Abstract

本发明公开了一种分散红染料组合物及制备方法。一种分散红染料组合物,按重量百分比,由以下组份组成:25.0%~35.0%的染料单体A、55.0%~65.0%的染料单体B、5.0%~15.0%的染料单体C、0.25%~0.75%染料单体D、余量为助剂。本发明可解决单一染料染色缺陷的技术问题。此染料组合物的相容性极好,提升力、上染率、得色率、均染性均比一般分散染料要好,可用于涤纶及其混纺织物的染色和印花,也可用于超细纤维的染色,染后得色量高、均染性好、各项牢度佳。

一种分散红染料组合物及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种分散红染料组合物,主要用于涤纶及其混纺织物的染色和印花,也可用于超细纤维的染色。
背景技术
由于传统的分散红167#是一种应用较为广泛的染料,作为深三原之一的色系,其用量相对较大,占有一定的染料市场销售份额,但该染料单独应用时上色率、升华牢度较差,并且在纺织印染过程中对环境的污染较大,无法满足企业产品出口的需要。而且分散红167#的pH值适用范围太狭隘,且在一般涤纶纤维染色时就存在均染性差、初染速率快,纤维内相扩散慢,在染色工艺控制较松时,易造成色花、色斑、色差等一系列常见问题,用在纤度细、比表面积大的超细纤细上这些问题更加突出。
国内已有类似专利,解决代替分散红167的染色问题,如中国专利ZL200510050374.5,采用分散红145#、分散红153#、分散红73#三种染料单体拼混复合,还有中国专利ZL200710069289.2,采用分散红MN、C.I.分散红50、C.I.分散紫63三种染料单体复配而成的复合型分散染料,来代替分散红167。以上染料各有优缺点。
通过拼混增效,解决单一染料染色缺陷、多样化牢度和色光要求是目前染料行业的前进方向。
发明内容
本发明提供一种分散红染料组合物,可用于涤纶及其混纺织物的染色和印花,也可用于超细纤维的染色的分散红染料组合物,解决单一染料染色缺陷的技术问题。
一种分散红染料组合物,按重量百分比,由以下组份组成:
25.0%~35.0%如式(1)所示的染料单体A:
55.0%~65.0%如式(2)所示的染料单体B:
5.0%~15.0%如式(3)所示的染料单体C:
0.25%~0.75%如式(4)所示的染料单体D:
余量为助剂。
所述一种分散红染料组合物,按重量百分比由以下组份组成:28.0%~32.0%的染料单体A,58.0%~62.0%的染料单体B,8.0%~12.0%的染料单体C,0.45%~0.55%的染料单体D,余量为助剂。
一种分散红染料组合物制备方法:将染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C、染料单体D按上述配比混合后,在助剂、水或其它表面活性剂存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化;也可将染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C、染料单体D的原染料,分别在助剂、水或其它表面活性剂存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化,再按上述配比进行混合。
本发明的有益效果是:染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C、染料单体D可通过常规方法得到,例如通过使用本领域技术人员熟知的合适的组分和使用必要的比例借助于通常的重氮化反应和偶合反应合成或者均可采用市售产品。助剂为分散染料复配时常用的分散剂、扩散剂及其表面活性剂等。该配比的染料组合物具有很高的上色率、相容性和均染性以及优良的提升力和色坚牢度,且该产品色泽艳丽,水洗牢度、摩擦牢度、升华牢度均优良,并有很好的耐碱性等,适用于超细纤维面料的上染特性,且染后脚水较清,减少了废水的排放,具有很大的社会经济效益。本发明所述的分散红染料组合物可用砂磨机或研磨机研磨后为液状,喷雾干燥后为粉状、颗粒状,调整组合物配合比例,可得蓝光红、黄光红等系列染料。此染料组合物的相容性极好,提升力、上染率、得色率、均染性均比一般分散染料要好,可用于涤纶及其混纺织物的染色和印花,也可用于超细纤维的染色,染后得色量高、均染性好、各项牢度佳。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例1~16
根据表1数据所示,将染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C、染料单体D,与助剂、表面活性剂加水拼混后,用砂磨进行研磨分散,然后进行喷雾干燥。染料单体A为:

染料单体A可选用杭州申航新材料有限公司生产的C.I.DISP RED 177#,染料单体B可选用杭州申航新材料有限公司生产的C.I.DISP RED 145#,染料单体C可选用杭州申航新材料有限公司生产的C.I.DISP RED 179#,染料单体D可选用杭州申航新材料有限公司生产的C.I.DISP YELLOW 126#。

将上述实施例制得的分散染料、助剂、水混合后制得的染料复合物进行性能测试,测试方法如下:
各取0.5克实施例1~16制得的分散染料,用水分别配制成浓度为0.5g/500ml的分散染料悬浮液,取20ml与80ml的水混合,用醋酸调节染浴pH到5,然后升温到60℃,同时分别放入2g聚酯纤维进行高温高压染色,在35分钟内升温到130℃,保温30分钟,冷却到80℃时取样。
观察布样色光并采用GB/T2397-2012、GB/T9337-2009、GB/T3921-2008、GB/T3920-2008、GB/T5718-1997测定其染色牢度。
采用常规分散染料组合物作为对比例,如分散红玉167染料。
测定结果见表2。

1.一种分散红染料组合物,按重量百分比,由以下组份组成:其特征在于:
25.0%~35.0%如式(1)所示的染料单体A:
55.0%~65.0%如式(2)所示的染料单体B:
5.0%~15.0%如式(3)所示的染料单体C:
0.25%~0.75%如式(4)所示的染料单体D:
余量为助剂。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种分散红染料组合物,其特征在于:由以下组份组成:28.0%~32.0%的染料单体A,58.0%~62.0%的染料单体B,8.0%~12.0%的染料单体C,0.45%~0.55%的染料单体D。
3.一种分散红染料组合物制备方法,其特征在于:将权利要求1中所述的染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C、染料单体D按权利要求1中所述的配比混合后,在助剂、水或其它表面活性剂存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化;也可将染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C、染料单体D的原染料,分别在助剂、水或其它表面活性剂存在下用砂磨机或研磨机等粉碎机进行微粒子化,再按上述配比进行混合。
