pulp in the pulp containing area can be effectively prevented from being splashed back into the pulp tank 4 or the area where operators outside the pulp tank 4 are located.
The frame 10 comprises a movable frame 13, one side frame edge of the movable frame 13 is hinged with a frame body of the frame 10 through a first hinge shaft 14 positioned in the horizontal direction, a second driving unit 60 is arranged between the movable frame 13 and the frame 10, and the second driving unit 60 drives the movable frame 13 to rotate around the first hinge shaft 14, so that the frame surface of the movable frame 13 is positioned at a horizontal low position or is positioned at an inclined state with an acute angle with the horizontal surface.
