本发明提供了一种砂基透水面层专用清洁剂及其制备方法。本发明提供的砂基透水面层专用清洁剂,以重量份数计,包含以下组分:氢氧化钠5‑20份,助洗剂1‑5份,去污剂5‑10份,增稠剂0.5‑5份,防腐剂0.5‑1份,乙醇0‑10份,水100‑1000份;其中,所述去污剂为阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的复配物,阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的重量比为10:1‑1:1。本发明提供的砂基透水面层专用的清洁剂,成本低,配方简单,使用方便,清洁剂中通过加入增稠剂,有利于提高稠度,选择阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂配合使用,能够提高去油污色素的效果,特别适合透水砂基面层使用。

发明内容
随着海绵城市的建设,砂基透水路面因具有高强度,高耐久性,高透水率,无毒环保,对污水有过滤、净化作用等优点被广泛应用。在很多城市道路、广场、步行道、运动场、停车场、公园等已经铺装有砂基透水材料。砂基透水材料的铺装便利了人们的生活,然而随着砂基透水路面的使用,其面层经常被弄脏,特别是一些油污类(食物油渍、机油、油酯、柴油、汽油)和各种染料色素,不易清洗。这些油污色素不仅可能会酿造事故,发生生命危险,造成财产损失;还会影响美观,降低城市整体形象。
现有技术中也存在相关的路面清洗剂或清洗剂相关的专利。如申请号为201310481083.6的发明专利,公开了一种油污环保清洗剂,由包含AE 5-10份,甲基纤维素1-3份,碱性蛋白酶0-0.01份,荧光增白剂1-3份,膨化粉5-9份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-8份,三聚磷酸钠3-13份,硫酸钠2-6份,香精5-9份,三乙醇胺2-3份,蒸馏水100份组成,该清洗剂去污率高、毒性低、刺激小,对陈旧的粘稠油污去除能力强,可用于家庭清洗铝质水壶表面,不锈钢锅灶台面,抽油烟机风扇,液化气罐等表面,窗玻璃等。

上述申请专利公开了相关的清洗剂,虽然制备过程比较简单,但是主要是针对金属表面或石材路面等,未公开应用于具体的砂基透水面层,对于砂基透水面层或透水砖而言,如果清洗剂的浓度太烯,应用时还未发挥清洗作用可能就已经渗透流失,导致去污率低或去污效果不好的问题。虽然有专利提到对透水砖或露骨料进行清洗,但配方较为复杂,成本高,不利于推广利用。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种砂基透水面层专用清洁剂,该产品粘稠度大,使用方便,去污能力强,速度快,制备简单,成本低。

在本发明的一个技术方案中,提供了一种砂基透水面层专用清洁剂,以重量份数计,包含以下组分:
氢氧化钠5~20份,助洗剂1~5份,去污剂5~10份,增稠剂0.5-5份,防腐剂0.5-1份,乙醇0~10份,水100~1000份;
进一步地,所述去污剂为阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的复配物,优选地,两者的重量份数比为10:1-1:1;
进一步地,所述的阴离子表面活性剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的一种或多种;此类表面活性剂价格低廉、成本低、起泡力高、去污性强;
其中,所述的非离子表面活性剂为烷醇酰胺,具体选自椰子油酸二乙醇胺缩合物、十二酸二乙醇胺缩合物、十四酸二乙醇胺缩合物、硬脂酸二乙醇胺缩合物中的一种或多种;此类表面活性剂具有显著的增稠、增泡、稳泡性能、具有显著的乳化、去污能力;
进一步地,所述助洗剂选自三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、偏硅酸钠、硅铝酸钠中的一种或多种;助洗剂的加入能够提高去污剂的清洗效果;
进一步地,所述的增稠剂选自纤维素醚及其衍生物、淀粉、胶粉、聚氧化乙烯、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、低分子聚乙烯蜡中的一种或多种;增稠剂的加入对于提高砂基透水面层清洁剂的去污效果是有利的,能够有效避免清洗剂短时间内快速的渗透,从而避免清洗剂的流失;
进一步地,所述的防腐剂为卡松防腐剂,能有效的抑制和灭除菌类和各种微生物。
在本发明的另一技术方案中,还提供了一种砂基透水面层专用清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤组成:
(1)将乙醇加入水中,完全互溶;
(2)按重量比,将氢氧化钠、助洗剂、去污剂加入到混合液中,在电动搅拌机下充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将增稠剂加入到混合液中,继续搅拌,至完全溶解,得到均匀粘稠液体;
(4)将防腐剂加入到上述溶液中,搅拌1-3min后得到该砂基透水面层清洁剂;
使用时,将制备得到的清洁剂倒在有油污或色素的砂基透水面层上,等三五分钟后,直接用清水冲洗即可。
有益的效果:
本发明提供了一种砂基透水面层专用的清洁剂,成本低,配方简单,使用方便,清洁剂中通过加入增稠剂,有利于提高稠度,特定种类的阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂配合使用,能够提高去油污色素的效果,特别适合透水砂基面层使用。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例来进一步来说明本发明的技术方案。需要注意的是,这些实施例仅用于解释本发明,而并不以任何方式来限制本发明。
本发明中用到的各种原料均是选自市售常用的种类。
(a)具体实施例以及对比例中所述清洁剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙醇加入水中,完全互溶;
(2)按重量比,将氢氧化钠、助洗剂、去污剂加入到混合液中,在电动搅拌机下充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将增稠剂加入到混合液中,继续搅拌,至完全溶解,得到均匀粘稠液体;
(4)将防腐剂加入到上述溶液中,搅拌1-3min后得到该砂基透水面层清洁剂。
(b)清洁剂的使用方法如下:
(1)取数块涂覆有相同油污的砂基透水砖待用;
(2)按照实施例或对比例中配制清洁剂待用,分别将实施例或对比例中的清洁剂倒在步骤(1)准备的砂基透水砖的砂基面层上,等5分钟后,直接用等量的清水冲洗。
(c)砂基透水砖表面去污率的计算方法如下:
去污率(%)=清洗剂清洗下来的油污量/初始砂基透水砖面层涂覆的油污量;其中对于初始砂基透水砖面层涂覆的油污量和清洗下来的油污量通过称重法进行测量。
具体实施例和对比例配制清洗剂中的原料组成(重量份)以及对应的去污率结果表1中所示。
实施例1-3以及对比例1-3的组分配比以及去污率
从表1中可知,采用本发明的清洁剂处理涂覆有相同油污的砂基透水砖,去污率能够超过95%,相对于单独采用阴离子表面活性剂的对比例3或者阴离子表面活性剂与非烷醇酰胺类非离子表面活性剂复配使用的对比例2相比,能够大幅度提高对砂基透水砖表面的去污率,更有利于砂基透水表面层的去污,对比例1中的清洁剂中由于未加入增稠剂,导致清洗剂应用时还未发挥清洗作用可能就已经渗透流失,导致去污率低,去污效果不好。
Claims (4)
1.一种砂基透水面层专用清洁剂,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包含以下组分:
氢氧化钠5-20份,助洗剂1-5份,去污剂5-10份,增稠剂0.5-5份,防腐剂0.5-1份,乙醇6-10份,水100-1000份;
其中,所述去污剂为阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的复配物;所述阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的重量比为7:1-1.5:1;
所述的阴离子表面活性剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠;
所述非离子表面活性剂为椰子油酸二乙醇胺缩合物;
所述增稠剂选自羟乙基纤维素醚、胶粉和聚丙烯酸钠一种或多种;
所述助洗剂选自三聚磷酸钠、偏硅酸钠中的一种或两种。
2.权利要求1所述的砂基透水面层专用清洁剂,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为卡松防腐剂。
3.权利要求1-2任一项所述的砂基透水面层专用清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙醇加入水中,完全互溶;
(2)按重量比将氢氧化钠、助洗剂、去污剂加入到混合液中,在电动搅拌机下充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将增稠剂加入到混合液中,继续搅拌,至完全溶解,得到均匀粘稠液体;
(4)将防腐剂加入到步骤(3)的溶液中,搅拌1-3min后,即得砂基透水面层清洁剂。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的砂基透水面层专用清洁剂的使用方法,其特征在于,将制备得到的专用清洁剂倒在砂基透水面层上,等三五分钟后,直接用清水冲洗即可。
